I have sent you the order number on all addresses and contacts listed for your business already, multiple times, with no response. I maintain that this business is a scam. If I ever receive my order I might consider revising this assessment.
Placed my order,waited and waited and still waiting..emailed them,for them to say they did have it in stock..although they said it was in stock when I placed the order..they were happy to take my money,but not happy to send me m6 outfit..they were very unhappy when I kept on complaining on there website..still haven't received on order..😡
This company is horrible. I their return policy is almost impossible, they make it that way n purpose. I ended up with a dress I will never wear, and they only give you 30% return. I lost over 100 dollars. To return you get even a smaller refund after you pay for all the fees. They do not care to make you happy or work with you. Don’t order anything!!!!
Clothes arrived on time, but were poorly constructed and ran super small. Not the best quality either. For reference, I’m normally a standard size 8, and couldn’t fit into a 12! I tried to return the items using the free returns but the order number wouldn’t work and generate the free label, so I had to pay for the return myself. Other reviews say that emails go unanswered so I didn’t bother to wait for a response from the company; I’m just hoping I haven’t been completely scammed and I get my money back.
Posted on 12/11 about sending back a jacket with no refund or even a response from Glamorous.com. Got a response from them on here asking me to send them details ASAP- to the same address that all my other emails bounced back from!!!! This response only added insult to injury. Have started a PayPal dispute with these crooks.
I have the worst experience with glamorous.jo, I have received a bad quality of “fur” jacket with was around 1000$ yet the quality was the worst ever. And when I reached out, they mentioned that they will not exchange it for me although their policy refund does not mention anything about it.
Took a long time to arrive anyway but what I have got is absolute rubbish, the bathmat in the pictures looks really thick and good quality, laughable what has arrived, wafer thin looks like it has come from the pound shop and returns you have to pay £5.95, seen some reviews before ordering and they were all good but looking at trust pilot they are nearly all bad, should of dug deeper before ordering! Beware, they will not get any more money off me!!!

Trying to contact this company is extremely difficult. My wife and I have had no response so far. Contact form on the website has been filled in multiple times, but there has been no response. Their customer service Twitter account haven't responded yet. Staff at the Trafford Centre store were no help with providing contact details. I will update if I have any progress, but until then, avoid buying online from them.
Bought dress from asos and another from the glamorous website!! What an awful company… when they send order confirmation they send you a Manchester number and when you call it there are 6 options (clearly the same person for all options) and funny they all go to an answer machine!! Email and it comes back with a postmaster error!! It’s a joke and still have my money!! Stay clear of them!!!

I waited until I received my order in the mail to write this review. I am honestly very impressed by this company. They sell affordable, SUSTAINABLE, excellent quality clothing, and all of those in the same sentence is a miracle. I was able to get a gorgeous dress made from recycled material for less than 30 USD! That's actually better than most fast fashion these days. The quality is beautiful; no stitch out of place, fabric was very soft. Sizing is accurate, too! I was afraid my size 6/8 in US wouldn't translate well to UK sizing, but I was indeed a size UK 10! I definitely recommend this company. I love what they stand for and their beautiful clothes.
Delivery abroad took more than one and half months. First, I was waiting for almost month without any notification. After email to them my order was finally shipped. No word of apology or explanation. When the package finally arrived - half of things were missing - again no explanation. Condition of delivered items was horrible - like they had spent half a century inside some dusty factory - really bad dirty packaging and cheap quality of products.Their mail packaging is dimply a plastic bag without any protection!Had to contact them several times about cancellation of my order, but was told that I would have to pay for shipping myself. Paying for this garbage even more would had been a waste, so just asked my credit card to cancel the whole thing.

I never received this shipping information though they proceeded to take the money out of my account. I had tried emailing them, calling them, contacting them through Instagram and Facebook though have they not replied to me. I wouldn't trust buying from this site though if you do like some of their clothes I would recommend you buy through ASOS.

I had made a mistake on my delivery address, however Glamorous customer service advisor helped me days before Christmas Day, to make sure that the parcel reaches me in time. Ordered twice from this company. The first was a beautiful 60’s style outfit that got lots of compliments and was great quality. The second was a dress in the sale which unfortunately didn’t suit me.
