Is yoycol.com Legit?

Amazing company. The clothes are very well made and the prints are gorgeous. I've dealt with customer service when I had issues with my orders and they've always been helpful and answer quickly to my emails or messages.Shipping can take a few weeks - which is perfectly normal for something coming from as far away as China.

This company is a scam throug and through. The shipping times excced any normal time period, orders partially come wrong or never arrive. Pour packaging and highly unprofressional chinese customer support. They sent my several time packages with missing or wrong sized items and never refunded me instead kept me busy with providing payment information. Stay away rom this horrible service. Its a chinese scam company

Yoycol first and foremost offer unique products that I have been wanting to see from a POD supplier for a long time. These include for example cotton all over print tees, velvet all over print tees, down jackets and cotton all over print dresses. Beyond that, they have quite excellent customer support. Definitely worth checking out and highly recommended! I work with them often.

Clothing is absolute cheap garbage. No lining on swimwear styles. Thin, cheap fabric. Would never consider selling their clothing. There HAS to be a company in China that can produce quality clothing with INTEGRITY. (too much to ask??) This company is not worth trusting or doing business with.

I have been using Yoycol for a couple years now and things are great! Prices are less than affordable and the products let me be as creative as possible, although understandably some products may not be for everyone, whether I am buying for myself or it regards purchases from my website. In the last year I have launched my own business and have used some products from Yoycol for my brand. Even though communication can be slow with them due to the difference in timezones, customer service has shown that they care about their users and will work to get problems solved.Through my experience, seeing what products work best for me was a trial and error situation but once I got comfortable with what worked and didn't, I can definitely say, I love using Yoycol.

Like every new generation of website designing stuff online , they still keep doing great job ! I would love to spend time and start something great on this website .

Yoycol did a great job on the production of my order and the standard shipping was faster than most. The customer service team was extremely helpful and highly responsive. I will continue to order from Yoycol. Also, the All Over Print Men's Polo Jersey is a terrific product. I highly recommend others to order from Yoycol.

I have used tshirt vendors for the past 10 years and although Yoycol's prices were very competitive, I can see why. the printed material for the "test" tshirt I ordered was spandex and polyester, when it clearly said cotton would be used.. the material looks cheap and poorly made. I guess I gave one star because it arrived within 5 days, but keeping my business here in the States with overpriced vendors haha, I rather pay extra but have peace of mind when selling items on my store.

I made two orders from them, for gadgets and gifts, every time people has been so enthusiast, material is high quality, printing too! also their help desk. they made really their best because the second time items were late with the production but they succeeded in making arrive the shipping in really few days!!! I'm in Italy. For me, FOREVER YOYCOL!!!!

Again, it seems like this Chinese New Year holidays lasting a week is very disturbing to consumers and sellers. I was selling on Etsy and because orders started falling behind, they closed up my shop and started issuing refunds without my consent. 50 orders were sitting there waiting and one by one getting refunded. Doesn't matter I appealed the closure of my shop and explained the holidays. They do integrate... you think they would have understanding....no way. Some items were rated good and some very poor. I love their new design options but not quite accurate. Double check to make sure the designs fit. They took away many products before their new year. Hopefully they can find better ones.

The customer support from Yoycol is terrible. Instead of honing up to mistakes made on their part, they will argue. Whenever delivery people make mistakes and you point this out to them, instead of believing the evidence you provide them, they side with the logistics company instead. Furthermore, the setup has become increasingly unreliable. Between software glitches on their part that make doing designs a headache and a faulty payment system, Yoycol should be avoided at all costs.

Horrible POD. It takes forever to be shipped but when it is, the quality of the design and physical product is botched. I had a customer who I am thankful that he was a friend, ordered a product (Screen Print Cap) and the knitting of the cap was offset, rushed, and bulged. His compliment was it was comfortable.I ordered a custom Tee for my clothing line. The screen print for a black tee was peelable and some components that I added in editor were missing like letters & numbers.It was poorly made and had no care for returns or accountability when mentioned.

Never using this company again. We ordered over a thousand dollars worth of clothing. It was delivered incorrectly and yoycol is blaming ME and refuses to reproduce the package that was lost. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and there is no way to speak directly to a person so it’s been weeks of emails trying to prove the package was never delivered and getting nowhere. Don’t use this company they totally screwed us.

I'll assume the negative reviews are made by affliates / staff of other POD companies. What when I have not had ONE issue with the company since i started using them. Not to mention some of the information stated in reviews is blatant lies - you'd never get a parcel from china in 5 days as one lying review said.

We have a clothing brand that some of our products are done by Yoycol, have not been very happy with them lately. Product has been coming incorrect, we had a customer who ordered matching hoodies and the design on the sleeves didn't match. One hoodie the sleeves were attached on the wrong side. Another customer ordered an xl hoodie and got a 4xl. He order clearly shows an xl. We have also been having problems with the site saying that our items are not synced when ordered, but show in our store. So clearly they were synced.

Do NOT use Yoycol. They do NOT take responsibility for the delivery/shipping of their items. I have waited for an order for over a month and their 'Customer Support' keeps telling me to wait another week for a refund. 4 TIMES - I have been told to wait for a refund. They also have poor english and blame the customer for their failings.UPDATE: After delaying my order for a month they have had the cheek to send me an email demanding that I pay AGAIN for postage and no mention of a refund.

Absolutely horrid experience. They declined my methods of payment 5+ times, despite there being nothing wrong with them. Then when I finally got it to work, I realized that in the hassle to pay my selected sizes had reverted back to what I didn't want. Seconds after I placed the order, I contacted support and asked them to either change the sizes of the order or give me a full refund. They denied both and took days to email be back. I would give 0 stars if I could.

As a Yoycol affiliate, I can say this company is great. Inflation has made custom clothing super expensive. Luckily, Yoycols prices are very fair and very simple. I highly suggest you try making your merchandise with Yoycol.

I started with Yoycol just over 2 months ago. Well, it is easy to integrate the products to your Etsy store and the mockup is very beginner-friendly. Customer service has been VERY helpful. I would like to thank the team at Yoycol for the care and attention spent on helping with basically everything! The hoodies and cotton tshirts I ordered are very good quality! They are amazing 10/10

had ordered few hoodies with them and it turned out beyond expectation, will publish some of their product on my shopify store and start selling.Many people used to worry about their product quality. From my knowledge, they have been improved a lot in 2021 and it is worth to try if you want to start your pod store.
