Excellent service all round and received next day as promised. Very happy!

Ordered last Thursday night (late) a 33 x 22 custom size canvas print of our daughter and new son-in-law from wedding photo. Arrived today packaged perfectly and we couldn't be more delighted. We chose a colour for the edges of the canvas because we didn't want to lose any of the depth (from top to bottom of a lancscape photo) and were a little nervous that it wouldn't look right but we had no need to worry. Would most definitely recommend,

Had multiple custom sized images printed on canvas. - including large panoramic shots around 1.5m+ wide which they were able to print to milimetre specificationThey offered the best pricing for the spec on this order so went with them.Impressed by how quickly they delivered the batch (within a couple of days of payment)Had 1 image with a minor defect (looked like the printer jamed and missed a spot in the middle of the picture)However they quickly rectified this and sent me a new replacement on within a day of raising the issue. - excellent customer service!Happy with the prints - picture quality looks great

I've used YourImage2Canvas at least five times now and have never been more pleased with the results. I create my own canvas blocks, by adding my picture and picking the colour and thickness of the canvas edge. The website tells you if the pictures are too low quality or too small and easily lets you see how the finished product will look. I go for the small blocks, generally normal photo size but can vary it by adding many different sizes to my basket. I've now got a collection of over 20 small canvas blocks and will continue to grow my collection. Thanks very much.

Now 1 out of 10. Out of an original order of 27 canvases, 10 were damaged in transport. Then I found 2 canvases splitting! The company did replace the 10, but not the 2 splits canvases. Now at my exhibition of 13 canvses, I find that all the larger ones have the canvas quite limp on the frames, and several frames are now warping. I may have to close my exhibits, as I cannot lose my reputation. Currently unable to contact the company- I wonder if they are still in business?

I love Yourimage2canvas, they always deliver good value for money. I have used them for a number of years & don't even bother to shop around any more. I have only ever had one error which was rectified in 24 hours. The printing is always high quality & excellent delivery service. A very efficient company all round.

This company blows me away! Ive used Yourimage2canvas on several occasions for my clients canvas prints and have only ever received praise for there work. I ordered a tricky canvas, I wanted bits removed and I hadn't realised my canvas size ordered was square and my photo rectangle (which apparently is quite a common occurrence)!! I received an email from the designer who advised me about my errors and quickly rectified the problem following a call from myself. I have now have the canvas on my wall with all 'extra's' having been done and exactly size I wanted in the first place. The quality is great and you certainly get what you pay for. I can't thank yourimage2canvas.co.uk enough for the help and I would certainly be using this company again! Thank You Team!

I have used this company for the first time and i was concernd at first as there are that many canvas printing companies out there to chose from. I decided on yourimage2canvas and i was amazed by how quickly the print arrived, i only ordered it before lunch on tuesday and it arrived the very next morning WOW! The quality of the workmanship and canvas print it excellent i can not fault it in any way. I will be definately using these guys again!! :)

Not only that but I found the website excellent and when I did have to call for help they were very polite and answered my questions straight away. Ordered 4 prints from Ultra Print of a family holiday and I was stunned by how good they turned out. They clearly take pride in the service they provide as the images came back crystal clear. I order quite a few things on line these days and it is rare that a company delivers such a prompt and efficient service. I will definitely be back for more and more of these. Top marks

I have usef these guys before and they have been amazing but this time they went beyond the call of duty. Busiest time of the year and I sent the wrong photo to be printed. I emailed them to ask for a change and got an automatic response saying its not possible. About an hour later I got a nice email saying dont worry we managed to stop the print and change it. Totally brilliant customer service. to top it all the items arrived first thing the following day and I got a 3 for 2 offer. DELIGHTED!!!

Communication was great, straight from the start, very cometitive pricing. I was also surprised with the same day print ( and that was for 20 large images) and same day dispatch/next day delivery. Wery well packed and secured. I will be back for more. All in all 5* for the whole team.

I found the whole process extremely simple, the photo which was an old black and white photo was transformed on the canvas, I left the editing up to the company and they have done a fabulous job, I couldn't quite believe it when I got delivery within 48 hrs. I have had canvas's done before but the quality and colour wasn't brilliant, I would recommend yourimage2canvas to anyone.

Having uploaded a picture onto their website, the preview all looked good and was able to adjust position etc easily. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, the background of the image was very grey where it should have been cream! The finished product did not resemble either the picture I had taken or the image displayed in their preview! Obviously disappointed with now having an image which was not useable, I asked for it to be either reprinted or refunded. They were at least responsive to my complaint but were ultimately unable to produce a print which accurately matched the original, offering a number of technical excuses and refused to offer a refund despite the simple fact that what I received did not match what I ordered. If you've looked around for large canvas prints, you will have noticed that yourimage2canvas are one of the cheapest! Unfortunately I found out the hard way, you get what you pay for so my advise if you want confidence that the image delivered will match what is uploaded, pay a little more and use someone else!Additionally, in response to the reply received. The colour of the image appeared the same on several different monitors as well as the camera screen. Seems strange that they should all be different to the calibrated monitors used by yourimage2canvas but the simple fact is, if, like me you use a 'normal', non-calibrated monitor, the image may not be the same as you expect but rest assured, this will be your fault, not theirs!
