Glasses are very cute and affordable. Blue light reducing lens seems to help but only because it makes me sick to look at my phone with my glasses on. So I just avoid phone screens. They do also help with bright lights, and I noticed a huge improvement in my night vision with lights. Love the clip on sunglasses option. I've bought many pairs from Zenni. They made the tint much too dark on four pairs over the years and redid only one. They've always been rigid, but on Saturday when I called about a routine return and they asked for a picture of my prescription, they crossed the line. I hung up and discarded the glasses rather than deal with them further. Any reputable optician will redo lenses or accept a routine return. Zenni is great for price, but don't bother asking them for an accommodation.Just because their prices are low doesn't mean that they have the right to act like they're more like a cult than a business.
Upon reviewing the order i submitted, Zenni did not make the mistake. I unfortunately switched a - value to a + value in the prescription i submitted and i could not see correctly through that lens. Zenni was gracious enough to send me a return lable and credit my order so i can re-order my glasses with the correct prescription this time. “No NPI number for insurance coverage”

When filing for insurance coverage reimbursement from Aetna, I was required to provide Zenni's National Provider Identifier Number (NPI). When I couldn't find it on Zenni's website, I called the company. They claimed they don't have one.

“What a useless company”

My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. I have called and messaged several times regarding my last order. Was in store credited 1 pair of glasses after returning them. The company said the order was correct but they would give me a in store credit because not being happy. Regardless I told them something wasn't right with the glasses. “I got ripped off”

I bought a pair of "progressives" from this company and the cost went from $15 up to $80 real fast. Ok no problem, I paid it because I needed them. In my 34 years of wearing glasses zennis glasses have been the worst purchase in my life. I spent 400 bucks on two pairs of glasses one pair being strictly sunglasses. Both pairs have been terrible. This is our third time Buying the same pair of glasses from Zenni. On this pair there was grey scuff marks that came up on each lens that cannot be removed. I purchased two prescription eyeglasses in 2022! The reason for two pair is to ensure that I have a backup. One of them have transition lenses the other doesn't.
