Is hanes.com Legit?

They didnt want to assist with my order enquiry. Product is pretty average, but for $5 a pcs Hmm

I bought a pack of ten women’s underwear. The first six pair were great. Number seven had no stretch. I’m older so I wear granny panties, we old ladies need some stretch. If I have to replace them it will be with fruit of the loom. The web site runs you in circles to try to get customer service. Very sad!

Absolute trash customer service. I paid $30 for some a shirts that didn't fit. Upon returning them I was credited $19.12 was told I recieved a double discount. The math aint mathing that would make it 40% off which i did not recieve. Will NEVER be purchasing hanes again. Least of all from the whack ass scam site. Product isn't made like it used to either. Waste of money.

I will never buy from Hanes, why? Because in your advertisement showing a 19th century US western town you show a half-black bartender, an asian woman piano player, and women dressed with cowboy hats. Totally didn't happen! I know it's a spoof of people showing themselves dressed in underwear, but the obvious 'wokeness, diversity, feminism' shown in the ad spit on real history and showed you're just another company owned by the communist democrats.

You don't offer free shipping and thinking you can attract customers by only offering certain items on your website only will only lose you customers, not gain customers. You need to stop putting white underwear in your 6-10+ packs. No one and I mean zero people want white underwear, just stop it. I also don't understand why if supposedly ALL female big box shoppers are a size seven, then it stands to reason to keep size 7 properly stocked. Communicate properly with you retailers. Seriously.

I have been purchasing Hanes products for years. I had an order where three items had shrunk and one did not arrive. Called Customer Service and reached a really talented CSR, Jeffrey Hodges. It was one of the best customer service experiences ever. He refunded then reordered the problem items immediately. This guy deserves a raise.

I like shopping hanes online because there seems to be a better color selection. This time I ordered undershirts & pj's. The shirt quality are softer & longer. This was my first time ordering girls pajamas, I must say they are soft & my daughter says they're comfortable.I ordered Dec 27 & received Dec 31.

I responded to an advert on Facebook Market Place about a portable laser cleaning machine. Paid the required amount on 19 November 2022. Package arrived 4 January 2023. Upon opening I found a small child’s bracelet. But in the mean time this postal item sat at the airport in China. WOW could not find any space in an aircraft coming to Australia for over a month. Expecting this was a scam by interaction with company by e-Mail I had my bank reverse the payment in November. WHY DOES FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE NOT VET THE COMPANIES WHO POP UP TAKE MONEY AND THEN JUST DISAPPEAR?Shame on MarketPlace.

I've owned Haynes for years never had a problem. The latest package of comfort Flex feels like they made it out of mashed corn cobs. They don't use elastic around the thighs, they use tight stitching that just rips. It's not cut the same across the waist; very dissatisfied with what used to be a quality product. Will not buy again your cutting corners on materials and your quest for greed has cost you another customer.

Terrible quality! Come on guys. I bought a multipack of white briefs from Walmart. None of them have a consistent fit! Some are smaller than others and fit so uncomfortably snug. Then after 1-2 washes start to rip at the seams. I loved your company once upon a time, but youre letting your customers down with cheap (not inexpensive) product.

Been a die hard Hanes customer for decades but I am never buying their products again. Quality has been going down while price is going up. Underwear briefs waistband unravell after just the 3rd wash. T-shirts say 100% cotton but clingy and stretchy like polyester. They are so thin you can literally see your skin thru them when they are on. Unacceptable, I'm Done wasting my $$ . Fruit Of The Loom is much better!

I got a package of men's briefs for Christmas that are supposed to be medium but are of inconsistent size. One pair were so small I couldn't get them up my legs. My daughter in law also had problems with inconsistent size as well as shape. In reading the other complaints on this site, I feel like Hanes has gone the route of lowest cost and to hell with quality. No more Hanes for me.

I am astounded at the low quality of the "light tee shirts" I recently purchased (July 2022). I have worn Hanes light tees for DECADES, and now their cotton is like emery paper, rough, course, heavy; utterly uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 6 pack of men's tagless boxer briefs and was VERY disappointed as to the quality of the waistband design.I had purchased this type previously that had a comfortable well made waistband but this latest one has a very rough inside band. I tried to get another pack the next week and had the same problem.Why the change? Cheaper not better? Is that the business plan?Sad testimony to a once great company.

