Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices
The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

Ladies and gentlemen, you debited €43 from my bank account twice even though I have never purchased anything from you, and I thank you for returning €43 to me twice. The only thing I did was pay €2 for a Samsonite suitcase which I never received. Your offer on Facebook is nothing but a scam and if I do not win my case in the coming days, you will leave me no other choice than to initiate legal proceedings with the fraud court against of your company, if we can call it a company, in France as well as in Cyprus I am waiting for my case to be regularized...

I received an email giving the appearance that it was from Ring.com about my account and offering me some hefty reductions on Ring devices. I clicked on the link a redirected to what appeared to be the Ring online shop and there was a special offer on a Ring video doorbell at a price that I just couldn't resist. I placed the order and made the payment and instead of seeing the payment confirmed screen from Ring.com instead I was redirected to these scammers yourstyle a company based in Cyprus. I had NOT purchased as I believed a Ring video doorbell instead paid a subscription to buy off their website a Ring doorbell at an additional price. THIS INFO WAS NOT IN THE EMAIL I RECEIVED THUS INBREACH OF ALL UK AND EUROPEAN REMOTE RETAIL LAWS. I disputed the payment and my Bank refunded me. Then a month later these scumbags from yourstyle charged me the equivalent of 10 times the amount that they initially tried to scam off me the month before. I've never bought anything from this company nor have I ordered off them since their last attempt to scam me. I have now reported their business practices to the authorities and provided the authorities with copies of the email and a more recent one they again sent under the pretext of it being from Ring.com,plus screenshots and a video of the transaction steps to the authorities as evidence. I have also informed "Ring" who are also investigating re. Fraudulent use of their Business platform.
Scam site that features heavily on Facebook advert posts, had an advert for a drive pro device , when clicking on link it puts device in your basket for £9.99, and proceeds to payment only upon confirmation of payment does it then send you an email saying you have signed up to the shopping experience ! Total scam and have been reported to Facebook, denies all knowledge of link even though it’s been photographed for evidence , be well aware they do do not refunds and you will lose what you pay
