I have 6 grandchildren and have to start my Christmas shopping early. Because it was over 30 days from date of order Zara refused to exchange even though the tags were still on it. This is the first time I ever ordered from Zara. My granddaughter requested two items, a jacket and a pair of jeans, from this site for Christmas.
