Wish I could give no stars. Vintage sweater bought on Facebook £39.95.Scam company from China, took 15 days to arrive so was beginning to get suspicious, on checking the website which said established for 6 years clicked on the 3 dots on the right top side, only indexed by Google since August 2024. Penny dropped, I've been had. When it arrived it was laughable. It's not even knitted. A polyester sweatshirt with a photo image of knitting on it! Still trying 😪 to get my money back nearly 1 month on. Got to the stage of being offered 50% back, and keep the abomination. But still means I'm £20 out of pocket. Shame on Facebook for allowing this.

False Advertising! Advert said, 'Premium Quality Wool'. It turns up 100% Polyester. And it's not the same pattern, or the same fit. It's a completely different jumper. Customer Service give you the runaround. Offer 15% refund with return to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE! Refused this ridiculous offer, tried to get refund again, this time offered 30%. Still waiting for my refund. The jumper is completely useless to me as my girlfriend is allergic to Polyester. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Ordered two pairs soft flat shoes size on order 7/half. They were numbered 42 which is UK size 8 and they fitted my neighbour who wears UK size 6 absolute rubbish!! I now have my Barclay Card account showing 2 payments taken, one for £25.46 and one for £29.95. In total £55.41!!! For two pairs of poor quality shoes wrongly sized that I cannot wear. What a terrible rip off on a 85yr old pensioner. This has to be a shameful scam.

Appalling quality, don't do it, why on earth did i buy this product just because i saw a very nice looking retro sweater on instagram....dont do it save your money.The quality of the product is rubbish.

The coat is nothing like the picture, absolutely rubbish, haven't even bothered to put it on ,it's falling apart. Have to send it back to China at a cost for a refund . No mention about this when you purchase the item . Don't buy from these scammers.

The product I received is appalling quality, advertised as wool, but the label says 100% polyester, misshapen, not sized correctly and a terrible fit, looks awful and nothing like the photo. Returns are expensive and pretty much impossible unless you want to pay nearly as much as the item cost because it's to China. Delivery painfully slow too. Website is incredibly and deliberately misleading, basically it's a drop ship front. Beware as they also clearly trade under a variety of guises – all heavily advertised on Social Media which lead to nearly identical websites with variations on the name and branding. If you manage to get a reply they will offer you an insultingly small refund. Trading Standards informed.

Ordered a coat, it turned up after two weeks and was all creased up, very lightweight and cheap looking, so I tried to return it and there’s no easy return, you have to email them to get instructions, which obv I did but they don’t respond so you can’t return, so it’s a scam - stay away from this website

Stay away from this company!!! Misleading website! Takes ages to arrive, quality is poor. Definitely misleading pictures on a website. No one replies to your emails. No one returns your money even though I’ve posted items back! There is no way to communicate with them! I had to go through my bank to get my money back! I think they commit fraud!

Terrible, takes ages coming from China, no indication of shipping time takes a good few weeks. What I received looked nothing like the pictures and the material quality is very cheap, not as described and shown. I sent an email complaining with no response!! I’d avoid.. absolute scam And waste of money

Company gives no indication that they are actually based in China. Their website is deliberately misleading with no indication of where goods are dispatched from, they are using London in their name to con people. Website looks very professional - so why not be upfront about location? I don’t mind getting goods from abroad, but I want to know in advance. Order took ages to arrive.

Have reported to trading standards. This is a Chinese fronted company. Material will most likely shred your skin. Beware. Bewaaaaaaaarrrreeeee( for dramatic effect, so the review sweepers don’t understand)

Stay away from this company it’s not uk based it’s in China the goods they sell are terrible quality won’t give u full refund offer you 25 percent saying u can keep the item expect you to pay postage for full return which is about £30.00 quid absolute rip off

Item was nothing like in the picture, no tags or information on the jumper. I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing

Ordered a winter coat - arrived week later poorly packaged - the coat was very poor quality and does not look like the one in the pictures. You have to email them to generate a return - which is to China ! Postage is as much as the cost cost - they say they will refund 25 percent and you can keep the coat - even they don’t want them back ! Wish I had read the reviews as they are terrible - keep away !

I would even give this company zero stars. The clothes took about two weeks to arrive and the quality is too poor. I asked for a refund immediately. I would need to pay shipping costs back to China at a cost of over £30 and if the items didn’t reach the address given I would be responsible for the whole cost. They offered me a 25% discount , but I want a greater discount as the quality is terrible and the service has been so slow. I haven’t received any further communication for 5 working days. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I have spent money on clothes that’s are not fit for purpose .

Don’t use this company.Shoes arrived unboxed in a plastic bag, crushed & misshapen. Materials very cheap. I suspect the shoes are imported from China, although the company’s name is …”of London”

Do not purchase from this company , I ordered a jacket the quality was awful nothing like the picture the fabric was horrible . I then contacted them to return was offered 25% refund or I could return to China . SCAM beware

Like a fool I didn't look for reviews before placing an order. The shoes looked good but what arrived was a similar colour and that's all I can say. I have not even taken them out of the plastic bag they came in. As there was no delivery note or return address on the label I have emailed to ask for return and refund information. I am going to now put it in the hands of PayPal to see what they say.Surprise! I've just had an email from Zoey London. They will refund my purchase price as soon as they receive the item in good condition. I'm just looking to see how much the postage is to China... Think it will be put down to experience and counted as a donation to charity as that's where the goods will end up, not that they're up to a standard that I would normally donate.The cost to return the goods is just a couple of pounds less than the value that would be refunded so I am not going to go to the bother. As I have received the goods it is illogical to ask PayPal to stop the payment. PS I ended up with a 50% discount and the goods.

Very bad, product nothing like what I ordered. Offered 25% refund and keep product and give it to someone as a present!! I complained again and then they offered me 40% but still disgusting and I wouldn’t wear this or give it away! AVOID
