zalando.at Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives zalando.at one of the lowest trust scores on the platform: 8.7. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 8.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to zalando.at's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning zalando.at, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between zalando.at and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of zalando.at. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of zalando.at, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. zalando.at is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether zalando.at has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether zalando.at boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, zalando.at.

Tutta merce falsa e di bassissima qualità
Awful. Ordered Blue light card voucher BUT... you cannot use your vouchers for jewellery which was the reason for purchaseYou don't find this out until AFTER you have attempted to buy the item with your voucher apparently jewellery is not a 'wearable item!' And guess what vouchers cant be refunded!
They will not refund my returned itemsI bought in September and kept most of the items but two. I sent them back and they say they did not receive it (in the website you can see they are in transit) and that i have to pay for them. It is a fiasco, really.
Sent a coat back, they received my returned order on 1st March but didn’t correspond what so ever. They literally made me chase & beg just to look into my query which they refused to do until I signed a ‘legal document’ then I was told my refund has been rejected because item wasn’t in the bag. Although I have photos of the parcel as I dropped it off to evri, zalando refuse to provide any further information & just ignore me. I have checked with citizens advise and this is illegal but zalando ignore any correspondence. Having looked on social media and here - they’re defrauding thousands of customer stealing millions. They must be going under. BEWARE
I used to love shopping with Zalando. Now they've have switched to DPD for delivery - this is a company that never delivers anything. It's misleading as they are not a registered delivery partner and had I known of the switch, I would never have ordered from them again. I've waited in all day and tracked the delivery - but all I got was a notification that it has gone to some grotty package shop. After spending so much on Christmas presents over the last few days with Zalando, this is poor. Whilst you might be thinking it's unfair to mark down Zalando - they should know DPD by its reputation -It's pretty notorious!
Their order form updated my address in a way, where it was incomplete - they sent out the order, no-one contacted me, they marked the order as "delivered" and now I need to go back and forth with customer support to figure out if I will get refunded for this. Shipping the item again according to them is not possible. First and last time I order with them - what an absolute joke.
Zalando was my first choice in online buying but after 10 years I am done with it. I was buying in Nl, Es, _It and Croatian Zalando, and every now and then their 'system' decide to allow bank payments only. Not that I only have to waste my time putting the datas via my bank account but every time I have to pay more (fee). I was contacting Zalando several times but they just said that they cannot do nothing and close the chat or finish with the emails. I am buying everyday online and NEVER had this stupid experience with any of this web pages. Luckily, there is a million options for buying online so for me this is not the problem. Zalando does not care for their customers and do not listen to them. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL! Bye Zalando, your competition will be happy.
How are they such a big brand is beyond my reasoning. My girlfriend called them to change the address where a package was supposed to come. She asked them if they can speak English (she does not speak German) and they laughed at her and told her to call again and again and again. After becoming tired of this, I talked to them telling them if they can change the address to which the reply was: Did you receive the package or not? How would I receive the package if I do not live there anymore. Braindead.
Zalando send tons of emails reminding `we've got your size again`. No any single tick box to stop them. You go to the settings and all marketing boxes are unticked. They have no email address on any of their websites. All you can do is to complete some form and hope someone reads them. But I'm confident they don't!
Surprised to see negative reviews, as I logged in here today just to express my gratitude and delight about Zalando Austria. Super quick FREE delivery, always managing to source the "out of stock" sizes, super quick refunds in case I return the goods. Gosh, if this shop would also extend its premium segment (luxury brands) - I would fully move my shopping to here. High speed of service and ease of all operations are the bonuses that attract me.
Absolutely satisfied by Zalando.at's fast system, compared to other online retailers. Returns are very simple and I love the option that I can pay in 14 days after receiving an item; which means if the item doesn't fit I can make an immediate return and there is no fuss around refund. They have been very responsive, so that's a great plus aswell. Overall, they seem reliable and I can only recommend.