Customer service seems to be a consistent problem. If everything goes fine, you are lucky, but if they didn't have the stock they claimed they had, or something else goes wrong, CS does little to help, if at all. As for people upset with the most recent commercial, please grow up! It's a cheeky funny commercial. It will NOT corrupt your children and your "shock" and dismay is ridiculous!

The hanes stuff I ordered at the same time as fruit of the loom was slightly better but that's not saying much.When you look 3 years back it is nothing but 1 star reviews so blaming covid is not a valid excuse for another once great company down the drain.

I placed an order on November 27th and nearly 2 weeks later my in stock order hasn't shipped. There is no communication about my why except the universal excuse covid-19. My 4 year old could have shipped this order by now. Exactly why everyone that I know have moved to tommy john and clown me for still using hanes products. I have purchased the Hanes 'Most comfortable' (they call them) boxer briefs for many years and the key note here is (never) have been consistent in quality. Maybe 80-90% of them were O.K. but many would lose their stretch in the elastic waist-band and want to drop to your knees (maybe that's how the 'fashion' started). Lately though Hanes has absolutely allowed themselves to be classified as the worst as the cotton fabric around the elastic waist-band started to come apart almost instantly so now I have all these shorts that look new from the waist (band) down but soon the (white) elastic waist-band will be completely exposed w/bits of cotton fabric dangling from them. ('Now' noticed they are rated very low.) SHABBY workmanship !!! (Thank you again, *@!?#!! 'China' or whatever sweat shop put these together, and M.Jordan)..................

“En$#*!tified Underwear Experience”

Ive had these two styles of hanes underwear for 4-10 years. What i recieved after ordering is absolute garbage. The seams are trash and the fabric is getting holes my old underwear took 4y to get in 3 washes. The stitching around the legs is horrible and the elastic chafes and rashes meaning i spent $30 for some shop rags. The waistband is cheaper as well and is already worn out with minimal use. Hanes used to be good quality. They have gone downhill for a while now. Socks are garbage. Sizes are way to small than they say. I have size 8 shoe and I have to buy big and tall size. They are sized for tiny feet. Also, price has gotten too high for the quality. Quality

My Father is 75 and has worn Hanes Tagless Briefs forever. Other family members also have worn Hanes tagless underwear for years. My Father recently opened a package of 5 tagless briefs and it was the most disgusting thing we have ever seen. There was some sort of slime in the bag and all 5 pairs were stained all over which actually resembles vomit and other bloody fluid stains. We almost vomited ourselves looking at it. See photos attached. This has never happened to any of us in our lifetime. I called customer service but because the product was purchased over 90 days ago they were unwilling to even listen to me. I still have the packaging but they were uninterested in making good on this. We are very disappointed. Who would think cotton underwear would have a 90 day warranty when it was still brand new in the package. I have packages of socks and underwear from the early 90s that were never opened and they are fine. The guy on the customer service line tried to blame us for the situation being that my Father had the underwear in his draw. He's had the same underwear draw literally for 50 years and nothing like this has ever occurred before. As I said Hanes was not interested in making this right, looking at any of my photos and or taking any information from the packaging. We've given them so much business over the years but no more. Unfortunately I do not have the original receipt. We will switch to Fruit of the Loom or another brand. Hanes obviously doesn't really care about their customers.

“Elastic is pathetic and sizes are incorrect”

I purchased Men's underwear and lounge/sleep wear pants and shirt and the sizes are not even close. The elastic is pathetic. I have never had as many issues with an order as I had with this Hanes order ******8620. After spending $83.09 I will never purchase any of their clothing ever again! “Blistering, bleeding and loss of skin!”

On November 3 of 2021 I went to Walmart in Mulberry and bought a 10 pack of Hanes boxer briefs underwear extra-large. After just a few hours of wearing the underwear I had huge blisters all over the area the underwear touched. They burnt the skin, it blistered and even in some places I was bleeding. I have pictures to prove it. Hanes refuse to talk to me. Front, back, side and underneath. It's time to get a lawyer! The rest of the pictures I cannot show.

Your website plays pricing games and you know this. It changed the pricing 3 times. Also it was extremely difficult to get the 15% off. Also it was free shipping on orders over $50 and then that offer magically disappeared and so the shipping cost money too. No. One star only. Terrible website. Playing pricing games. Not nice. “Awful Quality”

Hanes Comfortsoft Hipsters are the worst underwear I've ever had. They say No Ride Up, yet there's no elastic in the leg bands. The waist band isn't very stretchy at all. Hanes.com doesn't have a spot in Customer Service to register a complaint. The quality of their products has been going downhill for many years now. I won't buy them anymore.

