Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between hike-footwear.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of hike-footwear.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of hike-footwear.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.
A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.

They will rip you off.
First Hike Footwear said my order would ship immediately. 45 days later I sent an email to cancel the order and they refused to cancel. Once I received the order and realized the shoes have no sole or arch I tried to return. They do not answer emails, they will rip you off! Best thing you can do is dispute the credit card charge and report them to the Consumer Protection Agency like I did. Spread the word!
Soulda Coulda Woulda?
Probably one of the most true old statements ever said is, Hindsight is 20/20 it's always easier to see where you been looking in the rearview mirror so to speak. Sadly, as you can read here on this website concerning Hike-Footwear I should have read the reviews first. Everything looks so good and appeared to be great pair of shoes, but in my Case that never happened. Yes they confirmed the order, they took the money, they gave me a tracking number which showed that there was movement. But nothing showed up. So I began the search to find out where the missing shoes were, and it began. I'm even more puzzling adventure. I went through the process of trying to actually communicate with somebody from the hike, footwear company, but all I got was the opportunity to listen to music on hold, it didn't matter which option I chose the sales or the support option. Either way I just got the recorded music. Everything looked legit, even though recordings were clearly spoken in english. So I determined as others have here reported that this company is just a scam, and that everybody should avoid doing business with them. I Then started searching through My financial records to find where or which account I had used to pay for this transaction, which was there showing that the money had been taken at one point. Thankfully, though today, I can find no record of any transaction with this company so, I'm guessing they just deleted it and gave the money back, Which I say, thank you. I hope everybody else would have the same experience money wise, but I also say, save yourself the frustration and trouble altogether and just avoid doing business with them at all.
Nightmare
I ordered 2 pairs of Hike barefoot shoes and haven't received either. What an absolutely awful experience with their customer service team. Dreadful. Months now and no refund. I'd really steer clear. Tip for consumers:I wondered if it might be a scam company but I really don't know. I just know that I'm out of pocket by nearly £100 and it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get any recompense.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

Are You the Owner of hike-footwear.com?
If you own hike-footwear.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence.
When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things:
* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.
* If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.).
We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
Please review the return policy of Hike footwear. They expect consumer to pay shipping to CHINA for defective items but email you that the majority of items are lost in transit and no refund is given, then offer a 50% refund, which is not given. Other scam detection sites list this company as 7/100 with low trust and high probability of scam. I reported them to FTC. They are selling under various names, make many claims that these shoes cure numerous medical problems foot issues/diseases yet have no arch support at all. The product is not designed for a human foot, can’t be returned and yet this site says they are trustworthy 100% ? You need to research and update to retain integrity.
I was given the exact same run around. Even after I told them I couldn’t wear them because I have neuropathy. I got the same thing 50% refund and a discount towards other purchases, ha, as if!
They don’t ever answer the phone, and the same customer service representative Charlotte Smith is the one replying to my numerous emails.
I found this company through Facebook and I wholeheartedly believe that it is a scam operation. I’m convinced I’ve lost my $143.84 forever.
I will report them to the FTC.
I will also be spreading the news of this scam company on every social media platform I’m on.
