Is zavvi.de Legit?

I bought a hoodie with a “Minnie Mouse” motif and after the first wash (delicate wash, 30 degrees, inside out) the colors - especially the black - are already as washed out as if the hoodie was several years old.Very annoying.

I'm very happy about the fact that Zavvi sends to Germany again!

The only problem for me was the language You can’t pick Belgium region with English language But besides that, it was not that complicated.

Tried to use a 12 % off code you sent me on 17th january 2023 which was already expired on 31st december 2022. Really funny. Edit: Affair was sorted out with customer service. Zavvi's system of payment and rebate codes is clunky (for pre-orders) and definitely needs some improvement. Customer service was helpful and I am happy that my request is now completed.

Service gets better every time. Order-process very easy and understandable.You may fix the address issue with orders to Austria! In Austria first comes „name of the street“ and then the „number“.Deliveries may take longer, but they all arrive at the end though.

The buying process was quick. Everything was great. Still, I wouldn't give 5 stars because the shop isn't particularly well organized. Example: When I was searching for home accessories there were always shown t-shirts to me:)

Easy fast acces to a title that was sold out at any other source.

Fast delivery. Great products. Packed safely. Very friendly, good customer service that provides quick solutions (replacement or money back) even in case of problems (loss of shipment).

1,5 months after ordering I still haven't received a product, despite it allegedly being sent. Delivery Service says the package got announced, but was never handed to them. Zavvi never bothered to contact me from their side. We'll see if they even answer my mails.

Process of order and payment was completely unproblematic.The shirt seems to be well made, but already smells strongly of chemicals. After a stop in the washing machine, however, this issue is also negligible

%100, the tshirts are not original. They printed the T-shirts themselves and quality of the print and tshirts are so low. 10 t-shirts can still be bought for 30 euros, but remember, the T-shirts are not original products.

Complete delivery, very fast, packing perfect (glass did not break)

I have contacted customer support 20 days ago , I wrote them again 10 days ago no answer at all.. I bought an item from zavvi.de and while it was delivered in Austria i needed to pay custom fees that is even illegal in Europe as european shops are responsible for all handling and shipping fees in the moment of purchase... Long shipping times and always the possibility that the order gets canceled. If you need to shop from there, shop with caution. I considered personally a total untrustworthy and shady business. I have stopped ordering from there..

I am comlpletely satisfied with Zavvi. They always have something special that no one else is selling. If you are a fan of collector editions/steelbooks Zavvi is the right shop for you.

Clearly im not a respected customer anymore, despite me being loyal and only using zavvi as my go to for steelbooks for the past 3 years.Well not anymore.Multiple pre-orders not dispatched and told out of stock. Keeps happening so what's the point of red carpet membership.An order I placed 3 weeks ago, still not dispatched but has been paid for. Customer service hopeless and can't tell me why.Have cancelled all my orders and will also cancel account shortly.Can't believe I'm saying this about my once favourite supplier.

After buying the service and updates were perfect to know where my pack has been and when it was about to arrive. and i´m glad i made that purchase and i recomment Zavvi in case of Service.

The mail that i should rate my experience came right after i bought something.... then the sended me 2 mails, because i will take them longer to ship and now i got the cancel of the order because, "it was impossible to get the goods from their distributors" So - thanks for nothing and here you have your rating, that you urged so much

Unfortunately, I have to give my first negative review. One of the products I ordered did not arrive. I have contacted support several times (10 times+). I have been waiting for more than 8 weeks. They keep asking the same thing and I feel like automated bots are answering me every time. This is pure harassment. I have always been a loyal customer and buyer but this is my last purchase. I am extremely disappointed in how they treat their loyal customers.

Shipping gets delayed over and over again. Iam waiting for 3 weeks now and the Support doesnt answer questions about the delay. Very bad experience.Edit: No need to answer with standard copy paste text... if you read my review, you would have seen that I already mailed to your support and got no answer.

The experience was positive throughout. There were no problems, the website loaded quickly and reliably and the discount code was also accepted immediately.If the shipping goes just as smoothly, I'm very satisfied. 😊
