Mt glasses broke while boarding an international flight. I was able to buy new glasses and have them shipped to an international address, all before flight took off. Express service got the new glasses to me within 5 days.

I ordered glasses for my 10 yr old granddaughter based on recommendations. They were too small. Returned, received credit and ordered another pair all within 2 weeks. Glasses are very sturdy and look great. 4th pair

Life Changing!I work from home on multiple computer screens and my eyes were really bothering me so I decided to get a prescription for computer work. Bought more than 10 prescription frames. Zenni returns true value to customers, while emphasizing and updating its customer base on useful add-on options. Personally, I haven't needed add-ons in particular but, given the opportunity, Zenni is my go-to vendor for either a new pair, or possible requisite add-ons.

If potential customers verify actual measurements of glasses against their own anatomy, they will have 100 0/0 satisfaction. Measure any glasses you currently own that fit well (even if they are department store sunglasses) as your baseline.

My six-year-old wears glasses for "lazy eye" and is a very active child and is hard on them. Our insurance pays for one pair from the eye doctor each year, and to replace it one time if she ruins them--but not if she loses them. She didn't lose them, only one lense in a bounce house! So to replace just the one lense was going to be $50. But we got a whole new pair for $30 from Zenni instead. And we're very happy with them. They are cute and seem to be sturdy. And they got here faster than the ones from the doctor as well!

Glasses are very cute and affordable. Blue light reducing lens seems to help but only because it makes me sick to look at my phone with my glasses on. So I just avoid phone screens. They do also help with bright lights, and I noticed a huge improvement in my night vision with lights. Love the clip on sunglasses option. Sometimes I worry they might scratch my lenses, or that they may need adjustment. But other than that super happy with the product. Shipping seemed to take some time, but maybe because I was excited to get these new glasses.

I love the styles and prices! My first pair came really quickly... And at first it felt like the second pair were taking forever but now that I realize they need 7 to 14 BUSINESS days (on my confirmation there was a note about looking at my order to see how long it would be, but I could never find that time frame on my order or on the website very easily)... I can see that they came in pretty normally. I guess I just got excited by the first pair coming so fast that I thought that was the way it would be!

Ordered a frame no prescription,pick,pull,ship.a week later chat and live person contact they say no tracking yet because my glasses are being hand crafted in their labs. Why can't they tell the truth and say sorry and move on , now they have an ex customer who will give negative ratings every chance I get!!!!!

I've bought many pairs from Zenni. They made the tint much too dark on four pairs over the years and redid only one. They've always been rigid, but on Saturday when I called about a routine return and they asked for a picture of my prescription, they crossed the line. I hung up and discarded the glasses rather than deal with them further. Any reputable optician will redo lenses or accept a routine return. Zenni is great for price, but don't bother asking them for an accommodation.Just because their prices are low doesn't mean that they have the right to act like they're more like a cult than a business.

Upon reviewing the order i submitted, Zenni did not make the mistake. I unfortunately switched a - value to a + value in the prescription i submitted and i could not see correctly through that lens. Zenni was gracious enough to send me a return lable and credit my order so i can re-order my glasses with the correct prescription this time. I cannot say enough about the great customer service Zenni has provided. I will continue to order from Zenni. They are a top notch eyewear provider with great prices and exceptional customer service.

“No NPI number for insurance coverage”

When filing for insurance coverage reimbursement from Aetna, I was required to provide Zenni's National Provider Identifier Number (NPI). When I couldn't find it on Zenni's website, I called the company. They claimed they don't have one.

“What a useless company”

My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. “Unable to get resolved”

I have called and messaged several times regarding my last order. Was in store credited 1 pair of glasses after returning them. The company said the order was correct but they would give me a in store credit because not being happy. Regardless I told them something wasn't right with the glasses. Since then I took other pair to place my RX was written and learned the axis isn't correct either. Was told after calling I would get a return email. Never received and cannot even chat in now. I just want the correct lens or a complete refund. This has been since January. No one should have to go through this to be able to see. Their eyeglasses are distorted and prescription is way off they are blurry and very small area of prescription.They have my glasses and my money and refuses to fix the prescription even though the representative admitted that the prescription is is in a smal field of visionI am out over $400

“Returns very difficult”

This was my first/last time trying Zenni. Frames are cheap, but one of the prescriptions (ordered two same script diff frames everyday glasses) is off - super blurry. Been trying to get a refund for 3 days because they obviously got the script wrong. Their CS is very slow - wonder if they're trying to drag out process to the 14 day mark to avoid refund. “Nonsense & useless”

Ordered Bifocals through these, biggest mistake of my life & time. Requested Bifocal line to the half of lens, contacted my OD for help in filling the order to make sure as had the same issue with pair from him (which they fixed it & got me a new pair). “I got ripped off”

