Where to begin? What a horrible experience all around. My package was never delivered, took me over a week to even get in contact with a person from customer service. I had to send a direct message on Instagram and Facebook just to get an e-mail so I could even speak to a customer service agent. First they said my package was delivered, and then they said they never received payment and that is why my package wasn't delivered. When I showed proof of payment so they could deliver my package, they just shut down my case asking for feedback and to "review my experience". It's been 4 weeks and I've been bounced around from agent to agent, shutting down my case without even answering it or plainly ignoring what I've written, cherry picking what to answer. This is a surreal experience and I feel like I'm going crazy. I still haven't received my package or my money back. At this point I'm considering going to the police to report them. I really don't know what to do anymore. I just want my money back so that I never have to deal with them ever again.
The store does not refund money for canceled items. The order was canceled immediately after payment on January 3, 2024. Status in my personal account - canceled. They replied once and confirmed that the order was canceled and the money will be refunded within a few days.It's been more than 3 weeks. No money. The store does not respond to appeals. Does not send a refund receipt.

I was a regular customer, even though my first large order arrived in a broken litter box, I turned a blind eye to it, but having to wait 12 days for the parcel is simply ridiculous. We have ordered many times from Zooplus, always fast delivery, good products and good prices. In anticipation of our puppy, we already bought high quality food in July. Now we discovered there’s a law suit pending against the brand in the US (nothing is proven yet, but we don’t want to take any risk.) We wrote Zooplus and they refunded us the amount. We did not need to send back the unopened bags of food, we could donate it. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!
Although they claim that they deliver in 3 to 5 business days, they have dispatched my items after 4 business days following my reminder. They gave me false information, they are not reliable in every sense. My expected delivery is at least 9 days after I placed the order which is far beyond country standards. I don't think this is a customer-oriented approach and not returning.

I have been ordering from Zooplus for many years. First in Germany, and since 2009 in Ireland. There were a few issues in the past, where the cardboard boxes were poor quality and arrived torn and damaged (due to the large amount of items I order, such as 10 kg bags of cat litter or cat food). Also I had complaints from the An Post delivery man that the parcels exceeded their 20 kg limit (which is actually not my problem, is it?). HOWEVER, these issues have been sorted, I choose DPS as delivery service, the new boxes are sturdy and arrive undamaged. In the last 11 years I had to contact customer service 3 times and always was happy with the way they dealt with the issues. Their response was always quick and they offered credit or replacement. I also signed up for the 3% discount plan which helps a lot. I have rescue cats, the number varies between 10 and 12 cats, plus sometimes a rescue dog, and I order the good quality food which is not available in pet shops in our town. So all in all I can only say, 5 STARS for Zooplus!
I don’t know if this happened only to me , but the service of this company is the best I ever experienced! The products I got are amazing and the price , for once , super reasonable! Packages are mostly delivered to the house, but that can't be guaranteed and in those instances, they are not delivered to the nearest post station.I have purchased a "savings plan" discount so that I would receive 3% off of all my purchases during a specific time period. However, that means I cannot take advantage of the website's 10-20% discounts that customers whom did not purchase a "savings plan" are given.Selection and quality are usually very good but some products I have purchased have not been the quality I would expect for the price.

Zooplus has great prices and good products but their customer service is incredibly bad. We wanted to return a product and arranged for pickup with customer service. Twice the pick up service Zooplus ordered didn't show up. When confronted with this, customer service suggested that we deliver the package to the transport company ourselves which was OK for us (though it did involve quite a journey to an industrial area quite far out of the way). Package delivered, receipt received - all good? 3 weeks later when still no money was repaid we contacted Zooplus about the return. Nope - not receieved. They tried to contact their own transport company but couldn't manage so asked us to do it for them. Well, it turns out the transport company accepts returns but do not actually return the goods to their own customer Zooplus. Customer service at Zooplus didn't even know this.It's now been 6 weeks since the return was arranged and we have not received any refund. The package is also lost.Avoid.
