overall very good service, response time can be quicker and very ocassionally little bugs can not be remove (like postcode delivery charge)

I used to be with justeat , Hungary house ,fillmybelly, and a other companis, but left them all and joined Zpos . My business has improved so much with a big saving on commission fee as well as, better service from Zpos. You don't need to think about it , just join them and let them manage your website.

We have partnered up with ZPOS a little under a year ago and I must say we couldn’t be any happier! As a restaurant manager, the day to day can get stressful and ZPOS has always been very quick and effective in helping us and our customers. Their web team have done a fantastic job designing an easy to use website and a web chat feature available for our customers ! This has proved to be very helpful whilst customers are ordering online. Very efficient service provide. Having used Epos support from large organisations including Oracle for many years. ZPOS have surpassed expectations in the support levels provided. They alway answer the phone and regularly find the team are pushing and chasing you to ensure any outstanding matters are complete as opposed to the other way round you can usually find!

I'm using their EPOS & everything else they do like the webiste & printing. they have good information about the things they sell & they understand the food business really well. they are always available to call until late night

I wasn't sure about using zpos, but i like how good and helpful they are. I can call them any day of the week until around midnight for any changes to my system, and i think that they are all UK based. They understand well so i don't have to keep explaining the same issues (unlike other companies that you have to start again every time you call) I've been in the takeaway business for 14 years and compared to other companies, i've had the least issues with zpos. I know other takeaways working with zpos as i have been introduced to them by a friend and i'm sure they would all say the same about them. I hope that they stay the same.

We had been using Zpos for nearly 3 years and we were offered a lower rate compared to others which is all evidenced in the invoices we have been paying all these years. Majority of the time the staff have been great but sometimes when it has been really important they have messed up and we have lost money or had bad reviews because of it and yes we did complain but obviously its nothing they can do or compensate. They seemed a good rate for our small takeaway business and one of the directors had offered it to us. Even when we were close to leaving last year he reassured us and convinced us to continue with them. Now, the system isn't working for us as customers want alot more features so we found another company whom charge half of what zpos charges and alot more features and full control of the system and they are called TillTech. So zpos had to pay us our sales money and only when I checked the account I saw there was an invoice for over £1000+ being deducted and our invoices on the systems were changed without any prior notice or discussion. We complained and they apologised and changed back the invoices but they charged us now as we were not meant to have a discount which is total rubbish. Cleverly the director only calls us from his mobile whenever we call the office or through email trying to contact him he would say I'll call you. So they are now saying we don't have any proof even though 3 years worth of invoices have the discount applied. You don't offer something to a customer and then say sorry we shouldn't have and take it back if they want to leave. This has been an ongoing battle back and forth and they offered to send a call recording to show the actual amount that was discussed in the end we asked for the recording and then came back saying sorry we can't share it with you its for internal use. Even though they offered to share it in a few emails. The director who was fully aware all this time is now backing off. A small business with hard times now shouldn't have to go through this to get hard earned money. They have caused so much stress and we feel as we have been backstabbed by them and liars. Totally unprofessional behaviour and to top it all off I copy exactly from the email we received: The refund of £432 incl VAT will be processed shortly, and this is the most we can offer unless you ever did want to consider reinstating the website with ZPos. I know that this is very unlikely given the circumstances, but it's worth noting that in this case, I may be able to offer the full amount of credit to you.So angry from the response above it clearly shows that if we was to go back they can give the credit of our hard earned money but in all these continuous emails and phone calls they wouldn't budge even though it isn't our fault. We have never seen such a management like this before. I highly warn you not to go with them yes their basic website does the job and the staff are fine but a small issue and they're very quick to withhold payments without any prior notification. Never use them there are better websites with better processes as I have witnessed now, clear transparent communication, calls to see if we are ok and hows it going. An example: they charge card transaction fees of 75p with our new website absolutely 0 according to zpos our monthly charge should have been £200+ but the one we have is only £100 and way better service. They are cheats! they don't care about you if you decide to leave, worst management and worst business I have seen in my life. Everything is built on trust and they have broke our trust badly. They said I had to pay an invoice even inbetween all this arguments - I did because I knew that was due so we are not a business to hesitate to pay when we need too. However, why should we let our money that go when its not our fault? I sent an email mid April and still waiting a reply. I will not let this go and have already complained officially and wait to see what happens. End of the day they keep a weeks payment as a backup so they always have your money on them to deduct anything they need. So if you have any discounts from them and if you decide to leave you will go through something similar so be careful with your money and we are now using a system where our payments get released every 2 days. you are wasting your hard earned money with this company definitely recommend to change as soon as possible.

Excellent service from all the team at Zpos. They build our website and did an amazing job. My experience with them from start till now is great. Very helpful and attention to details while building our website.
