Is zalando.se Legit?

I ordered 3 items that was to be shipped in 2 packages. One arrived on time but I got an email that the other would be delayed. Eventually I asked when it would come and they said its already delevered eventhough the shippingcompany said they havent even collected i from Zalando. Now im trapped in and endless emailing with the extremely unhelpful customerservice, I wonder how the payments will work on this one..

I'm happy with Zalando Sweden. I've received faulty items a couple of times, but that's something that I always expect when ordering online. When I am not sure about my size, I order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit. I always pay with faktura and never had issues returning items and getting refunds. The delivery is usually fast. I've saved a lot of money buying from zalando.se and would recommend it. Please note this review is not for zalando lounge.

I am really disappointed with Zalando’s customer service. One item was missing from my order, and they proceeded with a refund so I could order it again. However, the new shipping cost became my responsibility. When I insisted that the company should cover that cost, the agent simply closed the chat. Very, very poor customer service.

Don’t understand all this negative comments, I order from Zalando many years and I cannot remember single problem. If something doesn’t fit, u can send back very easy, I love Zalando.

Very bad browsing experience, hard to find what you want. The 'sport' menu is the most non functional, when asked for cycle shoes you get nice shiny shoes for the office. Unclear what is shipped from Zalando or third party. Logistics is good though

I received my packat within 24 hours. I really appreciate that you seal cosmetics/ hygiene articles. It feels better knowing I won’t be getting an opened/ used item that was returned by someone else. Thank you

Every time I order from them it’s the same exact experience. Just horrible customer service, if you can even call it that. Every order has to have a wrong item sent. Their Customer service team finds pleasure in being rude and uncooperative. The fact that you can’t review products or their service on their website is just proof of their inadequacy.

Always more expensive than other companies and websites. Compare their prices with other companies for the exact same product and you’ll save some money. They’d say 45% off with a price of 850 kr while the price is at 500 kr at another website without any discount.

Ordered a product they said would be delivered 1-3 days. The tracking number with Instabox was never active, I checked every day. After 4 days I contacted support to see where the product was. They said "The product was never collected so has been sent back, a refund will be processed in 14 days thank you"There's no possible way they even sent the product and I'm now very curious if they'll actually refund me. This was my first order with Zalando, and I was even skeptical at first but for sure will never, ever use them again and will ensure noone I knows will either.

Wanted to buy some shoes and tried to apply the coupon code I received from Zalando. Since there was an affirmed technical error on their side the code did not work. Contacting the customer service to solve the case was a huge disappointment since the interest of solving the case was non-existent. Instead the customer service tried to disconnect as soon as possible at each occasion contacting them.As long as everything works it is okay to shop from Zalando. However, when things are deviating it is a nightmare having things solved.

Following a bad experience from an earlier customer service operator, Emma was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my issue at hand and was sure to take action straight away. Emma reignited my loyalty to Zalando as a go-to outlet for fashion. Thank you, Emma!

Trying to reach customer service is almost impossible as you route usually to Q&A with no contact information. Lousy customer service!!!Doesn't update paid invoices....so you have to double check if paid or not.

Horrible experience with them. I ordered two items, they sent the wrong size. Now I’m having to go through the trouble of returning the item to them, while the original size I ordered got sold out. Their response: well that sucks for you, nothing we can do. They had the audacity to explain to me that I can press the bell notifications for if my size becomes available again. As if 1 I didn’t know that’s an option, 2 I messed up ordering my size, 3 they are a platform if every use again.

Placed an order for a women’s sweater from Zolando Sweden , received it and instead received a pair of mittens from the north face for men. Placed a return in January and returned it but it still says the the return has been established but nothing more has happened . Have since then done another return on a jacket and received a refund for the jacket but not yet the sweater. Quite disappointed as have placed many orders with Zolando.

I had a problem with one package, it wasn’t delivered to me as usual and we went on vacation. I wrote in the chat to ask what to do, they only answer in English. I did not receive an answer, but I received a very unpleasant impression from a very unprofessional worker. Later, I called the Swedish Zalando and they answered me very pleasantly, helped and solved the problem. Next time I will only call the Swedish support.

of course do you have to have a working payment solution where you have an automatic payment when the delivery is done - like Klarna! Pathetic that you only have prepayment or “invoice” as a choice where you also not send an invoice so extremely easy for the client to forgot to pay when the things has arrived. So - GET KLARNA FOR THE SWEDISH MARKET ASAP! if the Germans still want to be stucked in 2009, let it be there thing but we live in 2022! Otherwise a good decent www.

My dress arrived with makeup stains on it, probably it has proceeded a return process earlier. Yikes.. Not an issue to bother claim a return in my case, but I’m disappointed and don’t trust Zalando anymore. I’ve made a return ONE time before and since that I can’t choose invoice as payment method without getting an ”technical issue”. Apparently I’m not the only one having this issue. Zalando claim they doesn’t ban customers who return products but sure they do!

I have happily been shopping at Zalando for many years, but I am considering finding other avenues now. With the product review option gone, we are basically shopping blind now. I used the review and product comments A LOT to evaluate which size I should buy, or if I should even buy a product. Since Zalando took this feature away I have returned way more items due to poor fit or outright poor quality. Maybe that is why I have now been put in the corner and cannot pay with invoice anymore? Or card? Really, not even card? I have to pay with bank transfer?! Talk about making the shopping experience as difficult and tedious as possible. It is almost like they are trying to lose their customer base on purpose...

The thing with Zarlando is that it's sooo difficult to navigate through your payments. You can't access how to pay in the app on mobile, instead you need to go to the website to make a payment, and it's not even a smooth process because you have to fill in everything manually. (How have you not updated this function?) It says that paper invoices are also an option, but why would that even be considered when there are digital solutions available? Furthermore, I never receive the invoices from you, so it's super easy to forget about the payments when there are no reminders either. You have an incredibly great range of products, but your payment system is worthless; you must be making a fortune from people forgetting to pay.

I ordered and payed for a jacket on Sunday that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I received nothing. I could see from my Postnord app that the product wasn't even shipped.I contacted them and explained quite detailed the whole situation and the response they gave me was "wait 3 more days and if nothing happens contact us again", super professional customer service...Of course nothing happened as I already new there was something wrong with my package and their response 2 days later was to inform that there was something wrong with my package, go figure.They told me to wait and 3 days later they suddenly swished me back my money and "apologized for the inconvenience".I asked for any sort of compensation such a discount on my next purchase and they couldn't even do that for me.Buying at Zalando again? Nope, never more...