I placed an order for an Esprit T-shirt of the value of 50 euro. I placed the order 1st of april and now we are 14 april and I still have not received anything. They claim to have delivered the product which is impossible. I live in an appartement and there are other residence and none of us saw this so claimed delivery post man show up. I didn't sign anything nor did I receive anything. I started a dispute on paypal and contacted their horrible customer service but their behaviour and response is the worst I have experienced. I am waiting to get my -50 EURO back and then I will delete my both accounts: one in belgium and Austria . They are thieves !! I even contacted ESPRIT saying I had order a shirt from them via ZALANDO but product was never delivered. I am done with both companies. My advice order directly and don't shop at ZALANDO. Possibly the worst company in history. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
I was a Zalando Plus member for 3 years and have spent thousands of Euros with this company. I noticed a strange name, address and telephone number in my personal account and have come to learn that because of Zalando‘s lack luster security my account was compromised. Instead of working with me to perhaps download all of my past order info with important size and brand info that informs my feed within the app and my future purchases, they my blocked my account. The customer service regarding this has been terrible with emails full of non direct answers and jargon filled meaningless explanations and zero apologies. This is the last straw for me. Additionally, a month ago I received an email regarding an order placed in December that they somehow forgot to withdraw funds because of their alliance with Sephora. Now, 4 months later, they are requesting I pay them 500€. This is clearly a company with a lot of issues and it’s just not worth the hassle and security risk to do business with them.
I usually use zalando for all my shopping and I've always been happy. But some days ago I got an email that my email had been changed for my log in and I could no more access my account. I got super stressed as all my data is saved in their history. Adress and bank details to several cards. And the costumer service has so far done nothing except from asking me lots of useless questions. They have not closed the account or given it back to me. Event though I have proved that its mine. And it takes them days to answer. Seems like they care very little about this. I would be super careful about saving any info about myself on their account. I have of course talked with my banks and suspended all my cards.
Long story short: I’m satisfied with Zalando’s service. I didn’t have any complications.I received my order within one business day with is absolutely incredible and am now about to send back an item. I’ll update my review on Zalando if there are any problems!
I can't understand why it has such a low rating. Such a correct attitude towards the customer. Fast delivery - I received my package on a national holiday. I wasn't sure about the size so I ordered two of the same product - they covered the return charges and I got a quick refund.
Advertise products and show products as available to buy that cannot add to bag, just a dishonest way of drawing people in to their site
So, I had to order again from Zalando as the shoes I been looking for was still available only @zalando... I wanted to ask customer support is it normal practise my previous order I ordered four days ago still in "packing" (I had to reach them with my google translate skills as otherwise they just close the window on me) she said Yes... so prepare you need to wait up to 5days for them to even pack your order... and they only mention this if you look for this info at their page, not on every article as It should be done, but ok it is how it is. BUT I was talking with a copy/paste girl named Anna and she just dropped me in the middle of conversation... I'm amazed how rude Zalando support is they literally have zero empathy and communicating skill of a monkey they get butt hurt of me criticising Zalando and no I was being polite an all, not like now THEY take this as opportunity to improve the company their are working for not as personal criticism...why I keep ordering I don't know I guess I'm just stupid or at leat this is how shopping at Zalando make u feel.
I ordered from Zalando on January 30 (Bestellnummer:10604054749371)It was from multiple providers, so I received multiple boxes.I kept a couple of items and needed to return the rest. I shipped everything to Zalando warehouse in one box (instead of shipping a box to each provider) to save time. This was around February 5th.Then I started receiving refunds for my items - this WHOLE FEBRUARY and WHOLE MARCH. The last refund I received was March 27. But it's still not the full refund amount. In March, I talked to zalando in a live chat about this and they said that the return is on it's way and I shouldn't worry. At some point, there was a live chat option on zalando.at, but not anymore. I had to send an email and wait for quite some time. On April 22, I received an email where I was asked to fill in a form claiming which articles I didn't receive. I emailed back saying that I received articles, I have a different issue. No reply, now it's been more than 2 weeks. I then sent another email, but no reply yet.As a result, it's been 3 months since I am waiting for the refund and I don't see any clear options who to communicate with the customer service.
I ordered blue light glasses. They sent me a package with an empty carton box for the glasses - but no glasses. Then I contacted their support. Three cancelled the chat. One told me that it is out of their competence, and cancelled the chat. The forth told me to fill out a contact form. What is wrong with their support?!
