fruugo.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives fruugo.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 80.70. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Reliable. Legitimate. Secure..
We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.70 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to fruugo.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Reliable. Legitimate. Secure. tags above.
Long story short, we deem this a reliable and secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning fruugo.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between fruugo.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of fruugo.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of fruugo.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.
A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.
fruugo.com is an innocuous website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether fruugo.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether fruugo.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, fruugo.com.

The site is a scam. It allows disreputable sellers to scam people.
I mistakenly order the wrong watches off their site. I tried to cancel them witching minutes. They were sent & I had to pay duty. I immediately sent them back to the sellers at a further cost of $75. One seller refused the package and sent it back and the other kept the watch and the money. I did absolutely everything they told me but they have refused to get the other watch or my money. This site is a fraud that allows criminals to operate. Products used:One Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
Product not as descibed
Product page described product different to that supplied. Product purported to be from well known gate automation remote fob but was a generic clone that did not work as described on the site or the documentation. Returned product but Fruugo expects me to pay return postage. If you cannot trust the product descriptions then the site cannot be trusted. Does not appear to be a complaints page on Fruugo. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
Absolutely a scam!
I placed an order and received an awful imitation of a famous brand which was advertised in the picture on their website. It's so frustrating because if I want to send it back it will cost me half of what I paid for the item! But the worst part is the customer service is absolutely inexistent. I've sent pictures 3 times but no answers at all. I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad, but I really wish they could close down and stop scamming people! Tip for consumers:Just do not waste your money on this website! Products used:Bracelet Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

Are You the Owner of fruugo.com?
If you own fruugo.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence.
When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things:
* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.
* If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.).
We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
I just scammed out of $249.00, for a fake phone on Fruugo.com then they give me a fake address to return the phone and it could not be delivered after I payed $71.39 for shipping and now they stop responding to my emails. could anyone tell me what I can do? please be careful with this website they are scamming people out of their money.
fruugo.com
I recently ordered a Seresto flea/tick collar for my dog. The listed retailer appeared to be Chinese, but I was reassured when I received from fruugo confirmation that my order had been received, and another that it had been shipped, with a projected arrival date. It arrived on time and looked perfectly legit, but having been warned by a friend about knock-off collars, I called Seresto. The representative told me to compare the serial number on the collar with the number on the can in which it came, and that if they were different, the collar was a fake. The numbers didn’t match.
I had to give the shysters credit: the can, the sealed cellophane wrapper, and even the flyer detailing instructions (and giving the company’s hotline number!) all were exact replicas of what the real thing would have presented. I have notified fruugo of the scam; I don’t know if they knew.
