meijer.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives meijer.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to meijer.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning meijer.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between meijer.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of meijer.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of meijer.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. meijer.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether meijer.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether meijer.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, meijer.com.

The cashier who rang me up (Kristine) was rude, impersonal and uncaring. She grabbed my groceries, not very many and just started ringing up as fast as she could. I started to type my mperks number in without her asking me if I had one. However, she rang up so fast, I didn't get my number in time. I said, "Aren't you supposed to ask if I have mperks? I was trying to get my number in and you just ignored me." So Kristine did something to the register and said they're in under her breath. Mind you, it was 6:22:39 am on a Thursday and no other people in line. And store owners wonder why people want to use self checkout, except this Meijer in Michigan City, Indiana had none open and when they are open, 1/3 of the self checkouts are down
Meijer Store #188 Rude cashier-DestinyI understand it was closing time but she was extraordinarily rude and short.
I watched a female cashier yelling hello and at two ladies whom had walked by already and they did not respond , looked like they were talking, but cashier kept yelling hi or hello it was crazy, she was passive aggressive ,I mean the ladies were far enough away that the one had to turn around and say hi,,weather it is aggressive or passive aggressive she looked very very unprofessional, like I said it was odd,, I hope meijer doesn’t think that’s is okay ,,cashier who did this name tag said Lana ,
I have been a loyal customer and pharmacy patient at Meijer for many years, but a recent experience has severely shaken my confidence in their pharmacy services. My experience with the Meijer pharmacy located at 1540 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508, has been nothing short of a nightmare, particularly as a person with ADHD who relies on medication for daily functioning. I am a 32-year-old Electrical Engineer, diagnosed with ADHD in 2018. My life significantly improved after my doctor prescribed Adderall, allowing me to progress in my career from a small company to earning 60% more at a renowned firm. The medication has been crucial in helping me manage my symptoms and excel in my professional responsibilities. Timeline of Incidents: - April 25th, 2024: I called the pharmacy for a refill of my Adderall prescription. Initially told to call back, then informed it would be ready in an hour, only to find out later that no request was on file. - April 26th-27th, 2024: After several calls, I was repeatedly told to call back without any clear reasons. Eventually, I was informed there was an issue with the DEA number. - May 27th, 2024: I faced another round of confusion and insincere apologies when my prescription was once again not filled as promised. - May 28th, 2024: Despite contacting my provider, who empathized with my situation, I was left without my medication until May 30th due to a block placed by the pharmacist. Throughout this period, the lack of communication and the misinformation provided by the pharmacy staff were deeply distressing. As a patient reliant on medication to manage my ADHD, the mishandling of my prescription put me at risk of losing my job and severely affected my well-being. Key Issues: - Miscommunication and False Information: I was repeatedly given incorrect information about the status of my prescription, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. - Inconsistent Policies: The reasons provided for not filling my prescription varied, with no clear explanation or consistent policy. - Lack of Empathy and Understanding: The pharmacy staff showed a blatant disregard for my condition and the impact of their actions on my health and professional life. This experience has highlighted a severe issue in how Meijer Pharmacy treats patients with disabilities. It feels like bullying, and it is unacceptable for a large corporation to treat people with disabilities this way. There must be change to ensure no one else goes through what I did. Call to Action: - I urge Meijer to address these issues at their pharmacy and implement policies to ensure that no patient is given false information about their medication. - Clear and compassionate communication is essential, especially when dealing with patients who depend on their medication for daily functioning. - An apology from the at-fault pharmacist and the pharmacy would go a long way in restoring my faith in Meijer and would lead me to consider removing this review. Until then, I will continue to share my experience to advocate for everyone with ADHD and fight for change.
terrible to make people get the app to claim rewards. Going boycott meijers store. Have spent ave 1600.00 per month last 25 years. 500,000.00 And let all I know to change store.
Like the store usually zero to complain about, but do not buy the meijer brand cat litter in the 35lb size unless you are prepared to cut the lid off or worse yet possibly cut yourself in the process like I did. The packaging is impossible to open without a razor knife. I've never had this issue until they changed the packaging. I know I'm not the only one with this issue considering I know others who have had the same problem. Meijer if your listening please look into this.
I’ve been to Meijer twice since I returned from a winter in Florida. The Publix grocery stores are the gold standard of customer assistance and helpfulness. They have clearly spoiled me. My visits to Meijer this month have proven to me they have scrapped the bottom of the barrel to get any help at all. 4 people totally ignored my simple questions. Clearly they have talentless people or they have huge labor problems and the customers are caught in the middle.
