Is zentrada.com Legit?

The prices and quality are competitive. Different items were delivered on a mixed pallet. Delivery was uncomplicated and the customer support was second to none. We have a contact person who responds promptly. We will definitely order again!

Small purchase, the 1st one to test out the plattform. Processing, delivery times, state of product on arrival, all tópics were within expectations. The provider had to adjust the order due to stock changes, value was credited and the remaining order expedited. I find it very reasonable, for our 1st experience we are pleased. Fast shipping, efficient communication and products as described.The only minus would be the fact that the products I ordered are packed only in bubble wrap or plain foil. They are not individually packed in a box.Overall, I am satisfied with the order I received, and most likely I will collaborate again in the future

The only problem is the delivery time. Having in mind that it is shipped from Europe, almost a month is too much.

I had my doubts at first, and I wanted to start with a very small order, because I have read all the bad reviews.My account manager is very friendly and very helpful. I really don't understand the bad reviews for the customer service.The only issue is the huge delays on the mixed orders, but that's not their fault, further than that all the products arrived in an excellent packaging.My opinion is give it a shot and don't hesitate because of the bad reviews. Mistakes can happen sometimes.

I only give 4 stars, because the processing date is too long. For small companies like mine 10 business days for processing everything is not great.. Nevertheless everything was delivered in perfect conditions.

It would be good if you could search for products by image. And in general it would be nice if the interface was more modern and user-friendly. You can take examples from Alibaba. It would also be good to have a category where suppliers who are willing to dropship can do so. You should connect more companies that deal with importing, at the moment the competition is small and some prices are at retail level and not wholesale. The platform has huge potential, especially now that imports from China for example have become very expensive and it is much more cost effective to order some products from Zentrada. We hope to improve the platform and bring in new suppliers.

It is a pleasure to work with Zentrada.Communication is easy and answers to our questions are quick.With Zentrada we feel safe in the transactions we do with the different suppliers.

We worked with Zentrada for about a year.Cons included expensive shipping, high markups on products, deliveries being delayed more than expected. When there's a broken or low-quality product, don't expect assistance from their side. It' most important for them to take your money. Example: we bought bedsheets with awful quality and wrong dimensions and when we asked for refund. Their answer was "You had 10 days to check the products" So what are we suppose to do open every bedsheet and measure it ?

This was our first order and the communication with our order consultant was very good. It took about 3 weeks for our order to be ready but it was mixed many types of toys and Christmas stuff so that's totally normal. They also helped with shipping as we we are in Iceland
