They created believable testimonials and pages on social networking sites, which they are promoting heavily since the moment Trump gave the victory speech. The key phrases used by crooks are: "After Elections Aftermath – Canada Is Awaiting", “Green Card Canada now on Facebook”, "Only For US Citizens", or “First come, first serve”.

The fake pages are very similar to the genuine ones. Several people fall victim to this, paying thousands of dollars for “applications” and “processing” fees for the Green Card Canada.