I bought a pair of "progressives" from this company and the cost went from $15 up to $80 real fast. Ok no problem, I paid it because I needed them. I received them and the prescription was all wrong, I can't even see out of them and guess what? They're not progressives! Confirmed with my own optometrist. So I contact them hoping they'll let me return them for a full refund so I can get my glasses elsewhere. The answer I get? We'll send you a label and we will "inspect them" and it will take 14 business days. 14 BUSINESS DAYS! That's more than a month so they can decide whether they want to give me a partial refund. Really? I will be filing a dispute with my card because this is ridiculous. “AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. Per their website measurement process, I needed a size xs frame. I found this odd, but, went along with it because I did the measuring 3 times. These 2 pair of eyeglasses look like I bought kids glasses for my adult self. They are hideous looking on my face. The sunglasses I ordered bigger because the ones I liked only came in a bigger frame size. They are how the eyeglass frames should actually be. So, I reached out to customer service, no biggie, mistakes happen. These people, multiple agents, argued with me saying I'd have to pay shipping again. For their error! RIDICULOUS! So, I asked instead for a full refund and I'd just order elsewhere. They do not agree to that, either. So, now apparently I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. “SIDE PIECES BOTH SNAPPED OFF”

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from Zenni in March 2023. I wear them only once a week when I don't have in my contact lenses. Both side pieces broke within 6 month of purchase. There is a blob of clear glue on the hinge area. They were glued in and the glue failed on both sides. Advised by rep that only a 30 guarantee, even if defective. I requested to purchase the left hinge of a rimless less to replace the broken hinge which came off the lens. Zenni refused my request and insisted that I buy a new pair of glasses instead. “Zero Quality Improvement in 6-Years”

Zenni has no interest in quality improvement. I have identified 4 major glitches and problems on their website which make product selection difficult and which limit visual acuity in their lenses. All of these problems could be fixed by any bright IT student, and I've complained about at least 8 times in the past 6 years and the reps I spoke to all said they would forward my complaints. Absolutely no improvements have been made in those 6 years. I won't post photos because I've already sent plenty of photos and detailed descriptions of the various problems to Zenni. “They sent me crap”

Gave them my prescription as required. Selected "progressive" since that's what I have and want. The glasses that came were not progressive and, hence, useless to me. Kept chatting with their "support" for an hour to get money back, but they claimed I had applied for "single vision", a blatant lie or if it's something wrong with their shop. This company has the worst customer service and treats you like another number with their automated rehearsed responses. I purchased 22 pairs of frames from them and not a single one could be put toward their reward program that launched in 2021 when I bought those frames in prior years. “Waste of your hard earned dollars zero stars!”

In my 34 years of wearing glasses zennis glasses have been the worst purchase in my life. I spent 400 bucks on two pairs of glasses one pair being strictly sunglasses. Both pairs have been terrible. The sunglasses tint is uneven in certain spots. I got them earlier this year 2023 and my daily use glasses are already scratched to hell to the point that there's a permanent blurry spot. I'd love a full refund but I'm past their return policy. Not to mention my daily glasses that are black are actually a clear frame painted black. I highly not recommend wasting your money with this company especially when you depend on a product that helps your daily living as I do. “Spoke to costumer service”

This is our third time Buying the same pair of glasses from Zenni. On this pair there was grey scuff marks that came up on each lens that cannot be removed. We do all the extra add ons for the glasses including name so it's always more expensive but always worth it. It looks like the reflective or sun blocking coating that has messed up on this pair. We've always used Zenni in the past and never had this issue. I gave 3 stars just because our past experience has been wonderful.

“Zenni very fashionable!”

I purchased two prescription eyeglasses in 2022! The reason for two pair is to ensure that I have a backup. One of them have transition lenses the other doesn't. I purchase one pair in 2023 that pair last about 6 months and then one of the arms broke. I spoke to a rep before ordering new frames to transfer my lenses into and they confirmed that it will work. To summarize the lenses did not fit into the new frames of the same shape. I love ZENNI fashionable frames but will be sticking with LensCrafters from now on. If my frame break they'll replace or fix them. I was unable to get my lenses into the new frame. That was a bummer bye Zenni. Received something I can't use at all. I can't see far away, can't see close up, completely unusable. I asked to return them and they told me that it would be a 100% store credit only, OR 50% return and that it does not include shipping or taxes. So, make sure you look at the return policy before purchasing. I regret my decision to purchase from them. I'll never do it again.

Received distance glasses instead of reading glasses. Optometrist suggested ok to keep them for future use but I really needed readers - recommend others triple check their Rx data input prior to ordering. Must have been my oversight. I couldn't figure out how to return. Glasses are sturdy and nice.
