Facebook Dislike Button Scam: How It Works
Facebook has been working on the implementation of the Dislike button. It’s official, it will happen. However, there are many concerns that the button could become a device for cyber-bullying. Critics say that people are going to push that button just to provoke others. While these critics accuse Facebook of promoting conflict by adding the Dislike button, Mark Zuckerberg claims the button’s recommended use is only to ‘express empathy’. While the two parties are busy sharing their pros and cons, criminals are also sneaking in. How does the scam work?

The scam has been perpetrating in the last couple of years, as users have been patiently waiting for the button to be implemented. Crooks create official looking campaigns in order to persuade victims to click on links that will download not a button, but harmful malware onto their computers.
The scam comes in two ways:
1. Enable the Dislike Button
In this specific case, Facebook users are tempted to enable the Dislike button to activate a new expected feature, which of course isn’t going to happen. Instead, when the users click the ‘Enable Now’ button, they’ll be running troublesome JavaScript on their computers and also send spam messages to their friends lists.
2. Install the Dislike Button
In this scenario, the scammer sends a fabricated message to Facebook users saying: ‘Now you can install (or download) the Dislike button yourself!’. Criminals will get the user through the process of ‘installing’ by giving him/her a malicious code to copy and paste into the personal computer.

Enable the Dislike Button Scam: How To Avoid
The simplest way to avoid this scam is by educating yourself on this new feature. Go to the Facebook Help page and request information on any new features that are being talked about in your news feed or that you see in an online article or advertisement, as often even those may have been created by a scammer.
Of course, never click links to any other site unless you are 100% positive that the link leads to a legitimate website and is not being used to distribute malware that will compromise the security of your PC and your personal identifying information.
It’s tough to avoid these scams but you should always be wary of ‘new’ links and features. When Facebook will launch the Dislike feature, you’ll find out just like you did when you had to change your timeline: officially, not through other friends. You need to verify links you aren’t sure of before clicking on them; delete and report spam immediately and warn friends and family that may be receiving bogus information and messages.

David EBERSMAN,chief of financial office (CFO) de facebook à l’adresse: ebersman@financier.com ou d’appeler au 16504884543 ou 16504884546. Ce dernier me dira que la banque HSBC,partenaire de facebook me contactera dès que possible pou la remise du prix. La HSBC Bank me contacte et me met à son tour en contact avec MNG service cargo pour la livraison,ce dernier me contacta pour me dire de payer €175 pour le frais de livraison à leur bureau d’Istanbul au nom du service clientèle(Prosper ORJI).
