Unfortunately, this creates yet another way for ruthless people to help you part with your money. Let's say you're struggling to pay all your bills on time. You again stumble upon an ad, this time it's for a company promising great change to your loans, money-back guaranteed!
They might even say they can get refinancing through a federal program. What could possibly go wrong? You contact them and they send you a “Quick Qualification” questionnaire to see if you qualify for approval for the loan modification by their attorneys. Surprise, surprise, you do get approved!
You must submit a one-time fee of over $1,000 and some necessary documents. Once everything is in, the “company” informs you that the paperwork will take one to two months to complete. Of course, the paperwork doesn't go through and your bills are still piling up.

My life is in danger because I discovered the biggest Loan Modification and FHA Covid Relief partial claim fraud ever. I am microchipped and they have the Darpa Simulation Program attached to my Remote Neutral Monitoring. As soon as I figured the scam out, my thoughts go into a parallel world which takes effect immediately. People are notified and they might do damage control. That means they might kill me.
Well I had a loan modification done on June 1, 2023 and on page 3, it tells me the programs I didn’t qualify for. I didn’t qualify for FHA Covid Recovery Standalone Partial Claim. I didn’t qualify for FHA Covid Recovery Modification No Trial and I didn’t qualify for FHA Covid Recovery Non-Occupant Modification No-Trial. So I was wondering what I qualified for? I don’t know. I do have a partial claim attached to it. $3073.01
It goes beyond this and I think the Carlsbad California FBI are working on it. If you could please contact them for more details. ISN Corporation has this future predicting software and there numbers probably went to $0 so they will be after me. They might of killed my kids also.
