Is yse-paris.com Legit?

My favourite brand. Everything is such good quality and also comfortable. These are the only underwired bras that I actually like wearing, and there are plenty of soft cup options too. The clothing is well made, the jumper is so soft, thick and will last a long time. The lingerie is even prettier in real life. I ordered from the U.K. and delivery was fast with no customs fees. I will wait for another sale and order again.

Ysé knows how to combine comfort and sexiness. I love their ready-to-wear but also the lingerie. You can see the workmanship and quality that goes into the details that other brands don't have. I highly recommend them!

I love everything about them! The quality and designs of their clothes and underwear and the fact that they produce in Europe (Portugal mostly) . I have ordered from them a few times and have never had any problems.

Very very poor quality. I ordered recently a body and it arrived with threads and broken parts… very disappointed by the quality. I contacted the customer service and they didn’t offer a commercial discount on the product that they couldn’t refund or exchange. I am still waiting to be contacted to find a solution after more than 3 weeks I’ve ordered the body and constant messages to nudge them to answer me... Another disappointment has been with a bra I bought two months ago, the underwiring went off. now I have a bra with just one underwire because the stitching was poor. Both of these products are useless and damaged now and in the shortest time possible. I am still waiting for a response from the customer service on the poor quality of their products. I don’t recommend this brand. Really bad experience,

Beautiful products and speedily delivered. However, returns cost £13, which was a shock and as it’s hard to know whether lingerie will fit or suit without trying on, I would be wary of ordering again

The products you make are really high quality and beautiful but i have a feeling that your customer support has gone rather bad over the last year or two - i have not gotten replies to emails sent to you over my last 2-3 orders. Other than than the timings for shipping and delivery are way off - you promise 6 day shipping in Europe but on reality its closer to 10-12 days with economy shipping.

I would recommend you not to purchase from this company. I have placed my order on the 14.11.2022 and received an email the following day that my package has been sent off. Since then I haven’t gotten any updates on the whereabouts of my parcel. I have contacted them on the 14.12.2022, as well as on the 17.1.2023, to ask what happend to my order/ to ask for cancellation/ refund if the order does not arrive until the end of this week. I ordered some pants from YSE; they arrived within the expected time but were too big. I tried to return them, and the website offers three ways to return: standard, economic, and express. For all three options, a label is generated, but NONE of the labels work for returning at a pickup point. I contacted customer service, and they gave me another express label that also didn't work. In the end, I had to independently pay for a DHL roads label, which worked, but it was not possible to deliver the package once it was in France. Can you explain why I can't return pants that don't fit me and get a refund?

I ordered a YSE swimsuit from instagram. I didn't know the brand, but their swimsuits looked cool. That was two weeks ago, from Paris to London. I sent two emails to Customer Service and received no response. Yesterday I called them and explained I had not received my purchase and had been sent no tracking information. The woman I spoke to wasn't too concerned. She offered to call DHL and get back to me later this week. I insisted she get back to me the same day. It's been 2 weeks. I also asked her to email me. She did neither. By creating an account, I've been able to log in and see the tracking number from DHL and it appears that my purchase hasn't even left France. I will be calling YSE today and insisting on a refund. pretty appalling service.

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered for the first time through express shipping which should take 24-48h to my country as written on the website. I paid extra for this service for me to arrive in time. I have not received a notification of that the parcel has been shipped yet, nor will they replay to my email about my concern. It has been 4 days since I placed my order. I will not be able to send my parcel back since I’m going on Holiday, so I’m stuck with whatever comes next and my money is already taken from me. Please do not order (internationally) from this website!!

I ordered two packages any of them have been received. After, one month of disputes any answer and delivery process is awful and I did not receive my packages. Any answer from customer service at this point after several attempts.

Unfortunately, the customer support of Ysé has been beyond useless in my case. First it is only available in French. - As a french speaker this wasn't too big of a problem. It is still something that is surprising in 2023.After having ordered Christmas presents for roughly 200€ to a particular Point Relay, my order was dispatched to an entirely different Point Relay (+30km). When I arrived there to pick it up, I was told that all parcels had been sent back. Until here none of it is Ysé fault. When I then got in touch over phone within customer support working hours, I was told that no one could assist me at the moment through a generic recording. I then tried getting in touch through their Whatsapp customer support. This unfortunately also is only a bot that asks for your order number # multiple times and then just never replies. I am honestly more than disappointed with Ysé, a brand I always liked.
