zola-london.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives zola-london.com a pretty low trust score on the platform: 30.4. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Medium Risk. Standard. Warning.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 30.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to zola-london.com's industry. The algorithm detected fairly high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Medium Risk. Standard. Warning. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning zola-london.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between zola-london.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of zola-london.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of zola-london.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. zola-london.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether zola-london.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether zola-london.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, zola-london.com.

What a scam, I feel totally stupid to have trusted the pictures of the cardigans. Just arrived and the cardigan looks used, smells like someone else has worn it, no labels and completely the wrong size. I have been a med and am very annoyed that I have also ordered another in grey. These were my treat to myself, and I didn't look the company up before the purchase. I will alert and write to consumer monitoring nationally about this company and call them out. Don't buy from this scam company.
Unfortunately I didn't read reviews which I normally do. Scam as others are saying. The quality of product is terrible. £40 coat will be used for gardening. As I would not go anywhere in that polyester rubbish. Please don't waste your money like I did
Ordered a shirt at the beginning of June, yet to receive anything. Complained, got some cute emails stringing me along but never any actual delivery. Wasn't enough money to claim on credit card. Have now given up, lesson learnt.
Misleading, poor quality, sizes don’t correspond to U.K. sizes, they are not London they are China based and returns are very difficult as they keep offering discount on another purchase or to charge for resending in a larger size and you can keep the smaller size you first received free. Really don’t want to give you a credit Really got duped by this company. Lesson learned, always check reviews before you buy.
Awful, please avoid. Tiny sized not relevant to size chart, looks nothing like photos and not even remotely like the colour I ordered. Fabric is extremely poor quality I don’t think I could even give it away. As for returns process there is none, so annoyed at myself for taking the chance on Chinese made tat.
As others have mentioned this is a scam company. They advertise high end products on sites like Facebook and Pinterest and a fortnight later you will receive a poor quality item that bears no relation to the product you ordered. Their 'customer support department' ( fobbing off department) will offer you a 10% refund and you 'get to keep' the ( rubbish) item. The return postage to China ( where it will probably mysteriously disappear) is £14 or £22 tracked, which would be throwing good money after bad. Avoid these fraudsters like the plague. Stick to Amazon or Ebay or reputable outlets with proper returns policies. There are other 'fronts' for this company using the same images but different names.( E.g 'Lily & Rose') Check on Trust Pilot first.
SCAM!!! As the other reviews say, the items are nothing like the photos and utterly cheap replicas you would not even pay a couple of pounds for - would actually be an insult to give to a charity shop. The items have no brand labels, none doesn't even have a size label, and there are tags on to confirm the items are new. To return the items they have to go to China, paying shipping and customs costs despite the completely false advertising. The Trust Pilot reviews on the website are false. This has been a very expensive mistake and can't believe they can get away with it. Really disgusting.
Dress took 3 weeks to arrive, didn’t know it was coming from China! Tracking number showed no updates, what an idiot I was to buy from this ‘company’ without reading reviews. The reviews on their website are fake I have since discovered. I buy everything online due to where I live and have never felt so let down. Do NOT buy from these Chinese scammers. The item will not be the same as the images and they won’t accept returns easily. They offer a free replacement (you pay the shipping) or 50% off a different item. Dress is going to charity as it’s too small and rubbish quality. Lesson learned.
Wish I'd read Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. Came quickly from their UK warehouse, but the garments ordered were truly cheap and shabby and did not match the images shown on the website. Size also too small. No point in contacting the company as they insist you return to China for refund - just adding more cost. Truly awful. Avoid at all costs.
Yodel has confirmed that they returned my parcel to Zola London on 25th August. I have provided the reference number and asked them to arrange with Yodel to have it re-sent. Zola has produced fake spreadsheets to claim it was delivered, which it was NOT and are refusing to refund me.
I ordered a dress, and when it arrived it was like a bag with sleeves, absolutely horrible, something I would not have ordered if the picture was fair. I contacted Zola London to return it and was told I would have to post it to Asia, at my expense, my reply was simple "You could have called Zola Mars" would make no difference. Do not buy from these guys!!!
I would give 0 stars if possible, 1 star is far to good for this joke of a company. Ordered a brown suit which took 2 weeks to arrive and when it finally came the colour was baby blue, it was about 3 sizes to small and it was a completely different style of suit.I have since made contact with their customer support team who were doing anything not to acknowledge a return happening. Instead they were offering me 10% of the value back. When they finally accepted I was returning the item they give me an address in China and said I need to pay a large expense out of my own pocket to return the item to them after their own mistake!!
SCAM COMPANY. Picture of quality items and you receive a badly made item from China. No customer service and you will not get your money back. Their reviews on their website are obviously not genuine.
This is an awful company, the dress was not as per the website, they would not return the item or issue a refund. This is a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY FROM IT. They are apparently based in China.
Lies lies and more lies. Do not buy from this company - I purchased a dress described as linen and it’s polyester. Plus it looks entirely different from the image advertised
Do not shop here!!!! It’s a scam! They have good reviews on their website which are completely fake! I bought a dress from there and wanted to return as it looked nothing like the image, they then either offered a small discount on the dress or advised the address to send back to which in order to send would cost the same price as the dress!!!! So bad! Never experienced anything like it ! I am now £30 out of picked with a hideous dress which is unwearable.
Do not purchase from this company. It is a sham. I paid £42 for a buy one get one free pair of shorts which were advertised as cotton. They took ages to arrive and I was only sent one pair. The quality was just nasty, no labels, made of cheap nylon. I wanted to return them and get a refund but was told I would have to cover the cost to return to china and all the taxes involved. Only when I threatened to go on social media to tell about this service did they give me a 50% refund - very reluctantly even though I was only sent half what I paid for. Avoid this company at all costs!
Fake Trustpilot reviews on site! Was about to buy but decided to check their outstanding Trustpilot reviews for myself! There are no actual reviews of this company!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered a dress which I saw on Pinterest. Exactly what all the other reviews have said have happened to me. The dress came and i couldn’t believe how bad it was. It looked like something a school child would make for a school project. The fabric was cheap and nasty. I have come to terms with losing the money because it’s not worth sending back to China and put it down to a hard learning curve. This company should not be allowed to trade. There should be some law against this sort of business.
This company is a scam. The do not sell the products advertised and they do not refund or allow for return of items. Avoid at all costs

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
