Is zenbusiness.com Legit?

I was able to message an agent (Christian B.) from my account, describe my issue and get it quickly resolved within a few minutes. As someone new to building and navigating an e-commerce website, this type of assistance is a life saver.

My experience with ZenBusiness has been fantastic. A smooth process and as an inexperienced new business-owner I feel confident that everything is being handled and completed properly for my LLC. Customer service was easy to contact and Joshua V. offered friendly, efficient help to get my business started.

Experience with Zen banking is absolutely awful. Non of the banking team member couldn’t help me. Experience with agent is great, especially the agent named Tanisha G. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Big praise to Tanisha G.

Christian B. helped me with so much. I needed to move from Google Workspace to Office 365. Office sales promised it would be easy. It was not. Their service for small businesses was an extra $10, even though they said I would not need it. Christian B. helped me with the Office 365 and Google website. He did all the support of 3 companies under 1 roof. I am extremely grateful for his help. My business and sanity would be limping along right now if it was not for him.

I needed to change a few things on my initial application and Markie helped me with every step. She was polite and helpful and I appreciated her assistance and patience as I asked lots of questions!

It's quite disappointing that zenbusiness is not responsible to solve errors on EIN. The customer service agent says they don't see any error made by zenbusiness thus they are not responsible for it. They ask me to call call IRS which cost me more than two hour of wait just to fix a post code error. Still not done fixing yet.

Jazer was fantastic and resolve my question fast. I was in a pinch to get my FinCEN BOI filing done and He knew exactly what information I needed to provide in my submission. He was great

As my issue was likely not that complex--except to me--he was able to complete the jobs I set before him, in good time!

Pedro R Really helped me out with an unusual situation, I wanted to cancel subscriptions that were not needed to keep the company. He let me know that he would have to call another section of the company and will give me a call back asap. It took Pedro R no more than 5 minutes to take care of what I asked of him. Not only that but he went out of his way to let me know about a contract I needed to complete to avoid any fines.
