TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order and they didn’t send ANYTHING. Took my $113 and never got a thing. Have emailed them numerous amount of times and didn’t get any answer. Completely stole my money. Oh how I wish I had seen this before I ordered last week! I became suspicious when I didn’t receive a confirmation. I’m going to try to get PayPal to cancel the order but I think they require you to wait. I HATE scammers!
I ordered a dress on April 9 and received a USPS tracking number. It’s now May 1. No dress. I contacted them on April 20 and was told that they couldn’t access the shipping number. I asked Facebook to remove their ad. They said the merchandise was produced in S. Carolina. Nope. Somewhere in Asia.
I have experience the same thing. This is a scam. They are not in N. Carolina but rather Asia. Ok return policy unless damaged item. Very poor quality, $79 to return on a $125 order even if I could return. Offers f $15 and then $25 refund to keep items. Stay away from this company.
I have the same experience. I ordered 2 dresses said to be made in S. Carolina – foreign charge on my credit card – China. They offered me $25 I said no, today I opened another email offering me $35. Why should I be given less than the $90.98 I paid for 2 dresses that are not even close to what they advertised. Unfortunately I deleted their ad on my page so can’t tell FB about my experience.
I have had similar problems. I ordered two items and neither fit. I sent an email to ask for a return authorization number and address. They first offered me $15 to keep and I responded no because the items do not fit. I asked again for an auth number and return shipping label. They offered me $30 to keep and I said no. I have yet to receive a return auth or return label. I think after emailing the next time, I will call my credit card company after I tell them.
I received my order March 10, 2023. I immediately opened the package and tried on my dresses. The first one had an odor and did not fit properly. The second one okay. I immediately sent the company a request for return authorization for one dress. They sent an offer of $8.00 and keep the dress. Told them the offer was unacceptable as I paid $40. + dollars for the dress. Please send me a return authorization. Next reply offered me $13.00 and I can keep the order. My next email stated if I did not receive an authorization I would contact my credit card company and file with the BBB. There was another email with an offer of $22. but couldn’t understand about a return. They always end the email with “Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via [email protected].” I finally called my credit card company and they are starting a fraud investigation. They are waiting for my emails for documentation at this time. Funny thing is late yesterday I received an email from Lorsu stating they are crediting my account for the full amount. I will wait to see if that happens. Now I am concerned as to how I can send the dresses back. I have been checking other companies that are the same and found these names – Lsoru, Crigne, Vyoya, Aderez, Avwop, Onryd, Rlyre, Rofye, Tiywe, Oscya, Nnesi, Ssunu, Vyjak, Pappy, and Elogy.
First, Lsoru website states items are made in the USA. The tag on the items states Made in Taiwan. Second, the website states easy returns and frees shipping. I have been trying to return the items because they don’t fit and have yet to because they said they only have free returns for quality reasons-which the website doesn’t state. They stated that I am supposed to pay for my own shipping for returns – first they said to Malaysia then to Dubai, UAE. They offered me various $$ amounts for return of my purchase-seemingly pulling numbers from the air. See copies of the correspondence below:

This is also the very same company that calls itself Geyme. I had ordered items the other day from that online store. They advertised free shipping for all orders over 79 dollars. My total was 185. They added 26 dollars for shipping to my invoice after I hit the submit button. I immediately contacted them and got a poorly written (they are not in the US at all!! Advertise to be from S Carolina on one site and N Carolina on the other) email saying they do not ship free to certain areas. I told them their advertising was deceptive and to cancel my order immediately and to notify me and verify. I heard nothing back except the next day from their computerized “service” center that when I receive my order I will get “3 save5 discount, can you keep.” Very poor English. So I knew I was dealing, after, digging deeper, with someone in Asia. There is no phone number contact info, no “help ticket” they write you need to have in order to cancel, and it only took me threatening to take legal action if they do not cancel my order ( they advertise cancellation with no fees within 24 hours of order. I cancelled immediately but they never responded until my last legal action email) I then received a very short email stating my order will be refunded. It was all extremely unprofessional and shady. They use the same photos of the same items and models with the same captions made for more mature women, ( using 23 year old models) and made in the US, yet under different company names on social media ads. They also call themselves Ssunu. Do not deal with these names. They are frauds.
I ordered two items. When they arrived the fabric was of poor quality. It was impossible to contact them for a return authorization, so I then contacted my credit card company. They opened a dispute, and only then did I receive an email from the company. They said to keep the merchandise and they would give me a $13 credit (on an $87 purchase). After a few communications back and forth they raised it to $25. They said I could return the items if I paid the postage. I asked several times for a return address as I was willing to do this, thinking they were a U.S. company as stated on their website. The address they finally gave me is in Dubai.
I ordered 2 dresses and after I sent the order one was the wrong size. I sent numerous emails to customer service for several days and did not receive one response. They sent an email saying it was shipped, but after 7 days, USPS has not received the shipment. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and they are trying to contact the company. Very, very poor customer service or just a lack of customer service entirely. I do not recommend this website AT ALL!!!!
I ordered from lsoru. My items have not shipped after 16 days, they say they are in North Caroline, USA, but my credit card was charged an international exchange rate for my purchase, There is no phone number to contact them.

I ordered 2 tops by mistake. I am not sure it was my fault or that when ordering there was no way of knowing what all was in the cart. I tried to get a hold of them to request a return authorization but found out that there is no way of contacting them. The return
and exchange at the bottom of the page does not help in any way shape or form. I will know better to stay away from scam sights like this one.
Interesting that they advertise as “Made in South Carolina, US”. Obviously if they are actually made in Vietnam and the Philippines they will not be ‘true to size’ and will run small. Also, in reading the reviews on some of the items, one person mentioned getting their item in a 4x. When I emailed their customer service asking about Plus sizes they informed me they don’t offer anything above a 2x (XXL specifically). Reviews appear to be paid for, or at very least untrustworthy. So tired of all the scams.
I ordered 2 items from lsoru.com and the size in their size chart was apparently misrepresented. It looked as though their product runs pretty true to size, so I ordered my normal size. I checked their return policy, and it said that to return or exchange you need to go on [email protected] and they need to authorize this exchange. So I tried to go to that site and it says there is no such site. I tried over and over again. So I tried to find a phone number and there isn’t one you can call. So I am stuck with merchandise that I can’t wear. I’m afraid this is a scam to get my personal information. What do I do now?
