Envie un correo a Feililon en tres oportunidades sin éxito. Y reclamado a la oficina postal local desde ese momento sin respuesta lógica. Ahora yo creo que ha sido un estafa. Una lástima.
I ordered an electric guitar, I was notified it was delivered however not to my address, or even my city. I notified the company and was advised to give them 48hrs to correct. That was 3 months ago. Now they will not return emails. From what I have been reading from others this seems to be what they do. Definitely a scam.
I purchased an item on feililon and it was ok at first I couldn’t track the package on their website so I contacted them and surprisingly they replied with the tracking details. But the issue I’m having now is that they sent it to the wrong address I love in Ontario they sent it to Quebec and I have a screenshot of the bill which says the right address they were supposed to send it to y it ended up in quebec I’ll never know so I contacted them again and told them the issue requesting that they contact Canada post to get them to send it to the right address I even offered to pay the extra shipping and everything after 10 emails even though their site says 24/7 customer service they still refuse to reply. I wouldn’t care if it was like 10 dollars or something but I paid 100 bucks and got not even a reply all they had to do was call or email Canada post tell them to send it to my actual address. I called Canada post myself and they said the sender has to request the ininvestigatand I couldn’t so they won’t get back to me. That’s my experience with feililon I’m not happy needless to say
I purchased what I thought was a good deal for a folding phone early Dec. 2020. It is now mid February and still no phone. They refuse to answer my emails and I have checked my local post office only to be told that another person with the very same tracking number got a delivery on the 15th of January. How could that happen ?. I do not know because they refuse to answer my emails. Scam company taking peoples money with no service.
