Is zeitlounge.com Legit?

No updates on delivery, waiting for over 2 weeks and nothing, with no change to status of order. Customer service unresponsive. Even when they do respond they feed you BS with no follow up. What a complete utter waste of time. The only good thing to say is that I got a full refund back quickly after cancelling my order. Utterly disappointing, poor customer service and overall not a good experience.

Lovely watch at a great price, was kept informed from order date through to delivery. Would recommend.

Ordered a watch through Amazon. UPS told me there was a custom charge, which wasn’t declared. I rejected the delivery. The company then said it was an “error”. Not sure if I’d paid it and they realised I would have had my money refunded?? Aside from that , no refund, no reply to messages. I was dubious about them after the undeclared charge. Update is that I have today received my money back. Since the review the company have been in regular contact to be fair. It’s just been an unnecessary prolonged transaction.

5 stars because 1° after a little search I found out that for my product, Tommy bracelet, they simply had the best price. 2° expedition on time. 3° product as expected, flawless. 4° VERY important, I had a question, tried to phone them and immediately succeeded to reach somebody. I ordered a limited edition watch with expected delivery within 2-3 days, but after I realized that it would be available with 15 days of delay. I payed with PayPal and, after my refund request by mail, they gave me all the amount back very fast. The communication vas very good by mail and by phone (they have the double option of German and English language). Though this delay was not updated on the website, the company had a very correct behaviour towards me. Order number: 519185

I ordered a Tissot watch as a Valentines gift for my husband, took about 8 calendar days to receive it. The watch is nice and I saved about £30 on the RRP.I specifically requested in the order notes a gift bag or gift wrapping material to be included, I followed up my request in the live chat TWICE, but it was completely ignored. If it wasn’t possible to fulfil my request I would have appreciated a simple email that said so, instead of my request to be ignored.

A good price, a good communication even if not excellent and quick, I tried immediate bank transfer in order to beneficiate of %bargain, I felt anxious with no feedback about but it works well and I receive the good correctly at the right price with no problem and in an anonymous packaging. It works fine with no trouble so I have no experience with parts return or whatever. I think risk is warranty to be applied, (if needed and not at the moment) in France as not bought in France and in seiko agreed seller.For me, I can trust zeitlounge as honest and regular guys.

I bought one of their watch through Amazon and the delivery company UPS charged me £86 VAT and handling charge. I contacted Amazon and they were not interested so I wrote a review of what had happened on Amazon's review page.Zeitlounge's customer service contacted me through Amazon and asked what they could do to remedy the situation.I told them them what had happened and they agreed and refunded the £86 through Amazon.I am very pleased and happy with their service and the watch. This is the only company that I know off that manufactures wrist watches with a Single hand for hours and minutes.
