Awful experience. I ordered a personalised Planner with a company logo on. When it arrived the photo of the logo that I had sent in was not the front cover of the planner as expected! what they had done was wrap the photo around the front and back cover! So, what you see when you look at the book are just the last 2 letters of the first word, the back cover had the first letters. No photo was showing at all as it seemed it had been blown up far too much. No resemblance what so ever of the logo! I immediately notified them of their error, their reply was there was nothing they can do as it was personalised! Customer service is shocking they will not put it right! However they offered me 20% discount on my next order with them! I have politely refused this and advised they have ripped me off and I will never shop with them again. No wonder they have poor reviews.

I ordered for the third time. Also with sending a gift abroad. Everything was done on time, the product corresponds to the description, the print corresponds to the design made. It is well packed, so it is safe to order fragile goods. I plan to make the next order.

Have used this company before and was generally happy with the products. Ordered a sun hat with personalised photo. Cheap looking hat that barely fits an adults head, more for a child. Also the photo looks like it will peel off easily. Generally cheap looking gift for the price so im disappointed . Reviews should be allowed on their site for transparency. Delivery was on time .

Ordered a personalised recipe book ,it is very beautiful and good quality shipped out to me before estimated date .and very budget friendly.will definitely be ordering more special gifts from here.highly recommended

Amazing. Ordered steel bottle with a photo on it. Got to be honest, I was a little apprehensive being a company I haven't used before and I was sending it to Japan as a gift. When I opened it I was really happy, the quality of the bottle and photo is fantastic. Really quick service considering it's a personalised item. Packaging was good and protected the bottle. Would definitely recommend and will use this company again.

There is a reason why the reviews are so bad. I wouldn’t recommend or use again. Ordered 2 personalised bags - came in different sizes (wasn’t clear from the website) and also name is peeling off.Shame I can’t post this review as it’s not letting people who don’t reccomend you to post only positive reviews.

I personalized a book for my Mum on Mother's Day. She enjoyed the book very much. Delivery was within the date range. Wished I could preview every page during purchase process. My experience was excellent! Even though we were missing some screws, Francesca from customer service did an amazing job. She was professional, quick, super polite but most importantly she helped us and solved an issue within the day. On the other hand, product we bought is so beautiful and has very good quality. I needed to contact customer support, who were quick to respond, extremely polite and helpful. I had a minor issue with my order, which was resolved within 20 minutes via email, and a replacement was dispatched within a couple of hours - you don't get that kind of customer care these days so it was such a pleasant experience.

Ordered personalised chocolates which were more expensive than most, however thought for two upcoming celebrations I would order them. On receiving the two boxes which were packed together 1)they were smaller than I was expecting2) The outer packaging was badly battered.3) Two of the chocolates inside the box I opened were mis shapen. no big deal but detracted from thePresentation.Don’t think the quality/quantity reflected the price.Just my opinion.

My three notebooks were spotless! Lovely present for our teachers. Also a personalized bamboo water bottle for Father's Day! Only little issue was that one item had to been missing in the first delivery, but after being reported it was sent as express delivery, no problem! We got everything beautifully! I placed an order for Valentine’s Day to which Evri delivered to the wrong address after contacting Evri and Yoursurprise I got sent out some more which we received. Not to mention the chocolates looking and tasting amazing! Their customer service is phenomenal and I’d definitely recommend and will 100% use again! Thank you for being so great and kind!

Along with receiving an error riddled book, I’ve been told that Your Surprise offered solutions to the problem. Their solution was for me to buy another book and they’d provide a 20% discount. Great solution for them to make more money and have customers lose out by purchasing more of their poor quality products. Shocking customer service and completely unreasonable. Do not use!

Very quick with the order, beautiful packaging, modern. I wanted something that said “ your a special couple” (two orders). Both couples were amazed and loved them so much. Very different! Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended. If you are wanting something that will be amazing to receive…… this is it!

But all orders are shipped from the netherlands . Please state that on all web pages , i thought it was a scam after i purchased the item left negative feed back but have now amended it to positive thank you very much i highly recommend them

I've have ordered a few items from this company in the last few weeks and can highly recommend them from my experience. The quality of the goods is so impressive, was thrilled how photographs turned out on chocolates, mugs and one of the wine boxes.I had a slight issue with a nightlight I had ordered but the response was immediate and my problem was sorted in no time. Very easy to contact someone and everyone I dealt with were kind and professional.Will absolutely be ordering more from this website and have already told numerous people about it as the variety of stock available is fantastic for personal gifts.
