Is zety.fr Legit?

The tool would have been brilliant if it wasn't for the very few but very annoying bugs/UX issues. For an instance - figuring out how to attach my photo was a nightmare. I never managed. One of the dates in the resume appeared completely wrong on download although they were correct when editing. Simple, but fundamental things like that are ruining the experience.

I never been on this web site through I received a debit named zety.fr.I suspect this scam is linked to multiple related web site offering CV creation. I entered my credit card on ElegantCV and keep receiving debit from different source each month.

Zety.com doing great especially the outline of the cover letter. Very convincing and well structured. Though I haven't been successful in any of my job application, I know everything has its own timing.

Zety.com is scamming people by deducting unauthorised monthly recurring transactions from the account. I gave the consent only for one time use for 2.70 however after 3 months now I see that 23.70 is being deducted from account every month. When I wrote to them they simply cancelled my subscription on the day they charged for the month in advance. I am discussing with my lawyer to sue this company.

Like many have mentioned in this page, zety are professional scammers. It's been one-year since I cancelled my 2 dollar subscription which I used once. I was shocked today to see that they have been charging 23 usd to my account for the last 4 months. They have never sent me any emails in a year. Basically they dont want me to know that they are charging me. I see the same issue faced my many others. Whatever positive reviews are there on this page are surely paid ones. Can someone tell me how to recover back my money?

Hi, I am new to this type of service. I find it amazing how you are able to put a resume together so easily and quick. I feel very happy with your software. If I had to pick one thing that could be expanded on I would have to say that the resume templates seem to be very similar. It makes me wonder which ones I have download/saved/printed.Other than that, you guys are doing everything right!

this service is incredible, but it will be good if you add a pay-per-cv option, many people don't need a subscription for multi-use like me. So I think the pay-per-CV option will be a good addition to this service. thank you

Good but there should be free of cost after first download again there should not be any subscription charges again to download and create thats what i am asking

I signed up for the platform for a month on July 22nd. After a few days, the website went offline, both on the web and on mobile. I opened a support ticket on August 15th. I didn't get a response until the 20th, and the website was back up and running, but my subscription had already expired. I contacted them again, asking only to download the resume created during my subscription, and they said that would only be possible if I paid for a new subscription. Now, due to an error in the company's service, I paid for something I couldn't use.

Liked it, Helped to create my CV and cover letter.However there should be an option of moving section in different column to make CV fit in 2 pages.

The whole experience was delightful both in the learning and the whole use of AI tools. Would recommend to friends and colleagues. Well rated. If subsequent monthly price could be reviewed, then I would consider monthly subscriptions.

According to my lawyer, this website commits VERY CALCULATED false advertising.Zety.com is intentionally misleading people. It describes its service as "free" resume help- Only after making you answer a dozen sign up questions do they admit there's a charge of $2.47. Sadly I gave my credit card, which I found out many months later was actually being charged every month for a $23.70 subscription (which they make no mention of ANYWHERE in the actual sign up process.) Whem I saw the recurring charge I looked through emails and on the website: Only ONE invoice email from the sign up, never any after that, and when I tried to log onto the website to finally cancel Zety, my email was "not "registered". Had to cancel through my bank. They want you to be unaware you have a subscription. And in the single invoice ever sent, there is no mention of a $23.70 monthly subscription until you read the very last lines in ridiculously tiny print at the bottom of your screen. Like most people I never noticed them. This is INTENTIONAL FALSE ADVERTISING. I'm getting ready to sue.

I just had to upload my old CV and zety assisted me to rewrote it. Saved me a lot of time.
