Whenever AWS transfers personal information to other jurisdictions, AWS will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with their Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable data protection laws. Moreover, SCAM DETECTOR, through AWS, may use a legal mechanism known as “standard contractual clauses” to protect information transferred outside the EU and the UK. 13. STORAGE TIME
We store all the information with AWS (Amazon Web Services). We delete the data upon request, unless we need the data until the expiration of the statutory limitation period for evidence for civil claims or for statutory storage requirements.
Even after that, we sometimes have to save your data for legal reasons. We are obliged to do so because of administrative, legal, or security purposes.
14. DATA SECURITY
If you have created an account, access to this account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always keep your access information confidential and close the browser window when you stop communicating with us, especially if you share your computer with others. In addition, we use TLS (Transport Layer Security) to protect data transmitted to our site with the highest encryption level supported by your browser.
