Is zalando-lounge.de Legit?

Never received my refund. Customer service only asks me to contact my bank which I did several times. They are refusing to start an enquiry from their side. No refund confirmation has been ever made. The customer service is so terrible. No complaint management either. Refrain from ordering here

What a joke! I've ordered 3 times in the past month. They charge for packaging and yet they use paper bags for everything even shoes in boxes so as you can imagine the bags get ripped and damaged in shipping. They also overfill bags. The first order I made they included a skirt which was the wrong size. The next order was all correct items however the packaging was damaged. My final order was missing one item and yet they fail to refund it. They say it's DHL's problem and I need a damage report however at this point it's clear the package was full and no further items would have fit so they just didn't include it. It seems really badly managed. Stick to the normal zalando and don't waste your money here. I am filled with regret.

Why isnt it be possible to change the name of the package to my actual name, if the account its on my Google name but i played with "Klarna" were you can see my real name why the freaking Hell cant you just change the name of the recipient onces its on the postal Office?!? With regular Zalando its no biggie but somehow it is on lounge-zalando.... Its just dumb if you ask me.

The worst online shopping experience. Two years in a row I’m ordering a Colmar ski jacket number 52 and they are sending number 54. They put me in a bad position in front of my family since I was buying it as a gift to my dad. When I contacted them they just say sorry and give 20% discount. I want to contact government about this as this is cheating. Is there any customer rights institution I can contact?

sale for example calvin klein at 8.00 and at 8.00 everything registered is not possible in a second everything can be booked I understand that members have such an opportunity and you have to be fast, but it seems that the application is marked and someone clicks once to book everything and choose the best things is not it cool, I do not use this store and I do not recommend anyone to improve your security

This is the second time without any information or email , Zalandolounge cancelled my order. I have ordered it 7 days ago and today just randomly saw that my order is cancelled. It was a gift for mum's 70th birthday (tomorrow), she knew and she waited this gift so enthusiastically. I trusted ZalandoLounge many times. . If you would already informed me about cancellation, I would figure out to find the same item from another store, maybe more expensive but still I would not see my mom disappointed.

I am disappointed with zalando lounge, I have been their customer for many years, I returned several orders in the fall, they still do not refund money for more than £200, they do not respond to messages. How to get money!!!I will never go back to them.

I've had good hits there, but today once again I convinced myself that some of the items are pre - reserved. There's no way an article to be reserved, when the actions starts, because I wait for it and in the first seconds - reserved.After that sits reserved for two days,without being purchased.

I am very disappointed and I lost my money, because I made a return for several handbags and put two returnable orders into one box, they didn't mark what I returned one of handbag which costs 96 EUR from order 16610000108540. Another order 16601000108522 was bought with a discount coupon and I returned only one handbag from it, but they marked three of them, which is not true, and on return order was marked by me the only one handbag, but not three, I lost here 28,80 EUR. So in total with this return I lost 124,80 EUR. The only advice from Zalando Lounge for the future was to put returnable orders in separate boxes and they don't see their fault. I don't trust Zalando Lounge anymore and want to get my money back.

I have placed 2 orders with Zalando Lounge on the same day. The first one was delivered without any issues but the second was an absolute disaster!!! Instead of 6 items worth almost 400€ I got a 20€ sweatshirt! I have contacted the customer service and was informed there is no chance to receive the ordered goods. The only thing they can do is offer a 20% discount. Now I have to send the wrongly delivered crap back and hope to receive a refund. Not a good way to start a relation with a customer...

Hi,I was a happy customer and have done so many orders but recently Zalando Lounge team changed one article status to "sent" on my returned order while it was returned and changed status of same article to "returned" on my NEW order. These article in these two orders had different prices and it was cheaper on new order. I called customer service and they fixed it. Afterwards, they sent the article with cheaper price but it was damaged and had a large hole on the left shoulder. Again I called the customer service and they asked me to send it back, so I sent the article back on 11th of Feb 2023 and still they did not refund my money and they keep saying there is something wrong with payment department. Each time I called, they told me to wait for 10 days and last time i could talk to their manager and he said "I promise to fix this issue within 3 days and I will send you an email with full detail" but nothing happened. Seems like they have internal issues and there is no way to escalate. Also the payment team is look like king in Zalando Lounge so no one could follow anything with them and they can do whatever they PREFER. Also no one can explain why this happened and why payment team doesnt pay this amount to me. They are just saying please wait forever.

I have ordered many times from zalando lounge and always a happy customer but unfortunately today i have got my packet and the one Product i.e. Michael Kors bracelet is empty nothing inside the neatly packed packet. I have already paid them for my order and now little bit concerned about this situation.Already contacted the customer service now finger crossed waiting for their reply.Edit: yes the issue is resolved now and i must say customer service is very good and fast enough. Thanks for quick help.

I see so many negativ ratings here, I am really surprised, so I decided to leave my experience here too. I order pretty often from zalando lounge, and everything comes within the timeframe they indicate at the offer. Also return went very smooth so far, I have nothing to complain about. Once I had problem with the delivery company, as they basically lost my package. I contacted them first but they didn't come back to me. So I also reached out to zalando and they right away sent me the money back, although it was the delivery company's fault.

This is the third time now that my order has been cancelled, supposedly due to them not receiving the allotted amount. I can appreciate it happening once, but three times is scandalous and borders on unlawful retailing practice. Customers wait a ridiculous amount of time to then be told that their order cannot be fulfilled. Oh, I can get 10% off my next order though! Thanks but no thanks.

I only gave a star because otherwise i couldn’t write a review. Real rating zero ! My wife bought balenciaga glasses which when arrived were a very bad fake. She sent them back of course and emailed zalando fake lounge. An employee emailed us TELLING us that all the items they sell are original and if we wanted to keep the fake quality garbage they would give us a 20% discount ! Avoid like the plague ! Staff with an attitude and crap service plus fakes !

Ordernumber 13104015545551I received a ginormous and heavy package from another customer instead of my own. Called CS, I have to bring it back myself to DHL and then I get my money back including a voucher or 20%.The order I made already had a voucher of 20% so to me that is no compensation to the situation. Well tough luck, that's all they can offer.How is this fair?

I've made mulltiple orders with Zalando lounge before, but now I will never make orders with them. The delivery time for the order can take more than a month. And their return policy must be always within 14 days. They include no return paper in the order - you need to request and print it yourself. The customer service is ridiculous. Cannot help with anything. I don't recommend using this company. There are many other online shops where you can make an order and be valued as a customer.

I tried calling zalando lounge co uk, but they would never answer. I called zalando lounge de to help me contact them and the ldy would immediatly say she doesn't speak english and hung up on me!!I never ordered from zalando de, but judging I RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX AND NO REFUND FROM ZALANDO CO UK they are probably not any better.

I have bridal shoes ordered from this site and they came used, so they looks like someone has walked in them.

I had a really great experience with them today. Resolved my issue in less than 12 hours! Impressive. I would definitely buy again and with confidence
