If you receive an e-mail with a message similar to the one below, claiming to be from your e-mail address provider, ignore it and delete it right away:

The scammers just want access to your e-mail address, looking for personal information and for all the names in your address book, in order to sell the list to spammers.
How to avoid:
As mentioned above, ignore this message and delete it right away.
