Is zox.la Legit?

I ordered three kids bracelets as gifts and they are brilliant. Arrived on time as specified. Well made and the kids love them, the vibrant colours and positive sayings. Very happy kids.

Order a watch strap and a band, both arrived together and I am very happy with them both. :D

I ordered a watch band and bracelet, they arrived fairly quickly from the other side of the world. The quality is perfect, very soft and stretchy, and feels strong and also light. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong band for my watch so I emailed them and they sent out a new one straight away and said i should gift the other one which I will do.

My mom is at the end stage of life and I ordered the watch band "You're going to be ok" to remind me that I will make it through this. The band did not arrive when expected and when I reached out to customer service, they were more than helpful and even followed up to make sure I had received the band. I also bought a bracelet for myself and my sister previously to remind us we have each other to lean on and I love them! I will definitely be buying more items in the near future.

We like the products. They are well made and contain great ideas. The people are terrific, and they really value their customers, and their happiness. In today’s online world, where companies want to sell, without regard to how they treat their customers, Zox is an example of how business should be done. If you have someone who needs a sentiment that means something, check out the bracelets. I am not affiliated with Zox, other than being a satisfied customer. This review is based solely on my actual purchases.

Wristbands are beautiful, inexpensive and arrive quickly. However, the company had an old debit card number of mìne (the bank had closed my old one due to some thief ) and because of this everything I attempted to order was "not available in your country". Once I got this corrected and submitted my new card number I found I had an accidental unwanted extra item on order. I think their website has glitches. But they are quick to send order acknowledgments and offers. This was my second time ordering and there was no trouble the first time. I like zox and think I would order again.

I discovered Zox recently and have absolutely loved the products and community. It's very positive and encouraging! If you've never worn a Zox before, I highly recommend finding a message or design that resonates with you and purchasing it post haste! I have loved seeing the beautiful and poignant reminders on my wrist throughout the day.

I will admit when I first saw the ads I was very skeptical but then I remembered how simple reminders can make a real difference. The price is right so I took a chance and bought myself one, as well as matching ones for my wife and 3 year old daughter. We love them. Quality is great, the designs are awesome and the sentiment behind them really makes an impact. My little girl in particular was thrilled and has not taken hers off! I imagine we will be getting more as we need new mental health reminders in life

awful customer service, say they'll try anything to help but really give no assistance at all. Then they're all about the "big hugs" - seriously, avoid!Editing to respond: already gave you the name of the customer service representative i spoke to, and to be honest if you have more than one incident of this nature happening then i would suggest your company is even worse than i thought. If you don't have the wherewithall to check your own email trails, from a specific staff member, for an issue that matches then its no surprise that you're so inept. "big hugs"

I absolutely love the zox that I have ordered! The positive and encouraging energy that goes into these products is absolutely worth it! The world needs more good, and I have seen this company produce things that bring a positive vibe to lives around me!

Ordering online was easy, and shipping was fast. The material is strong yet soft and comfortable. It sure beats the stock apple wristbands, and is better than the Velcro wristbands. You do have to get used to taking it on and off like a bracelet, but that's not even a downside, really.

The product itself is nice. We really enjoy the bands and have several. We do get frustrated that many, if not most, of the great designs sell out almost immediately and never get restocked. It's further frustrating that they continue to list the bands on the website, even though there's no way to get them. We did have an issue with one of our orders taking a long time to ship and then after shipping, we were informed that one of the items was out of stock. They did compensate us, with additional products as an apology.

My cool bracelets and a little card (almost a small gift card) with important reminders. For example; Forgiven !! Have gotten complimented by a young man as a cashier in a grocery store!! They are very nice and colors are very cool !!

I have ordered your wristbands a few times and love each and every one of them. I just have to remember to remove them before I hit the shower!I ordered your wristbands recently for my two nieces, who I know will love them. The sayings fit each one of them wonderfully.I have absolutely no complaints about your products. I love the bracelets, however, almost every delivery was delayed or lost. I recently sent an order but just yesterday, received a letter from the post office with a fragment of the delivery envelope with the tracking #..and nothing else. The previous order never arrived and by the time they reordered my replacement bracelets, they were out of my size, so I had to accept a larger size. GREAT WRIST BANDS, though!! I love them!

Whenever I need help I always talk to Erica.She is the absolute greatest there at ZOX.She always sorts me or my daughter out with any problems and sometimes we have a lot of problems but no matter what they are that lady has the patience of a saint and sorts us out and is an absolute diamond.I hope she never leaves ZOX as I love dealing with Erica as I feel it gets sorted when I go through her and I can guarantee it will get done and sorted out for me and she sees it through til the end for me.Erica is who makes me happy to stay with ZOX as well as the wristbands lol

Great products. I've bought their bracelets before, and I love my new Galaxy Watch Zox band. It's so much more comfortable than the silicone one the watch comes with. They have great messages that uplift you, with beautiful art to match. And I love that they're made from recycled plastic.

I work with special needs kids, and got each of them a bracelet with a reminder that resonates with them. They all loved them so much, and I will be making another order for the kids in the near future.

I am missing two bracelets out of my order. Kind of disappointing considering I ordered them for my bridal gift for my wedding party and now I have to wait for them to show up.I have personally never ordered from this website but the person I’m getting them for loves wearing them and had nothing but great reviews. So I hope this is just a one off time that this happens. Other than that I think the bracelets that did arrive are perfect.