Low prices and free shipping look good, but they should let you know it is from Asia and sent by swimmers to the States and it has taken so long I'm afraid the first two have drowned. Can't see another order in my future.

I had ordered some underwear from Hanes online. After receiving them, Hanes asked for my review and comments. It was stated that they were "soft cotton". Really? I think more like cheap polyester because they were scratchy and the thinnest material I have ever seen. I don't think they will last through more than 3 washings. When I said this in my review Hanes sent me an email stating that my review was unacceptable under their standards and would not post it. So I would assume only GOOD reviews are posted, So future buyers are led to believe all those GOOD reviews are sincere and spend their hard-earned dollars on garbage.If you value how you spend your money on undergarments... shop at Jockey. I have been buying their underwear for YEARS and they are worth every penny.

On sale because they are all cut with a super long tail making them basically worthless, but then again its about them making money and not customer satisfaction, will pay more in the future with ralph lauren but at least i can wear what i buy, forget hanes and their underhanded ways of getting rid of wrong sized clothing at customer expense

I ordered a pack of 4 mid thought boxer briefs. Although they fit well & are comfortable, the waistband & seams started to come apart after several wearings. Disappointing for such a well known brand that's been around for so long.

I have been wearing Hanes tube socks under work boots forever. Lately I got a package that had 2-3 inches difference in length, and were paper thin. I expressed my concerns to the company on their web site, I got zero response for over a month. I will have to find a brand who actually cares about the customers, they don't. “Worst Customer Service Ever!”

The clothing I purchased from Hanes.com came jammed in manila envelopes, permanently creased and wrinkled. I followed their requirements to return them for refund. It's been 6 weeks and numerous calls to customer service to insure that a credit has been issued. Have yet to talk to anyone; instead I have spent between 25 and 54 minutes on hold with each call! I would NEVER, EVER order from these people again. Products shipped in horrible condition and even worst customer service! Stay Away from these people!

Twelve plus days waiting on a shipment, and no clear date as to when it will get delivered. Website pics are very poor quality. You have to sign in or call Customer Service if you want any updates on the status of your order. They ship cheaply using DHL who btw never knows where your package is. You cannot cancel an order if you don't get it in a timely manner, you have to wait it out.

Before posting I wanted to verify that Hanes.com is as dreadful as I experienced. It appears so. I have yet to receive a product ordered 3 weeks ago. There's no way to check the status, so I emailed customer service. Here's their response, "We respond to email messages in the order they are received and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible." So I my hope is fading quickly. Point blank - DO NOT SHOP at Hanes.com.

I feel pretty confident of ordering many things on line. I know what size I am as long as the sizing is the same as most other brands. Two of the three items I ordered from Hanes were too small - so I posted the following review. Not true to size I hate it when i have to pay shipping to return something because the size is wrong -especially when the sizing is skimpy. I will think twice before ordering from this line again I received an email back saying that my product review had been moderated and would not be accepted because it did not meet their guidelines. So I guess don't believe that Hanes only gets positive reviews - they just don't allow the negative ones on their site. What a waste.

The don't honor their product prices. Wal-Mart had the same package of boxers but with more pairs in it. “Horrible Quality”

Hanes has really sold out on the quality of their Beefy Ts. I washed them and they shrunk at least a full size and the lint trap was filled with fibers. Poor quality all around for a once great quality product. When I wrote this same review on their site they said it did not meet their qualifications and would not publish it. The spoiled children had taken over Hanes.

I still browse their website occasionally but usually don't buy. Shipping is pricey and SLOW. The products I liked have been discontinued or diminished in quality. And only positive reviews are allowed. They also bait and switch. I get an email with sale items but when you try to order, they are suddenly sold out and they try to get you to buy something else.

I haven't had any problems when ordering bras from Hanes, other than slow shipping. But I recently purchased some socks for my husband that made his feet sweat profusely and stink, unlike previous pairs we had purchased from Hanes before. Seems the new Fresh IQ products aren't made with much cotton, but more polyester. Whose bright idea was it to make socks from polyester? When I wrote a bad review, it was never posted. Figures. Just like another person said, they sell defective products at the expense of the customer and don't guarantee the quality. I would love to be able to return these socks and get a refund, because my husband can't even wear them. I wouldn't even donate them to a poor person.
