Is yousician.com Legit?

I have tried so many Utube and Fb learning videos, Dummies books etc but none have been as worthwhile as Yousician. There is a basic program for AU$ 109 so I would suggest this is a good place to start. The choice of songs is limited but I think that is a good thing to keep learners trying to advance before they have the basics.

The app itself is fantastic. Clear, easy to use - just a pleasure. I had a technical issue when switching devices and customer support was excellent. They were responsive, took the time to help me figure out the issue, solved it for me, and they were patient with the lag time in my responses to them due to time zone differences. Excellent all around.

I had a really good experience with this company. I received the refund I'd asked for with no hesitation and the query I had was answered very speedily. They were friendly and very helpful in all their correspondence with me.I can't recommend them enough.

Love this app. I like that it keeps track of exactly where you are, and recommends things you should work on, or try and get a better score on. The song selection is good, and I feel motivated to practice every day. I’ve used other apps, but found that I’d constantly be trying to work out where I was in the course, and there were no real gauges as to how well I was doing either.

I love the Yousician app, customer support is excellent. Into my second year of membership and practice just about every day. I have little time to spare in learning guitar after giving it up as a child. Yousician is a timesaver as it brings it all to me including tuning, songs, practice levels, feedback, progress tracking etc. I'm not all over the internet or youtube looking for help. Thank you Yousician!

This is a great user-friendly app. It's easy to use with great feedback while you play. When contacting support, they are quick to respond and friendly. They are also open to adding songs that aren't in their system.

I really enjoy Yousician. I use it to learn guitar, piano, bass, singing and even Ukulele. It’s breaks everything down into perfect lessons and keeps track of all my progress.The pitch detection feedback and leaderboards help me have a lot of fun while learning the difficult skills.

A little bit harassy.It's been days since I asked for a refund and they issued it(thanks) and I'm still getting about 20 msgs and hour. A little more dedicated than my ex stalker.

I had been looking for an app to learn how to play the Bass Guitar. I have 2 other apps that teach guitar lessons,but are lacking in the Bass department. I hope you explore the Guitar Section of Yousician soon. But I am just enjoying the Bass lessons so much. Yousician was my 67th Birthday Present. I am going to enjoy this daily ‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since my son's schedule has gotten so full he hasn't been using the Yousician app. When it renewed automatically, not only were they prompt to refund the renewal, but also offered me a discount if in the future we wanted to sign up again. They also encouraged us to continue playing an instrument, whether using their app or not.

I wish this app existed when I started playing. I recommend it for everyone from playing their first notes every, to anyone stuck in their personal learning rut. I think there is something for anyone learning. I was stuck in a guitar rut and got this. I saw bass was on here also, so I bought one. I'm on level 7 with bass and level 6 with guitar! It's a great app.

Yousician responded promptly to my concerns and their team is working on a solution.

I didn't realize it but at my initial sign in I had inadvertently created two accounts. I noticed this on my credit card account and contacted Yousician support asking for an explanation for the two charges. In less than 24 hours (on a weekend) support contacted me advising they had found the problem (a misspelt e-mail address) and had issued a refund for this account I had created in error.They didn't ask me any other questions. They recognized the problem and resolved it.

It is a great way to start right away by playing with short "jam sessions" without even knowing ANYTHING about how to read music.I learn to play guitar with my 8-year-old daughter; we have so much fun, and it only takes 5 minutes (seriously).

The family plan is particularly good value, and customer support is good; Roger gave me a suitably brief and spot on reply to my question.

I had originally tried Rocksmith to learn guitar and found it moved too quickly with the lessons and there wasn't enough structure to build off of earlier lessons. The difficulty started at a 1 or 2, and then went right to 5 without a 3 or 4. Yousician is well paced and the library is good enough to have held my interested for 6 months, which has undoubtedly taken me farther, faster than if I had tried to learn on my own or even with another tool like Rocksmith.

I use the app GuitarTuna. I know a lot of people only use it for tuning there guitar, but I personally also use it for learning guitar. I am an absolute beginner and tried a lot of different apps (Yousician being one of them). But I like GuitarTuna way more, I find it more comfortable to learn chords and songs at your own speed. It also helps me alot with learning how to transfer between different chords and getting faster and better at it. The only downside to this is. You can use it for free if your only really interested in tuning. But if you want to learn with this app there are many subscriptions and can be a bit confusing. I had a subscription but I didn't understand what the features of it where and what the difference was between other subscriptions. So I contacted there helpcentrum and explained my situation to them. That I was considering a subscription (that was way more expensive) because I wanted to learn the chords. They replied within 24h(!!), with an explanation what you get for the subscriptions, and they recommended for my situation the subscription I already had (the way more cheaper one). Because that covered what I wanted to do with the app.To sum up all of the above: GuitarTuna is an amazing (and accurate) tuning app and is free to use. Only downside is that when you really want to learn things, it will most likely be that you'll have to take a subscription. (But there are really cheap ones). Also the helpcenter is super fast to reply, honest and friendly!!

Yousician has been a fun and unique way for me to improve my guitar skills. It helps with timing and precision, and the exercises are fun and user-friendly. Some of the exercises seem simple, but actually require skill & coordination! Fortunately, you can repeat each exercise as many times as needed, and see your score improve. I have also had a good experience with Yousician's customer service when I have had questions/issues. I would recommend Yousician to anyone who is interested in an alternative method of learning other than the typical lessons.
