The police recently released an alert for rugby fans about the fraudulent sales of seat tickets for upcoming Rugby World Cup 2019, competition hosted by Japan between Sep 20 – Nov 2, 2019. The law enforcement agency said it has uncovered proof that seat tickets for the occasion are being sold on secondary websites. The total number of tickets for the Rugby World Cup available for sale since January 19 was over 2 million, costing from $95US all the way up to $375US.
