Is hsn.com Legit?

I purchased Christmas gifts in September to avoid the last minute stress. I purchased a little easy-to-use can opener as a stocking stuffer. Long story short, the can opener stopped working a few days after first use. I contacted HSN and they will not make good on a small can opener. They shuffled me off to the manufacturer who claims they do not make them. Expanding too much time on this, i'm going to complain... then hand it off to AI to make a quick video of why shopping early on HSN is not wise before the Holidays. The lessen learned is, do not shop early on HSN. They are ruthless with their rules and, they charge you to return items. For a small item like a can opener. Tells you all you need to know.

I bought an iced coffee/iced tea maker as a gift for Christmas. It turned out to not be what I expected because I thought it would also be able to make hot drinks easily. I found a more suitable replacement at Big Lots and gave that one as the gift. I contacted customer service to ask how to make a return. HSN makes it sound easy on their website. In reality, it’s such a hassle to return something. There was no shipping label provided. The customer service rep told me I would have to create my own label and that I should get insurance when I ship it back. This means I’m expected to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back. I also had to ask for a mailing slip to put in the box; it should be provided automatically when you request a return so they know who sent back the product. It just seemed so sketchy and like too much of a hassle so now I’m stuck with the product.

The package was shipped to the wrong city, and customer service told me to wait for the package even though it was shipped to the incorrect address. No confirmation for a refund could be provided, according to the representative.

Wasn't able to buy a gift for my mom because of her account. Her account is in good standing. Very rude customer service representatives. Also their 15% discounts don't work online.

HSN needs to send out surveys on their customer service reps. They have the most rude and uncaring reps with absolutely no personality!! I’m not sure why they hire these people for “customer service”! They really make you feel like you’re bothering them for doing their job! Unbelievable!!

I signed up for their marketing list for a coupon but never used it. Despite multiple unsubscribe attempts and even calling customer service, the marketing emails keep flooding my inbox daily.

i signed up for the email promotions from them, then (AFTER signing up) they said I wasn't eligible for the 1-time discount.I have clicked the link to unsubscribe for 18 consecutive days now, and they've ignored every single request. They continue to send 2 to 3 emails every day.

Delivered my items to the wrong address and that’s just my money lost. The representative April even admitted this was the case and said “we’re not paying for that”Worst online experience everywhere 1 star is too much—- I’d leave zero stars if I could

sent my order to a wrong address and would not make it right. they said it shipped it to the address which was not mine and charged me 900 dollars and would not make it right. I will never do business with them again. very unfortunate.

I have shopped with HSN for years with zero issues until now. HSN hasn’t reported to Rakuten in five weeks two transactions that totaled over three hundred dollars. Very disappointed with a company that I trusted. It is not about the money but the principal of the matter. If HSN does not want to participate in the give back program for shoppers then don’t do it. Don’t just go silent after customers have shopped.

The kalorik lady salesperson is so annoying..i was going to buy it but she was so loud mouth, rude, interrupting, blow hard..force feeding the poor lady..Emeril is so classy compared to that weirdo lady..i would have bought Emerils chicken but my freezers full

The chat locks up or they disconnect it. I tried ordering something for my mother who is technology challenged but HSN keeps giving me errors. I'm trying to give them money but they apparently don't want it. I'm giving up. Amazon or eBay works great.

I have been with HSN for over 10 years I regret shopping & trusting their Product. It's all a show & scam to sell the product. I paid shipping on return item $ 18.00. This was one my last purchases with them. Please save your money. Amazon is wonderful, Macys, & JCPenney etc.. you can get free delivery& returns to store yourself. No charge. Save your money

I purchased a smart watch that was supposed to cost 29 but cost with tax and shipping 46. Also an extra band was supposed to be included and when I Mentioned this to their customer service person she said I must've purchased the wrong one and stated an extra band didn't come with mine. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Do not trust HSN with your credit card or any information. They charged my card yet denied my purchase that was placed on my credit card. My credit score is above 780 yet they've left a charge of over $500 for an item that never was fulfilled and they didn't contact me that it wouldn't be fulfilled so I'm paying interest for a charge that should not be on my credit card. Horrible customer service also. Just don't trust HSN!

I just got a letter from HSN and apparently they have raised the annual APR to 34.99 that they did in July but I just got the letter called in to basically pay off everything because I definitely am not paying 34.9% nine centAPR and they could not give me the total so I can pay it off. They said all well we might charge you interest next month for this month. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this card everything is hidden in your flex pay .Please do not do it you’ll end up paying double or triple.

I was a long time customer and purchased a great many items and spent a lot of money with them. Poor customer service now. Spoke with them about this regarding their representatives and I was really nice about this matter. Went to purchase an item and they blocked me. I guess as long as brick and mortar stores still exist I will purchase from them. Let's hope so.

A waste of time and effort. I ordered a pair of Iman coated denim jeans 3 weeks ago that was offered as a Today's Special Value for $49.99 with free shipping. Last night they canceled my order. If I still want the item it is available for $69.99. I am really disappointed in their "bad faith" operation.
