Fantastic product. I’m a dentist and I’m recommending this to patients after trying it myself first. Love how it’s fsa approved.Been brushing my retainers for years and ultimately build up happens no matter what. My retainers feel so clean now. I’ll be ordering a new night guard and retainers soon. I’ve been deep cleaning them on the max setting for the past week. Excellent product! Excellent product manual as well and I’ve actually kept mine for reference.

I have two boys who just finished Invisalign and purchased a pod as an early Christmas present to keep their permanent retainers clean. This product does an amazing job! Long gone are the days of trying to brush away stains, using tablets, etc… the pod leaves their retainers looking brand new. It’s easy enough for my kids to use on their own… absolutely love this! Rarely do you come across a product where the marketing matches the performance of the product, but this delivers… and their customer service is five star.

I have been using the Pod now for over a year and my orthodontist was so pleased with the condition of my retainer, which is supposed to last a lifetime. It was clear and clean! The service I have received from the customer service representatives has also been very helpful. I had an issue with my credit card, not the product, and they assisted me in record time in resolving the issue. I received my new Pods. There were follow-up emails...another excellent reflection of this company.

The Zima support team did a great job of taking care of my lost order. They were quick to respond to my emails, looked into the situation and quickly sent a replacement. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Ordered dental pot for £90 from Zima. Was told that shipping would be delayed due to storm Darragh but company working hard to get packages through. 11 Dec got message to say pot on way to carrier. 20th Dec still nothing and despite two emails and a form no one from the company has contacted me. For near £100 I fully expect high level customer service. On top of this ive had seberal marketing messages. It's ridiculous. Harassing me to buy more products when you haven't even delivered my first order with you! Appalling. I wouldn't recommend you and I am now trying to get my money back not to mention trying to get a new Christmas present 5 days before the big day!

Worth every penny and keeps my retainer sparkling clean. I was skeptical and thought it was a gimmick but the results speak for themselves. This thing works better than you can imagine and far better than conventional cleaning methods.

Thank you team .?the pod I purchased was working on and off. After the great help line sorted me out I found that I was not pressing the power button. Unless you have super super eyesight and read instructions thoroughly .. you miss that button. The team helped me Snd were awesome… thankyou alk

I didn't realize how dirty my sleep apnea oral device got. (non metal) The company I got it from didn't recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner, glad I got one anyways. It's amazing how dirty it gets every night that I use it, and that's with brushing my teeth before bed. I will say it's possible that some of it is build up from using it for a couple of months before getting the Dental Pod, but it works great!! I don't use the tablets, just water and it gets it sparkling clean.

I was a little skeptical about buying this pod, especially how expensive it is. My husband wears a mouth guard and I wear braces retainers and WOW. Not to be dramatic, but this pod really works wonders. My retainers were very cloudy and I just wasn’t confident they were getting cleaned with just toothpaste and a toothbrush, and sure enough, they weren’t. My husbands mouth guard was cleaned very good as well! Very impressive technology and overall a very good investment!

Pretty much exactly what I paid for, my only critique is it doesn’t clean your retainers like the advertisement shows but that might be because my night guard has yrs of wear built up on it, so it might take some time to break that down. It is the cleanest my night guard has ever been though!

I put wrong address by mistake. So royal mail sent it back. I sent a email to ask for a new delivery, they managed it without charging an extra deliver fee( I thought they would. ) Thanks a lot for solving it.

The Zima Pod is amazing at cleaning my dental appliance at home! I have to wear an appliance on my teeth every night for TMJ, and using soap and a toothbrush seemed adequate until I got my Zima Pod. I can feel the difference- my appliance feels so much cleaner when I wear it after cleaning it in the Pod! Definitely a purchase I am grateful I made!

My retainer and grinding plate had gotten so dirty looking, despite me cleaning it after every use. I was only using a toothbrush. After cleaning into my Zimadental they look as good as new!!! Highly recommend!!! Great buy!! I really will never brush them again 🤗🤗

was ok and doing the job until I received the new look tablets which do not dissolve and also leave residue on the retainers that catches in the ridges and then look dirty. I have queried this lots with the customer support team who tell me its normal and the residue is too!! I can't understand that. I have taken to cleaning my retainers with a soft bristled brush now before placing in the pod. I did not have this problem when I was using the old style tablets.

I am an Infection Prevention and Control professional, so when I started my clear aligner treatment, it was important for me to consider aligner cleaning options. After researching available products, I’m glad I selected the Zima Dental Pod Pro and cleaning tabs; I also use the Zima UV case for extra cleaning when I’m away from home. I appreciate the addition of the cleaning tabs, because they help prevent/remove build-up on my aligners, and leave them fresh with a light minty taste. I am also pleased with using the Zima products for cleaning other dental hygiene items, like my toothbrush head and water pick attachments.I recommend the Zima products to anyone using aligners or retainers.

Loving it so far! My night guard is a few months old already so not yet able to get the stains out (& may not be able to) but it smells amazing after running thru the cleansing cycle & looks so clean. I feel so much better about getting rid of germs/bacteria @ way easier than using a tooth brush.

After reading many positive reviews, I can say the Dental Pod Pro exceeded my expectations as a dentist. I have been using it to clean my Invisalign retainers daily, as well as my bleaching trays. I was amazed at how clean my bleaching trays became after just one use. I will definitely recommend it to my patients.

My little dental pod stopped working! The customer service team was awesome and it’s completely covered by warranty. Just waiting on my replacement.
