  1. I returned a $3,000 dollar item and amazon say it rec’d an empty box. It was returned via UPS and was clearly marked 7LBS in weight. How can that carton be handled by so many people and no-one questioned it being less than 1LB?
    I asked amazon if they still have the carton and if it looked it had been opened and resealed but they ignore my question.
    I don’t want to go to small claims court but what other recourse do I have?
