Disater! they reached the maximum of stupidity: they charged me more from my gift cards and they are so stupid that they can not do basic calculations even when I try to explain to their customer services, thy are so stupid and they do not understand basic math calculations. Not to mention their products which seems like they are not original and they are low quality.
Horrible experience - I ordered my package on 30.11.2024, and since then the order has not arrived. I keep asking customer support to cancel my order because as I explained I cannot meet the parcel physically due to me being away for some time.What I keep hearing they cannot do anything, and I have to wait until this package arrives somewhere and no one will be able to send it back which means I have to pay for the gods I no longer need.I am deeply disappointed with this service and I cannot at all recommend ordering anything on Zalando. This is a nightmare service.
I ordered a fair pairs of shoes along with some other articles. Everything arrived in a big box but one pair of shoes was missing. I ordered a 184 EUR worth order from Zalando.de on 20th of November, which says that it will be delivered to my address between 26-27th November. The package started its deliver process on 23rd and when the 27th November date arrived, it was still also in transit. Since I needed the orders because I had to leave the country on 29th, I talked with many customer agents, and each of them told different things, some of them told that it will arrive in 72 hours, some of them told that it will arrive in one day. I tried to be patient and waited indeed, however it ended up as my package has returned back to Zalando on 28th, even for not trying to reached out to me! Now I am waiting for the return process and my refund but still I didn't received my money back. I bought all the items from the black friday discounts, some of them are sold out some of them are overpriced. They wasted my time, and also my money. Very terrible firm and very terrible customer experience. Please do not fooled by the lower prices, buy your items from other places rather than this liar firm.
I would have given a 0 if I could… The worst customer service ever! I ordered two watches in October and received a package that had no watches inside (apparently someone took them before it reached me). Despite communicating the issue to Zalando immediately and documenting with pictures, I was the one who they held responsible for since the watches left their warehouse. It’s simply unbelievable! Good experience overall when shopping or when the need of reaching out to the customer service. Procedures can be sometimes quite long unfortunately.As a employer, Zalando is recommended, they do care for the employees and we had good incentives. But this has become a real big company and the important hierachie makes everything happenning very slowly or not at all. First of all, I like discount price sometimes that you will not find anywhere that low. Second of all the service, the app, the payment and cancelation, return - everything good on point. Always unused cloth, always original. You can cancel your order any time unless it is processed and about to be sent. For example, on Nike or other brands websites you have around 15 min to cancel! Yes, last 3 orders were in delivery around 7 days, but common, that is no reason to put 1 start for review. Returned more than 10 parcel, always went smooth. I definitely recommend Zalando as online store being the best now due to variety of cloth and good sales from time to time!
I used to like Zalando, but my most recent experience was horrible. They claimed an item was damaged that was not, then insisted on returning me the item expecting me of course that I pay for the item yet sending an email commenting on how it's bad for the environment for it to be returned. They are just trying to make more money but not accepting returned items but still wanting me to pay for it.I will never order there again.

I've been a loyal Zalando customer for many years without any issues. However, recently I ordered an item online, and it never got delivered. It seems they lost it. Stay away from Zalando!!! My delivery was missing items and they flat out refuse to refund. APPALLING customer service, too, no options to escalate complaints: "Our warehouse shipped all items, DHL says they aren't aware of any issues" on repeat.
