Awful experience. Kept receiving emails with discount codes that were never honoured.After trying again with their last email, I attempted to purchase two rings that I loved. They were $12.99 each. I added them to my cart and directed to check out, the value was $21.00.

Zudo created a beautiful custom-made necklace for me. It was a piece of art our son had drawn and it was perfectly recreated into a pendant. My wife says it was the best anniversary gift she's ever received.

I am so happy with my purchase from ZUDO. The business has variety of creative jewelry, and I picked a ring to give it to a friend who lives abroad. I made a mistake with the shipping address, so the package was kept in a warehouse. However, ZUDO management reached out to me to resolve the issue and to make sure the package gets delivered. The package was delivered to my friend and she LOVED it!! I definitely recommend their products as they’re good quality and affordable. Also, their customer service is a top notch.

Can't believe it's already been one year since I first bought 2 necklaces from zudo!! Recently added two more meaningful jewelry pieces to the collection. The beautiful pieces are the sabr cuff and mango necklace (wanted to commemorate my summer trip). These products bring back memories from this past summer reunion trip to India..first trip in 15 or 17 years (was always waiting patiently for this trip to happen..Alhamdulillah). As always the quality and delivery time is wonderful. Just feeling joyful overall.

The best customer service I have ever experienced hands down. They truly stand by the lifetime guarantee they advertise if the jewelry tarnishes. But honestly out of everything I've bought, which is a lot. Only a couple things tarnished and they sent me replacements right away no questions asked. I would definitely recommend buying from Zudo

I got a rose gold necklace with the engraving “verily with every hardship comes ease.” It arrived and it was in yellow gold format but I still loved it! When I contacted Zudo about the error, they were so quick and so prompt and rectified the error immediately! Great customer service. Chic jewellery. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Zudo's owner, Ibrahim and his colleague Saad went above and beyond to find solutions to a problem we encountered. Not only did they work diligently to offer out of the box solutions, they did it with such kindness that it made you feel right at home at Zudo. The effort that they put in really reflects how much they value their customers and shows us how much they care about their customer experience. Could not recommend enough, for their quality products but even more so for their quality customer service.

Zudo’s products are of high quality and very durable. My 11 year old son loves wearing his Allah necklace and it has survived many football practices and games. We had one incident where it broke and I contacted Zudo and their customer service representative helped me out right away. They even did a follow up email when I didn’t respond right away. I am so happy with the customer service and will definitely be buying more products from them in the near future. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

Got my wife a unique necklace from Zudo several years ago and it never comes off her neck. She loves it and the piece is noticed all the time.
