Zolucky is an Awful business, stay clear. I ordered my wife 4 pairs of socks with seams on the bottom, they are unusable, and a blouse arrived with an ink stain right in the middle of the shirt. When I advised zolucky, they offered 15% off and showed me their policy to return to China at my expense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY OR YOULL REGRET IT LIKE ME.
There seem to be several of these websites flooding the market. The clothes on the advertising look beautiful, but when you get them, I agree with some of the comments, the material is very cheap and flimsy. Would probably fall apart after one wash. Bought several things from Roselinlin. Donated them to goodwill. It was easier than returning them. This website Zolucky, I never received what I ordered. And when I tried to contact them a few months later about it, I received an automated email telling me my order has been shipped. My order was back in July of 2020. I strongly suspect that these websites are all the same people or company using different names. And it’s all coming from outside the US. Probably China. The glowing or rave reviews have to be bogus.
Zolucky comes across as very well made and trendy clothing and shoes, but they ARE NOT. I ordered a blouse and pair of shoes, that came months later. Which I thought was odd, as the return address on my shipping bag stated they were in San Fransico, CA. The shirt was the same style, but not even the color that I choose. The shoes matched what showed online, but made from extremely cheap materials. I contacted customer service right away who was quick to reply. They tried numerous times to get me to accept a small refund and keep the product, to which I did not accept. It was going to cost my $27 to ship it back to China, which meant it would eat into my refund, but I wanted to prove a point and at least get more back than their original offer. After weeks of emails and wondering when my bank account would get credited, they reported the package had been received by their company in China and would refund my money. I thought we were done, just to get the package returned to me just as I sent it; which makes me question if the China address is even legit? I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.
Zolucky is cheap Chinese clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Material is terrible and not at all as advertised. They will only take returns to China which costs so much as to make it prohibitive. Stay clear! It should not have a high trust rating on this website.

Zolucky is to be AVOIDED. It is impossible to get a "full refund" with this scam company. I bet it is just one of many clothing company under the management of one giant scammer. The Nora Nora clothing ads which pop up are quite similar. The lovely tops and sweaters look cozy, colorful, well designed, and fabulous on the model. But the items are polyester-ish fabric, not cozy or fuzzy at all, very boxy in shape, like a man's t-shirt. Mid-January 2021: The first item arrived within 10 days; but tracking said both items arrived. I began my constant back and forth emails with customer service to adhere to their return policy. If you don't get back to them within 2 days, I think they disqualify you from a return. Items must be returned in perfect order within a very limited number of days of receipt. The return rules are lengthy, strict, and detailed. Since I was to pay return shipping, I wanted to make one shipment. After about 50 pages of email correspondence with customer service over 2 months, it was at the end of March that the 2nd ugly item finally arrived. -- In the meantime, CS had offered a 10% credit... No, I said. Then the offer moved to 15%, then finally 25% to spare me "the hassle" of returning the items. I just wanted the 2nd one to get here so they'd be out of sight. When I took them to the post office with the bizarre address in China, it was a small fortune. My friend said: just donate the tops. So I accepted a tiny credit back on a nearly $60 purchase and felt poisoned from ordering anything ever from Chinese companies. These items were shipped to San Francisco from China, then to me. Rule #1 There is no hope for you if you return your item to the local address which sent it to you. I believe all positive reviews are fabricated to offset the extremely negative ones that are 100% true.
Do NOT purchase from Zolucky. It comes from China and if it does not fit YOU must pay the return and even some fees.And the articles never look like the pictures. I spent over $100 during a major brain fart and so regret it. Stick with Macys or Amz. to make sure you can make an easy return.
Zolucky is a scam the clothes do not resemble their images. The clothes are cheaply made and highly priced, buyer beware!!!!!!
The items are Rarely comparable to the photos, if like the picture at all. Even with measurements in inches, the fit is Never correct. Funny how you can't ever leave a rating or review on the site! They will substitute substandard items that have no comparison to the item you ordered nor the value of the item. Why will they only offer you a 15% refund in lieu of you having to lose more money sending it back? Because they're Still making money off of you!!! NEVER RISK ORDERING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO TOSS AWAY!!! SWINDLERS.
