Bait n Switch is what they do. Then they cheat you by charging you every month. Wish I had never ordered from them.
I ordered the green knee brace for $7 something and paid $14 something for expedited service. Got my order in 24 hrs and I like the brace but not exactly as described but I wear it and it works. But earlier this morning got notification from my bank where they declined a charge for back sleeve.xom for $37.57 for an order I never placed. I order the knee brace one time nothing else lucky for me I had frozen my card after last use and keep it frozen until I need to use it again because they would have gotten that $37.57 from my account for an order that I didn’t place so I reported it to my bank and had them block anything from this place cause they was trying to make more charges against my account so they are forever blocked by my bank whether my card is frozen or not. And they have reported them for fraud and I don’t have to replace my card again cause I just got it 5 days ago cause of fraud charges. And if I ever place another order which I’m sure I won’t it will be placed on a prepaid card.. assholes

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They trick you to buy the item for $6.95 but neglects to tell you that you are signing up for a VIP membership. The mention the membership at the bottom of the page which is after the submit button. So if you click submit before scrolling all the way to the bottom you will not be aware of the $37.57 monthly membership charge.
It appears after “Yes! Send Me My Sock!” option, so if a person clicks on that to proceed/complete the order without scrolling to the bottom of the page the person is completely unaware of the subscription. Consequently, individuals who do not scroll to the end of the page remain uninformed about the existence of the subscription. This practice is highly dishonest and extremely deceptive and clearly demonstrates their unscrupulous/unethical conduct to deceive the customer. They also state that Derek Jenkins sends an email to make us aware of the subscription. That is a flat out LIE!! I never received an email from him regarding the subscription but continue to send me marketing emails to buy something else. Although I have already unsubscribed to receiving emails from them.
They are scam artists. My experience is the same as all those above. If you ordered the $6.95 “free” socks cancel your credit card at once and request a replacement.
Also my Podiatrist said that with my foot condition those socks could put me in the hospital with the possible need to amputate. I am glad I waited to see him before I tried them.
I ordered compression socks for a charge of $6.95. It was charged to my credit card. I then received 3 more charges of $49.96, then $37. 57, and then $37.57 once again. I ended up having to close out my credit card and file a fraud claim against the company (which is still under investigation).

I too never saw any monthly fee for my postage only free socks. But my Chase bank is smarter than I and declined payment 37.87. Sent me text and shut down card due to fraud activity. I guess the hassle of not having my card for 5 to 7 days is nothing to some still fighting charge. But hope no one does business with these quys again!!
i was charged $37.00 just today for the socks I received 2 weeks ago and paid $8.00 initially for. No where on the video did I see where there would be a monthly charge. What a pain

TOTAL CROOKS!!! Charging $24.97 to my card every month but I never received any products after initial order. When I went to their website to find a contact number, the website didnt exist. I closed my card, and disputed the charges. I read others were told it was a monthly membership fee, but I was never made aware of that and never saw anything mentioned about it when I ordered via instagram. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES
I ordered a free pair of compression socks for the cost of the shipping & handling of $6.95. No where did i read anything about any 14 day trial. Apparently, after 14 days of my purchase, $24.97 was automatically deducted from my checking account for monthly membership dues. I did not receive an email or any kind of notice telling me about any trial or even that my 14 day trial would be ending and that dues would be automatically deducted. I called and asked them what it was for and i was told it was for a monthly membership for 50% off of their product. This to me is a scam.

They charge about $25 a month later, after your $8 initial order. My Chase CC asked if I wanted to stop the payment and I did. They have replaced my card so no more charges can go through.
No where did I see any mention of a monthly or second payment for the “free” socks. I even watched their ad again on a public computer, to see if I could find the “small print”. None found.
Same here ordered one pair months ago but am still receiving a monthly charge for 24.97 each month.
