I ordered a chain and bracelet set that was advertised as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free". I received just one chain and one bracelet, and I reached out to their customer service department to inform them of the error. As opposed to correcting the error, one of their representatives "Chris" responded to me and stated the I received my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this was an honest mistake. No other information was communicated with me to explain why their representative emailed me such a statement when I explained that I only received one of each product and not the "Buy 1 Get 1" as advertised. After several emails back to them with no response, I concluded their deceit was purposeful and not in error. Do not patronize or get scammed by this company.

Item took a month to ship and broke after 2 days. Their customer service is awful, they say lifetime warranty/replacement but wanted to charge for a refund, restocking fee and shipping. Since then, they have charged my credit card 2 more times secretly with no email communication and no subscription/account canceling option on their website. HUGE SCAM.

I order a few times from here and they had a deal for a chain I tried to buy 3 times wouldn't send it to me sent me the same tennis chain 3 times took the 10 dollar shipping charge and the partially refunded my account cuz the other 2 chains in my order apparently u couldn't buy even though it was on there website did this twice to me . Not happy bout that at all . The 24 hrs it takes or more to hear from customer service should change cuz u might get a response they advertise from New York but ur merchandise comes from china 3 to 8 day shipping no no no more like 2 to 3 weeks they give u excuses like chain ain't in stock or it's being made .. chains seem to be holding up well no fades or tarnishing yet cleaned them once . I wear em everyday to work and seem to be holding tru to wat they say idk it's only been 2 months close to . With all these type of jewelry stores claiming the same thing but the jewelry is coming from china so how real is it vs the original type of gold plating to new type cuz the materials used that u read on the site wats it's made out of I believe are for the mossinite and solid gold pieces . Idk got sucked in by the shine but really wat to believe

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still awaiting my package . Still showing usps awaiting item. False advertisement with the shipping time. Will update my review when I get my package if I ever do .

What a joke. I placed an order and they offered another chain at $2 and of course the only chain that showed up was the $2 one. I gave them a second chance and ordered a chain with the insurance on October 8. It is not October 30 and still no product. I was told they artworks looking into my order 6 said ago and I haven't heard a thing since. Seems like just a rip off company

THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY SENT WAS FRAUDULENT. GLD IS MY RECOMMENDATION THE NEXT TIME YOU BUY JEWELRY ONLINE.
