We came up with the 81.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to zoopla.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning zoopla.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between zoopla.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of zoopla.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of zoopla.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. zoopla.co.uk is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether zoopla.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

ZOOPLA STAFF DON'T UNDERSTAND THE HOUSING MARKET. Zero stars review. I've been in Financial Services since 2003 before that Banking. I hold professional qualification's including CeMAP and CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. It has always been the case due to sexism that men have benefited more then woman . So for a pathic guy at Zoopla to state it was a surprise clarly the staff aren't qualified in dealing with property.Reply back to the idiot from Zoopla How you going to message me privately? Especially as Zoopla don't have my private email address. As it's not through Trust pilot. To be professional it's Dear not Hi. From my review it's clear that the staff at Zoopla don't understand at all. Especially as it's not 'we' as only one person has sent that message. Did this person go to school. I've declined under GDPR as is my legal right to do so especially as the condersending person from the company didn't state their name. But expected me to provide all my personal information.
Useless! How can you use data from houses sold nearby when my neighbours don’t have a driveway, side access, an extra bedroom, side and rear extension etc.. yes my neighbours sold their house and we are attached to them but the houses are massively different.. this makes no sense at all.. my house has had a big extension with an extra bedroom put on and after changing the information the valuation has gone down.. massive flaws in the way Zoopla are estimating homes! Chimnie give a more thorough estimate and actually listen when there are mistakes on their behalf
I am a newly divorced mum of 12 : bob, billie, barny, bradly, ben, bently, brianna, britney, brad, bella, boomerang and last but not least my favorite of the pack bae 😍. We have found are forever home, the place of our dreams so thank you dearly zoopla we have now got the best house with my jobs at burgerking, mcdonalds and lastly kfc. kind regards lisa ollerton ollie for short 😘👍👌
If you want to know the value ask Zoopla....Really?200k BELOW an agents lowest estimate. House 4 doors down (1 extra bedroom) but with a slightly worse outlook just sold for more than double Zoopla's estimate. What a joke. Only good thing is it shows values or surrounding properties.Update July 2024. Nobody ever contacted me as they promised to do.. 😲
There is a word limit for messages. Poor website design, as there is a lack of information and features. We have no idea what bills are included and what aren't since these are not obligatory fields. The actual address of the property is not shown. Shady agencies like to post there.
Wish I could give these guys a zero rating. There is no point in getting an agent valuation because I’ve had 3 of them and they valued my house accordingly however they do not update their website with the valuation price they quoted which doesn’t make sense. They still have the old info on the website anns it’s been over 2 years so no excuses there. I was told to update my house information which I’ve done but the price hasn’t been updated. If they are giving you a valuation they should update the price on theire Zoopla website to match that. I’ve raised a case but they keep repeating themselves and said they can’t change the price of their valuation. Absolutely useless.
I have used Zoopla property for sale website for many years and always find it informative and what I need when making a purchase (buy to let). I particularly like the details on market stats such as potential rent/previous sale price with date. Would like to see rateable value/service charge where applicable. Very many thanksChris
Was advised by an independent estate agent to look on Zoopla as well as Rightmove, as not all homes for sale are on both.Well, I tried but the website is absolutely awful! Seems to reload every 10 seconds or so and the house I was looking at would disappear then jump around, changing to different houses! Dreadful - tried to continue scrolling but just ended up missing loads of houses and eventually gave up. Now I remember why I didn't bother with this lot and just stuck to Rightmove - at least their online platform is solid and a joy to navigate.
Sold 3 bed EOT house 1 year ago for £350,000. Zoopla now claim it is a 2 bed bungalow worth £249,000.They say they cannot amend data BUT they have claimed that for the last 2 years. Complete rubbish website that is grotesquely inaacurate. I recommend completely ignoring it.
Zoopla used to show a reasonable estimate of the selling price of my 4 bedroom detached home. Around a year ago, Zoopla change my properties description to a 2 bedroom house with a value of around a 1/3rd of houses similar to mine. I have found no way to correct Zoopla's mistake and am resigned to having to put up with it. Thankfully I do not need to take out any loans that might use Zooplas erroneous data to credit score me.
I reported to Zoopla multiple properties that are no longer (and may have never been) available on the market. The agencies are using this strategy to receive more contact from the viewers for then saying that are no longer available but they have other proposal. The properties I've reported are still on Zoopla and I wonder how many users spend their time on the phone for some property they don't wish for. This is also corrupting Zoopla statistics too. These letting agencies should be banned when providing wrong information.
I have been looking for ground floor 2 bedroom, with shower cubicle modern apartment in Rugby for 6 months and although advice comes through regularly, when I contact the agents they don't take any more viewing appointments. Also mostly they are too far out of my area.
My property is still listed incorrectly ( 1 bedroom flat instead of 3 bedroom house.) Land Reg., CT banding and Utility Co. support the latter, which is true. All properties on this development are houses.Last raised nearly 2 years ago, error remains.
The valuation on local property is constantly overvalued by 10% or more based on recent sales - the same recent sales Zoopla keep updating me with! Their algorithm tool is ineffective and misleading...
The information is very useful and I would say most of it is crucial in helping you form a judgment/opinion on property you wish to view.I have tackled Zoopla three times now re the inaccurate recording of my apartment, ie it states one bathroom when it has two. This not only affects their estimated valuation, it massively affects viewers' wish lists. I would not view any further, on the property listing, if it said one bathroom and not two. It's very frustrating, but they simply state that they cannot do anything about it as it comes from Land Registry. I think this is very misleading and unfair. If Zoopla want to be more accurate they should be moving mountains to get Land Registry to make their records 100% accurate.
I contacted zoopla, to ask for advice and help. They responded back to me via email within 2 days. And then in another few days they had resolved my problem also giving me further information and help for the future. A big thank you zoopla customer support
The additional home check service did not work, and my attempt to contact the company resulted in an AI chat bot that could not help. Hoping for a human to contact me and a refund. Very poor service indeed.
Do not trust this Web site.Just look at rightmove and see all 2 beds in area IG2 location are priced 425k and these incompetent people state high confidence price for 2 bed homes sell for 460k.Where do they get their data from or information.
You should ban Spacelet "agency", they are taking money first, and then not showing homes like advertised. I paid 2 times. First time for the flats that was different price in advert, and second they didn't even showed me the flat i wanted. They are scammers, and you allow it. I put 2 stars because the other agencies are proper legit!
Utterly pointless if you are looking for anything resembling a true and fair valuation....Based on sales price plus market data on hiw property prices have changed. Our home we purchased from new yet since we have added an extension, spend thousands on landscaping, thousands and thousands on built in storage yet no ability to update the Zoopla valuation to include this like you could years ago....Totally totally pointless and therefore Zoopla giving out. Misleading advice and valuation on properties.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
