Is zitawest.com Legit?

Just want to say thank you to the team at Zita West especially Rebecca for her advice on which supplements to take. I’ve had many questions and she answered all really quickly and gave advice on which to take and when. I have recently undergone an egg collection and on my previous cycle where I was only taking folic acid and vitamin D, I came out with 2 embryos. Sadly neither of these resulted in a happy ending, hence my 2nd attempt at egg collection. I have been taking Zita West supplements for around 4 months prior to collection. I had a phone call today to say we had 6 embryos successfully fertilised. I truly believe the high quality supplements has helped us on our journey and given us so much hope. Thank you for giving us some positivity for the future.

My husband and I decided to begin IVF in December. They said I had an extremely low egg count (1.7) and endometriosis. At 36, this was pretty upsetting to hear and it felt like our chances of conceiving were slim.I also started acupuncture and she recommended Zita West supplements (for both of us) and the two cook books. I had no idea that egg and sperm health were so essential.6 months later (and three failed ICI procedures later), I am very cautiously thrilled to say I am now pregnant on our first attempt at IVF. However, the part I’m particularly proud of and want to thank you for is the embryo health. 6 embryos were collected (predictably lower than average) but 4 reached the blastocyst stage and are of good quality, and I believe that’s entirely because of the advice at Zita West and my acupuncturist! (An overshare but my husband’s sperm quality went from around 50% (February’s procedure) to 99% at the last procedure!!)What ever comes next is now with the fertility gods and we’ve certainly got a long way to go but I wanted to give you this feedback. I’m so grateful that the name Zita West was mentioned to me as I know wouldn’t be in this position without you!

I have a subscription for some products and loving the science and natural side to it all. The price is reasonable and I really like that you can join webinars when advertised. Overall I am very pleased with the product and it is nice to see an actual medical background has spurred these products on to help others. Thumbs up from me.

Edit after response from Zitawest:I received my order today and they also refunded back the delivery charge as it was not delivered in one day. Lucy (customer service) response was quick, thanks for the resoltion. Updating my rating as well. I ordered on 03 August however I have still not received my order on 11 August. I have paid about 5 pounds of delivery fee which is already very high, and the order is supposed to be received next day. I have not been able to take my pills on time due to this. I have requested support team but looks like nothing is happening.

Quick delivery but great customer service. I had a query and had a good timely reply and follow up. Isabelle perfectly addressed my concerns and gave great advice. It was nice to see my concerns addressed properly and with care.

I’ve been taking Zita West supplements for a little longer than two months and my husband for about a month. Our energy levels have significantly improved. A important difference that these supplements have comparing to others is that they are digested and absorbed easily.

First the package of the product is everything good I like 👍 secondly delivery is fast as I expected coming back soon to announce my pregnancy

Zita always goes out of their way to make sure I can receive my products. I have a difficult work schedule so I am often not around to sign for packages. All the staff are incredibly helpful but Lucy always finds a way to have the package delivered given these constraints. I feel like the customer service is very personalized. Im going through IVF and had my best results while taking the NAC supplements. I cant say thank you enough for increasing my chances of being a mom.

After about a 2 year pregnancy journey, with several loses, we tried Zita West. Thinking it was worth a try. Within a few months my wife became pregnant, after only 2 months. Though we suffered a loss she fell instantly pregnant the following month, we are sitting here at almost 22 weeks and cannot wait to meet our first born. We refer to Zita West as the "Mac Daddy" of fertility supplements. Cannot recommend enough.

Update from review: The customer serviced contacted me for missing delivery, and provided 10% refund. I received the package today eventually by going to the post office in person. I ordered the products before Christmas, but still didn't receive the products until today, which is January 5th. The carrier only attempted delivery once and not sure why it says failed and they never try again. And there is no ticket or note left to tell me which number should I contact. If they still cannot deliver the products in another week, I would like to dispute the order.

Pregnant in 3 Months! After taking ZitaWest egg quality support package, I got pregnant. I had 2 miscarriages before due to poor egg quality. I am 9 weeks pregnant now. Fingers crossed for a rainbow baby this time! Thank you ZitaWest!

Amazing company bought these products for my husband just a shame there wasn’t a whole months supply in one tub it can get very spenny

GUYS IM NOW PREGNANT AFTER 3 months of using!!! Zita West products make me feel on top of the world. I have been taking for two months now and noticed a difference in my skin, body and mood. My cycles have regulated to 28/29 days. My ovulation strips are really dark and now patiently waiting to see if I become pregnant. Over all really happy with the results and if you are thinking about buying the products. Do it! The price is a little more than other brands but you get what you pay for. Excellent.

The products were recommended by friend of mine who lost 10 pregnancies in her life. After 3 months of taking supplements by her and her husband she finally got pregnant and has a wonderful son. I’ve taken these supplements for one year pre and antenatally. They have supported me to conceive immediately when trying & my health during pregnancy. I still suffered with low iron despite a good diet and took additional magnesium but they have overall provided me with a healthy pregnancy & I have recommended them to others. Wish I had taken them with my first pregnancy too.

After a year of trying to conceive and research I found zita west. Myself and my partner are on our second month of supplements after a very helpful consultation with Rebecca. So far we have not been successful in conception but early days. Delivery and customer service has been great and products are delivered very quickly.

Zita West is the only supplement that worked for a friend and my partner and I are having positive results with. Much higher quality than everything else we’ve tried.

Easy to order and great service when I’ve asked questions about the products.The vitamins and the packing are great products… I just wish there was one tablet, or fewer tablets to take each day which did the same thing. For example, I’m currently using the first trimester pack, a single folic acid tablet would be great.. three times a day allows opportunity to miss one.
