I received my order and was so excited, when I finally took it out to wear for the first time I noticed a strange round spot on the bag. (Was exactly a week after I received it, so I'm still in their 2 weeks policy of being able to return/exchange the item). Never worn or used. When contacting AMUZE, About the damaged bag they sent me, they turned me into a liar and said it was impossible!
