Is zebashoes.com Legit?

Zeba Shoes does not make six E width as claimed. shoes were shipped from China not from Las Vegas where they claim to be based. I wear size 9 1/2 but ordered 10 1/2 and the shoes were still too small and narrow. They do not " slip on hands free " as advertised.

I have been wearing Zeba shoes for about 3 years now. I love the comfort and ease of putting them on. The pair I have on now is about 3 years old with many miles on them and multiple machine washings. I did get a pair one time that were defective and after sending them a picture of the defect, they did not hesitate to send me another pair. I just ordered another pair and look forward to seeing the new color.

Not what they once were After buying 3 pairs of these shoes I was confident that these were good and reliable.... but I have been proved wrong. My recent purchase of my usual size 11.5 wide version will not fit. These new version make my feet swell and result in red swollen feet. I complained to the maker and was told yes these were not the usaul fit and were not like the normal shoes. ( the pair I recently purchased were navy) all the other i purchased were version of black white and grey.Never again They were not interested in helping me They could care less..... beware and stear clear of this maker.

Zeba customer service rocks!! I sent them an email regarding an issue with my Zebas. Their response was to send me another pair. I was 8 months out of warranty at the time!!This is my 2nd purchase and there will certainly be a 3rd and many more.Sam

Imagine my surprise after purchasing a pair of shoes (my first purchase) to try and make sure size is right that they do not cover return shipping. Hard to believe for a shoe company. very misleading when they talk about their 100,000 satisfied customers. They post only 5 star reviews other own website and do not publish anything negative. Would never buy from them again

The shoe is comfortable and easy to wear. I have purchased several pairs. Unfortunately they have a dangerous design flaw. The sole of the shoe separates from the toe causing a possibility of tripping and falling. This has happened to me with two of the six pairs I have purchased. Very dangerous for a senior citizen. For the price we pay for these shoes, this should not happen. Design flaw must be corrected before I purchase them again.

I bought two pairs 11 months ago. Bought the widest ones available with an assurance they would find their own fit. It didn't happen. Shoes always feel tight with too many pinch points. It's a relief when I take them off. Shoe laces never stay tied. After 11 months they still feel like a tight and too small and uncomfortable shoe. The closest store is 400 miles away, so I'm chalking it up to an expensive learning lesson. Shame on me for believing all the advertisements

The representative was very helpful and kind to me on the return of two pairs of zebra shoes. Unfortunately they did not work for me you must wear a thin thin sock for the comfort of sliding in and out of the shoe the shoe was very rigid and squeaked because of the stiffness of the shoe. although return went well it cost me $45 from start to finish to receive and return these shoes. in my opinion that's unacceptable, I should have been given a return label.

I read an ad on the Internet about these shoes. I have found that as I get older it is harder and harder to put on and take off shoes, including loafers and especially 'trainers'. The Zeba shoe seemed an elegant solution. They lace but slip off and can be stepped into like a loafer or clog but the heal popped up and remained snug. Seemed unlikely and I was dubious. They are not cheap but, and here is the unlikely part, they work exactly as described. I use my white pair for going out and especially to medical offices (you really do get judged by your shoes) and my blue pair for what little travel I do and around the condo for exercise walking.

I needed both a support shoe for pronation, and because our house a shoeless, I needed an easy on and off shoe. I take long walks daily. ZEBRA is the perfect shoe to meet all my requirements. They are simply outstanding shoes, the best constructed shoes I have ever experienced, and super comfortable. ZEBRA is my go to shoe company from now on. And the price point to value is better than the other brands of sneakers or casual shoes of the other shoe manufacturers. I know, I have spent over a year looking for replacement sneakers, every brand was tried, no shoe met my standard. This is a top tier shoe. Very impressed. I got the Jet Black Z20M10X, extra wide. 5 Stars!!!

Bought these as a gift for my mother and unfortunately they didn’t work as intended. Not only are these shoes very expensive, but they ship from China, they don’t work and then you are required to pay the return shipping, which was $29. Wouldn’t recommend as this company seems legitimate at first, but really feels like a bit of a scam now.

I have 2 pairs of Men's Zeba and both are sqeaking to the point that I am embarrassed to where them. I read other reviews with the same problem and they state the shoes come from China and cannot be returned without paying shipping back.It appears that the Chinese have no problem selling defective products and ignore these issues. What a shame.

Received my Zeba shoes a week ago ! I have diabetes and hip a knee problems it took just a few days to break them in and adjusted correctly! I love them! Easy to slip on and off! Insoles very comfortable ( like wearing a good pair of slippers!) I would certainly purchase pair when I’m need of another pair of shoes!

Sizing is not right, shoes run a full size big. I wear a men’s size 12 in every shoe I ever worn and these shoes were way to big. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size but the shipping was 40 dollars to return them. No thanks keep them and I’ll find a better company to do business with. Also, 30 day comfort guarantee is absolutely ridiculous. The requirements are to wear them on a clean carpet. Please do your homework before making this purchase.

BE FOREWARNED - these are being sold out of CHINA. Nowhere on the website will you find any indication that this is the case. I would have *never* bought them if I knew that was the case. I didn't find out until I got the shipping notification from FedEx. I feel like I have been SCAMMED. Website says they are based out of LAS VEGAS, NV. No mention of CHINA anywhere.

Got the shoes about a year ago, we’re a couple of times a week and I just noticed that the backside wall of the hill is separating from the soul, I tried calling, left a message, when On Line left a another message and I have not heard back from them. The shoes are too expensive for that to happen for someone that does not wear them often.

At first I loved them, easy to get on and off as they state, but the durability is very poor!! After 3 months of daily use the backs tear off the soles, and I actually take them off by hand gently. I called and actually got someone, they seemed concerned and replaced the pair. Second pair made it 5 months before doing the same thing, very disappointed!! I would NOT recommend at all. Just bought the Sketchers version and I will say the Sketchers are lighter and far more comfortable. The heel is a different design and I expect them to last as long as most my other shoes do, 2-3 years

I purchased the shoes back in June and in August I noticed the insoles were wearing out and the outer soles were wearing also. I was contacted by Catherine from Zeba and she said that she would send me a new pair of shoes and insoles. So I contacted her again in October and she was supposed to get back to me but nothing. It's Nov 20. I wish I could get a refund but I'm sure that won't happen. My advice stay away, far away.

I first purchased my Zeba Shoes back in 2020...I am on my fourth pair (changed styles)..these are exactly as advertised...so simple to slide into and extremely comfortable!!! I won't buy any other sneakers. Also, their socks are great!!

My wife has bought five pairs of shoes from Zeba and loved them all.Recently I bought my first pair of size 10 from them and they were squeaky to the point that I would not wear them. My wife called And they sent another pair, but they also squeaked They worked with us until we were totally satisfied with no shipping cost to us.

The shoes are made in China and shipped from China. I ordered what was supposed to be 4EE but the shoes I received were marked Extra Wide which is usually 2EE and shoes I received were too narrow. I have been buying 4EE size for all of my young 75 YO life. Disappointing since the step in rubber back thing does work. I also bought socks which were also too small and of not good quality. But the reason I am writing this review is the return process. I contacted them for a return told the why I was return it. They sent me a return address only, so I returned them on my own nickel although the size was misrepresented. Next thing I would have expected is the refund upon arrival. However, when the shoes arrived I had to again tell them why I returned them? I'm glad they did not ask me to do it on one foot. They finally said OK we will give you a refund. This should have been a normal return but they made me feel like they did me a favor. I wonder what would have happened if I had said I just did not like them?
