Is plumbersstock.com Legit?

Sells used open box returns as new. Ordered Toto toilet which arrived a month late throwing off my schedule. Plumber was booked full and finally rescheduled a month after. After installing I noticed puddle of water the next day and plumber said the toilet was probably used as it was not I original manufacturer box. I contact plumbersstock.com and the said it was too late to fill claim with FedEx. It was not shipping damage as the toilet was used and poorly repack. plumbersstock.com could not explain why it was not under the manufacturer warranty, and refused to do anything..

My 1-gallon of coil cleaner liquid came spilled in the cardboard box, the box was all wet as the plastic bags inside the box had somehow leaked. I emailed the company and Ann from customer service sent me a replacement 1-gallon jug with no questions asked. I was totally satisfied. David G. Metzger Rigby, Idaho

Quantity of product received was inadvertently less than quantity ordered. Called Plumbers Stock and spoke to MJ who immediately took action to resolve the issue. Immensely happy with Customer Support and plan to be a repeat customer.

I ordered it on a Saturday and wasn’t sure when it would ship out or when I would get it. Jake called me on Monday and confirmed the order had been received and it was shipping out that day I received it on Friday installed and it’s working perfect I really appreciate Jake calling me and letting me know the status. Good Customer ServiceI had to return a Plumber Stock item I bought through Amazon because the description was misleading. I contacted customer support for RMA number to ship it with the returned item. I was pleased with Jake who was efficient and quick to provide required information and help. I received great response from plumber stock save for one point. Jake promised I would receive a tracking number from the shipper. The shipper is who damaged the tank originally, but I have received no tracking number from any shipper. nevertheless, my new tank arrived and in record time. Also, it is in perfect condition.

I received a notification that our order had shipped, but the tracking number only seemed to include one item from the order. I e-mailed Plumbers Stock, and Jake answered my question promptly, and provided me with all the tracking numbers for my order.

The call was answered immediately and not put on a menu merry-go-round. Although Rep. Jake stated that my order went out today, 5/29/24, there was no explanation as to why it took so long to go out, as my order was place 5/23/24.

I had to return a unit because it was the wrong one for my house and both MJ and Franz R. made the return process easy and awesome! Very friendly and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jake was helpful and answered questions fast. I chatted with someone else before this who left me on chat with no response for over 30 minutes while he was supposedly checking on for me and never came back.

These guys parade as a plumber wholesale outfit but for the most part they’re just another retail outlet with the same high prices (with few exceptions) as all the other online retailers. Their customer lack of service is astounding. Place order and some weird off-site payment method pops up. Received order confirmation with no mention of payment method. Phone calls, texts and emails go unanswered. Horrible experience.

Don't believe a word they say. When it says free shipping, it means they will charge you $500 for shipping. I can't believe this place is still in business. Check out their BBB ratings- FThey obliviously don't care about doing business in a fair real way.

The representative was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. the made the ordering process easy and in fact, my item shipped BEFORE the estimated time which was a bonus! Pricing is also very fair and competitive in the market

Aaron was extremely helpful working through payment issues when a completely weird fraud alert landed on my payment. We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.
