customer service work very unprofessional. Didn't help anything but only say the same thing over and over again. I have problems with payment and they can't help. very disappointed. Zalora Indonesia

it was slow.i ordered a gift for my friend birthday and it was late

(reviewing for Zalora Singapore)All orders so far have arrived correctly. Exchange/returns process is smooth and I have received my refunds so far.Some Zalora house-brand designs can be quite odd for example very big armhole cutting for XS small waisted slim dresses; or supposedly tight fitting pants arrived looking like the waist area was sewn to the wrong size leg sleeves. Need to scrutinize the photos while making purchase decision..

I can see.. Zalora is the most noticeably awful, worst, incredibly horribleand, exceedingly terrible shopping online company in the earth. Because why!, 6 items been purchased and four was cencel by you. Two more items 271852749 still not show up until now. You promised it will arrived 17 Nov. Apparently still missing in action. The shadow of item also cannot be seeing. What the heck is this????

Paid for zalora now for next working day shipment. But get a normal shipment after weeks. But after week of waiting another surprise, got a defective or rather completely broke product. I emailed for refund. They answer me its completely fine.as i telling them is not working??? So this is how zalora customer service work. Best first experience with zalora also last. I'll never order from this side again. Complete fraud and scam.

Next Day Delivery not sent on the next day, keeps failing and it has been 3 days... Customer service left the chat room after only reconfirming that I have made a purchase... NOTHING ELSE... Sorry but they dont update about my package. Only 7 days later then they shipped while all my other stuffs from shopee and lazada already arrived eventhough it was all from overseas. I see many people experiencing this problem. Please fix this or else no one will buy from zalora anymore. Bad customer service

Bought a Red Stag and Hind item 7 days ago from Zalora. Despite multiple attempts to ask for updates (ZERO UPDATE FOR 7 DAYS), they told me to wait or cancel my order. Finally, out of desperation, I contacted Red Stag and Hind about my purchase today and they said they don't know about this purchase AT ALL! Zalora totally cannot be depended on for purchases. Buy at your own risk and you'll be left on your own picking up the pieces after your purchase. They don't much care about customer sales experience, thinking refund solves everything.

You'd expect Zalora to be professional since they have grown from a small company, but they've become misleading. Photos has such high exposure that an off white dress I ordered is YELLOW in real life. Boots that I ordered looked good in the photo but what arrived looked like cheap rain boots. I'll never order from them ever again.

Reached out to ZALORA on a pair of Alfio Raldo shoes which turned out to be stained whilst being kept in the box that it came in. Haven’t even worn it and the black and white shoes has stains on the white part of the leather. Obviously a defect in packaging. They didn’t offer a solution and refused to exchange saying it’s past 30 days (was 4 weeks after delivery). Never buying through ZALORA again.

Upside 1.Quick to respond 2. Returns via phone call are easy; so does online 3. Recorded message on their hotline is simple; easy to navigate 4. Items arrive as per photo; no complaints Downside 1. Some of their motorcycle delivery guys are rude on the phone; instead of delivering item to my office (and these are 4K and up orders), he asks the client to come meet him on the road outside the building.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I bought a coat but it turned out to be defective. I returned it in the original shipping bag but they refused to refund me because I hadn’t included the plastic bag it came with. I’ve been able to return other items before without including the plastic bag. Now they’re trying to charge me the reship the defective item back to me when I don’t bloody want it. First I’m not getting a refund, second they’re trying to charge me even MORE to reship me an item I don’t even want?! What kind of sorry excuse of customer service is this. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Scammer! Been 2 mths since Zalora received my returned item worth $200+ and no refund done! Spoke to customer service several times, all they do is delay time and make u frustrated and give up on asking about your money. Unethical

I purchased a pair of Adidas Continental 80 on the 4th of October 2020. When the parcel arrived, the box was completely damaged to the point where it's just cardboard (wished I could take a picture). There were also dark stains on the shoe. I mean come on, even fakes on shopee have better packaging than this. I reviewed the item on the official website but I think it has been filtered out. Will never purchase from Zalora ever again.

horrible company.. I ordered leggings back in september and never received them. probably 10 emails were exchanged back and forth but once I asked for a refund.. silence. they’re scammers. there are plenty of other online cheap shopping cites to go on that actually work so highly recommend not using zalora.

The worse shopping experience ever received. Was unable to submit return request due to their delivery status not updated on time! Further no rider pick up the part after return submitted! Seems they are trying to hold the refund and maybe doesn’t want to refund!

The seller is a thief. Paid extra for faster delivery (48 hours) and 6x days later nothing has arrived. I have message the company and I got a repose from them using excuses of Covid being the reading and then an later email stating it’s the war in Ukraine. It is sickening they are using two devastating events in which people have lost their lives so easily to excuse their poor service. My package has still not left the depot and I am struggling for a refund. This inhumane company should be avoided at all costs.

I bought a Nike cap last month and it was shipped to the wrong address. The address on the package is incorrect, but the receipt shows my address. The person who received it was kind enough to tell me they have my package. Unfortunately, they paid for the package. Told them I paid using my debit card and will not pay them for the item. I reached out to ZALORA support team and nobody can give me a resolution. They promised to assist me, but no follow up on the issue. I know the cost of the item is not much, but it's still my freaking money.
