Is zameen.com Legit?

I booked for photography but the photography team informed us that this erea is not under them and then for two weeks i tried to contact them. I also aked to return money if you not able to provide services. But they keep informing that as per policy money cant be return. Which is very disappointing. I think they app and platform is very smooth but zameen should take care of customer.

Zameen.com is cheating clients and not informing them anything in the beginning. When they sell you the property and they ask you to pay the down payment of 35 percent within 3 months you pay them some amount and still they look for new client who can pay more money then you and they will give to the sold property to that buyer. Means they are selling the unit twice. And than they will say take your token money or down payment back we can’t do anything. I have the recoding from their agents and managers. They even say this project never will be ready. When they want to sell it they will tell you many positive things then later on they will say this project is never gonna be ready and it’s not good project. What they are doing and how they cheating their buyers. Worst experience with zameen.com. It should be banned in Pakistan so they couldn’t make more people fool. Really disappointed with them. zameen.com is focused to earn by doing scams. Hundreds of people are suffering either due to no disclosure of scam policy of 15% deduction in the beginning. They even started to put fake digital signatures to trap you in contract. Scammers must be exposed and banned.

Zameen com is well designed and very useful... The issue is with real estate agents, they are a well connected mafia publishing under priced properties. If U want to sell, the agents will all give U a lower price because they have sub agents ready to buy at 10 to 15 lacs less and then they sell to real clients... As a seller you lose 15 lacs on a 100 lacs property ... Remember once U advertise these agents discuss in their WhatsApp group and U get the same low value from each of the agents... If U buy it's 100 lacs, if U sell its 80 to 85 lacs.

Still waiting for my token refund which was promised to me at the time of placing a deposit on a property project in Pakistan. I paid for the token at a zameen convention, on the basis I could get it refunded if I decided not to go ahead.For the last year I have been chasing for my deposit, many initial replies but then it goes quiet. Recurring pattern. Last emailed them again a week ago, no reply.Looks like I lost my token, but perhaps i saved myself much higher losses by not proceeding further ont the project with zameen.comI cannot really give more than one star based on my own personal experiences with them. Maybe other people got more lucky.

Scam:In simple words, never ever invest through Zameen.comWhy?Zameen.com ek marketing agency hay jiska kaam hay sale karna, chahay wo kuch bhi ho. Zameen kay pass hazaro employees hay jinko sale krny pay comission miltha hay, wo jhot bolyngay, apko roz call karyngay, kuch bhi kryngay bas ap say paisay niklawayngay. 10 rupay ke cheez 100 may sale kryngay and phir koi after sale service ni hay inke. Khuda ra save your hard earned money and door rahien in say.

The most horrible customer service, incompetent and unprofessional employees and sales agent. They took my money never gave me the unit docs, I am still struggling to get my funds back. There is no customer service portal or complaints portal, very hard to get around anything. I am regretting investing with zameen.com as an overseas pakistani, its been 4 months and my money is still with zameen medallion and they are not refunding my funds. I have also tried reaching out to Zeeshan and Imran on Linkedin but they never responded, none of the lines and emails work and I will have to come to pakistan lahore and sue these people send them court notices so i can get my refund, there is no other way arouund it HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, all my hard earned money they took and not returning, fraud and liars

Procedure adopted by them is very difficult to handle up till the end. They take no responsibility through out the process. Fake promises. I personally felt very difficultin completing my process. I did it at my own cost and responsibility. They don’t respond. Don’t use them. Not recommended in future.

Cheater they toke your phone number call again and again you.When you took land from there broker service they charge 30% commission on the total amount and the owner is also paying them commission.Honestly this type of company should be banned in Pakistan I will call them madarchod harami.Don't buy any property from them.Fake totally fake and black mail

Simply fake people. They will misguide you. Every employee just wanna tip you off and make money by selling and making fake promises. Never trust these people. Better throw your money in the trash can rather than going to them because outcome will be similar. Atleast you will not be deceived.