The bakery stopped putting whipped icing in the donuts. My kids like getting the ring donuts with whipped icing and paw patrol ring in the middle. Now they barely put icing on the donuts and they taste like stale dry bread. The bakery also has shelves empty and workers refuse to look for items in the back because it's "their break time." Then they walk away.
teach your employees to apricate customers, told one guy on the front that i was glad they were there and all he did was grunt, no smile or thank you plus he was sloppy. maybe he should work in the back of the store and not on the front.i got a idea fire the looser mike
Last 5 weeks of app ordering, 5 weeks of one mistake after another. I keep trying, giving benefit of the doubt, but I just keep getting more frustrated by the trip and order. App is in need of several fixes/updates...doesn't tell you prior to pickup full story of what's out of stock or substituted, then out of stock items cause you to pay full price for other items if those items are on sale or part of buy 7, save 7, etc. You can not use paper coupons for app orders, you have no time frame to add to your order, and just try to get a refund on their app. My last trip, I ordered 3-6pks diet coke, received 3-6pks caffeine free diet coke. Returned within 30 minutes to the pickup area, called in to the store and explained the problem. Was told I'd have to bring them in to the service desk for a refund. Does that not defeat the curbside pickup option? After waiting for them to check my order and check availability of stock, askiing if I brought the wrong ones back like that was necessary, they finally came out with what I ordered. I dealt with these same issues with Kroger, and finally gave up with frustration..that was over 2 years ago and haven been a Kroger customer since. Meijer is close to that same decision.
Everything was fine until I went to check out. The girl at the area where you check yourself out was looking at her cell phone the whole time. I finally went over to ask for help since something I was purchasing didn't have a tag. She didn't say 1 word to me even though I spoke to her. I felt thst and her manner was rude. Then she went right back to her cell phone. I was there at around 6:30 at the checkout area nearest to 9th street at the West Main Kalamazoo, Michigan Meijer.
this store has went down hill since new manager has taken over store LIMA ROAD FORT WAYNE IN bath room dirty store not stocked out of every thing
Meijer gas stations, but that moment clerk said they was nothing he could do about the misleading amount of a pack of Winston cigarettes which advertise $8.01 a pack with $1.20 off if you buy two but when I told them I'll take two packs it came to $18 and something, after pointing it out to him he agreed but said there's nothing he can do about it, I disagree I said you can change the price to represent what you're charging I did not buy the cigarettes I left the station
The prices was not were they were supposed to be so poorly ran great choice but the employees are not trained or not smart enough to put the prices in the right place or there was no price at all. The app is the worst. Before you put an app out work it in every direction to make sure it works right. We will never go back.
No tech support, an app that doesn't work, reward points that are inaccessible, and this apparently has been going on for MONTHS. Peoples' mperks points are expiring and they have no way to access them, nor any reimbursement for when they expire despite the problem being on Meijer's end. Disgraceful.
Very sad to see how Meijer scams the consumers on the perks program. I "cashed" in perks and ASSUMED that if I don't use the full amount of the perk i lose the remaining balance of the redeemed perk for that purchase. I guess I should read the 12 pages of all the scammed rules & regulations of the perks program.
Prices are are good but what's the point if you don't deliver to the most vital spots of America. They advertise big as if they can make it happen only to whiff on the most simple delivery locations. If you don't have the resources or power to back you advertising then go back to being a liquor store.
I appreciate their produce and international section but I typically come home missing 1-2 items on my receipt that didn't get bagged. When I call I'm told I can come back for the items which doubles my drive time and extra time in store, customer service line, etc. If it's on my receipt and I call and say it didn't make it home, deliver it. I've spent so much money there for many, many years.
The mperks app is probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen you are only allowed to put three receipts in to get points and they make absolutely sure not to tell you that anywhere on the app hoping you add three small ones then when you go and do a big grocery shopping you don’t get any points for it because you didn’t know that and uploaded small ones then you loose out on the big one you can tell it’s a marketing trick because that should be the first thing it tells you is that you only get three a month so don’t upload any small ones wait and only do your three biggest ones per month
It was beautiful and clean, employees were happy and working. I purchased some of the Frederick's chocolate mousse and it was so delicious, creamy just like homemade. We will buy it again😊

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
