“3 out of 3: wrong measurements and terrible customer service”

I've ordered three times from them. The first time went so wrong I thought I'd never use their service again. Wrong measurements all over the place, and yet they refused to honor their return and remake policy, and instead gave me an in-house gift card that didn't even cover the alteration costs. It was only because of this gift card that I ordered again, and the same happened once more, so I received another gift card for their incompetence, after MONTHS trying to communicate with them. So, three out of three: all around terrible service, wrong measurements and even damaged fabric in my third order. Avoid these scammers at all cost. Tip for consumers:Stay away from these scammers. “Poor customer sevice”

Purchased other suits. Quality was good. Last suit was sent to wrong address. Company wanted me to sort out the problem myself. After contacting the courier (UPS) three times they kept referring me back to the seller and the seller kept referring me back to the courier. I was so frustrated I told Studio Suits to keep my money and the suit (if it ever turned up). Overall a really bad experience. Poor business practice as I was a repeat customer. Never again. Shipping took a very long time and unfortunately I did not get the jacket in time for an event I needed, but it still has a nice jacket. Just know it will take a while before you get your jacket. It took a very long period of time to get the jacket. I wish I would’ve known this ahead of time.

“Feedback”

I love shopping here, but I couldn't buy dress shoes. If you had those, I would buy them. Also, having an option to manually select my sleeve lengths on button down shirts would be nice as I am tall. I ended up having to get the suit I bought tailored anyway, so I would appreciate more options for tailoring online such as maybe 3D models with the suit shown and exact specifications for what custom part I am altering. Also, 200 words did not seem enough in the custom description box. Reason I chose this business: Custom suits that are wider variety and cheaper than Men’s Warehouse Service

“Suit does not include vest and website does not suggest it either, unknown how to purchase it”

The suit appears nice of you have time to wait for it. The one I order took over a month to arrive, so give yourself enough time if needed. I could not figure out of the vest came with thr suit or not. To help others, it does not. I am still trying to figure where to find and order the matching vest. Ideally the website should have suggested this as an add-on, which it doesn't do. It only suggest that the hat needs to be purchased separate. This must be issue with whoever runs and designs the suit. Unfortunately they are missing out on additional sales. I ordered a tweed waistcoat and pants. They are well made. To thick for the summer wedding I have planned. But, that's my mistake. They did an incredible job of answering my questions! Reason I chose this business: They had the look I wanted. Service

Everything is fine, this company does sometimes feel like a labyrinth that's hard to navigate. Any customer issues are answered with a generic email which can be scary to a customer for a company with so many negative reviews. I have received both of my orders, but not completely without issue. Generic emails will never create a good customer experience. “Great fabric selection.”

Measurements were quite literal on the first things that I bought, so they have been updated to allow buffer space. These items came in a little fuller than expected, but are alterable. Reason I chose this business: Fabric options, specifically color and tweed options.

Great experience. Great tailors is everything was perfectly constructed and quality fabric. I can't say no about this jacket. Reason I chose this business: Just by chance, I saw an advertisement and I thought I'd try them out. Glad I did.

“Efficient Business Process”

Initially, I was worried that there was not much feedback from the vendor. I check the status often and nothing was changing until eventually the status changed to In production and shipped. However, the material turned out to be very different from what I had in mind when I placed my order Reason I chose this business: I actually thought, I was dealing with an Italian company. I was surprised that the clothes was made in India.

When, quite reasonably, asked for confirmation that I have received what I ordered, this also requires not only ratings but review text to be added. As haven't had time to wear the garments for any length of time yet, I regard this as inappropriate and coercive, and a negative aspect of the whole shopping process.

Started the process of buying a new suit for an upcoming event on the StudioSuits.com website and quickly saw how easy it was. So many options to choose from and great customization abilities. Was not expensive either. Will definitely be buying more suits!

I opted to be contacted if anything seemed off as I'm no dressmaker but took all measurements myself. Which I got 1 obviously wrong and was contacted within hours to check if I had it right, which I did not. Perfect customer service and so polite! Reason I chose this business: The absolute only place we could order anything close to what we wanted so it was actually a massive risk that turned out to be the best choice absolutely recommend studio suits!

I've ordered a number of pants and my only problem is some of them, which have double forward pleats, have been so incorrectly pressed that it's been difficult to correct the hard press that exists.
